Supreme Court must state that the Governor is Correct in directing the JDS Chief Minister to prove his Majority in the Assembly by 1.30 pm on 19 July 2019, after the Ruling Coalition and the Speaker connived to prevent the Completion of the Confidence Vote Process in the Assembly on 18 July 2019.

The Supreme Court must State that the Confidence Vote in the Assembly is the Must, to Prove the majority Or the Loss of the Majority, of the JDs Chief Minister Led JDS-INC Post-Poll Coalition Government

SHAMELESS SPEAKER IS WORST IN HISTORY OF SPEAKERS

It is Time Now to Liberate the Karnataka Politics, Assembly and the Constituion of India from the deplorable partisan Antics of the Karnataka Speaker.

The Speaker of the Karnataka Assembly has been shamelessly violating the Spirit of the Constitution, by being the most Partisan Speaker in the History of the India Assembly Speakers.

The Speaker of the Karnataka Assembly has been shamelessly violating the Spirit of the Constitution, has violated the Authority of the Supreme Court and the Authority of the Governor.

The Speaker of the Karnataka Assembly is the WORST EVER Speaker in the Long History of the Horrible Speakers in the India Legislature History of the Speakers of the Assemblies.

SHAMELESS SPEAKER CONNIVING WITH RULING COALTION

The Speaker of the Karnataka Assembly has been shamelessly conniving with the Chief Minister and the Ruling Coalition against the MLAs.

The shameless Speaker has demonstrated his slavishness to the Ruling Coalition.

The shameless Speaker has is endlessly delaying the acceptance of the Resignations of the 13 INC and the 3 JDS MLAs who had Resigned from the Karnataka Assembly between 1 July to 10 July 2019.

The Speaker unashamedly is helping the Ruling Coalition to continue in the Government, even after it has Lost the Majority in the Assembly.

The Speaker proved to be the WORST EVER Speaker in India History, when he did NOT allow the smooth passage of the Confidence Vote Motion in the Karnataka Assembly on 18 July 2019.

The Speaker went on allowing the INC MLAs to raise the Frivolous “Point of Order” to waste the whole day without completing the Process of the Confidence Vote in the Assembly.

The Speaker violated the Constitution by NOT implementing the Governor’s Message to the Assembly, to complete the Confidence Vote by the End of the Day.

The Speaker in absolute Partisan Conduct of demonstrating Loyalty to the Ruling Coalition, got the Deputy Speaker to adjourn the House for the Day, without implementing the Governor’s Message to the Assembly, to complete the Trust Vote.

The Speaker has thus Violated the Constitutional Authority of the Supreme Court and the Governor, by Preventing the Completion of the Process of the Confidence Votes in the Assembly.

The Speaker functioned horribly ONLY to Prevent the Ruling Coalition from being Exposed of Not having the Majority in the Assembly.

GOVERNOR IS CORRECT TO ORDER CM TO PROVE MAJORITY

The Governor, after the arrogance and unconstitutional functioning of the Speaker in Not getting the Confidence Vote Process completed, has directed the Chief Minister to Prove the Majority of his Government in the Assembly.

The Supreme Court must therefore NOT intervene against the Governor’s Order to the Chief Minister to Prove his Majority by 1.30 pm on 19 July 2019.

JDS CHIEF MINISTER HAS LOST ASSEMBLY MAJORITY

The JDS Chief Minister does Not have the Majority in the Assembly.

The JDS Chief Minister will FAIL to prove the Majority in the Assembly.

JDS-INC CONNIVE WITH SPEAKER IS WRONG

The JDS Chief Minister and the Coalition Partner the INC and the Shamed Speaker might once again connive to ensure that the JDS Chief Minister is not exposed of having Lost the Majority in the Assembly.

The JDS Chief Minister and the Coalition Partner the INC and the Shamed Speaker might once again connive to ensure the ABORT of the Confidence Vote Process in the Assembly on 19 July 2019.

The JDS Chief Minister and the Coalition Partner the INC and the Shamed Speaker might once again connive to ensure that the Confidence Vote Process is Not Completed on 19 July 2019 and might Adjourn the Assembly.

The JDS Chief Minister and the Coalition Partner the INC and the Shamed Speaker must NOT be allowed to violate the Constitution and keep the Ruling Coalition in Government, even after Losing the Majority in the Assembly.

JDS CHIEF MINISTER MUST RESIGN ON 19 JULY 2019

The JDS Chief Minister must resign today afternoon, either after Failing to Prove his Majority in the Assembly

OR after Conniving with the Partisan Speaker to prevent the Confidence Vote Process being completed in the Assembly.

The Karnataka Governor must dismiss the JDS Chief Minister, IF the JDS Chief Minister does NOT Resign after FAILING to prove the Majority in the Assembly.

JDS-INC HAS LOST MAJORITY IN KARNATAKA ASSEMBLY

15 MLAs of the JDS-INC have Resigned from the Assembly and are waiting for the Speaker to accept their Resignations.

One INC MLA is admitted in the Mumbai Hospital for Cardiac Treatment and will Not attend the Assembly.

The BSP MLA will Abstain from the Assembly.

So, as many as 17 MLAs who had earlier supported the JDS-INC Coalition, will be absent from the Assembly.

KARNATAKA ASSEMBLY STRENGTH FELL FROM 224 TO 207

The Effective Strength of the Karnataka Assembly has Now FALLEN from 224 to 207 MLAs.

The Majority Figure in the 207 MLAs Assembly is NOW 104 MLAs.

BJP HAS MAJORITY IN KARNATAKA ASSEMBLY

The BJP has 105 MLAs and with the Support of 2 Independent MLAs will have 107 MLAs in the 207 MLAs Assembly.

The Governor after the EXIT of the JDS Chief Minister, either through Resignation OR through Dismissal, must Swear-In the BJP Chief Minister today Itself.

INC KARNATAKA SPEAKER MUST BE REMOVED

The BJP Government must move the Motion in the Assembly to Remove the INC Speaker, who has shamed the Office of the Speaker, more than any other Speaker in India history.

The BJP Government must Elect the New Speaker.

The New Speaker must accept the Resignations of all the MLAs who had resigned earlier.

The New Speaker must Restore the Dignity and the Constitutional Correctness of the Office of the Speaker which has been shamelessly violated by the INC Speaker.

KARNATAKA WANTS MODI SUPERVISED GOVERNMENT

The People of Karnataka NOW want the 100% Clean, Competent, Futuristic Government supervised by the 100% Clean Prime Minister Narendra Modi

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi must himself Supervise over the Functioning of the BJP Chief Minister and Ministers to give to Karnataka the 100% Clean, Competent and Futuristic Government.

FINISHLINE

The Supreme Court must endorse the Karnataka Governor Order to the JDS Chief Minister to prove the Majority in the Assembly on 19 July 2019, failing which, the Leader of the Party with the Majority must be Sworn-In as the Chief Minister of the Karnataka Government.
