BJP WILL CAPTURE KARNATAKA GOV THIS WEEKEND


The Karnataka Assembly will Today 18 July 2019, Discuss and Vote on the TRUST VOTE Motion of the JDS Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy, to prove the Majority in the Assembly.


The JDS Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy will FAIL to Prove the Majority in the Assembly on 18 July 2019 and will Resign.


KARNATAKA ASSEMBLY STRENGTH AFTER 15 MLAs RESINED


The Karnataka Assembly has 224 MLAs.


12 INC and 3 JDS MLAs have Resigned their Assembly Seats and are waiting for the Speaker to Accept the Resignations.


SUPREME COURT PROTECTS 15 JDS-INC MLAs WHO RESIGNED


The Supreme Court in its 17 July 2019 Verdict has stated that the 15 MLAs who Resigned their Seats MUST Not be compelled by the JDS and the INC through the WHIP to Attend the Assembly Meetings.


The Supreme Court SHIELD to the 15 Resigned MLAs gives them the Protection from the Anti-Defection Law Disqualification Proceedings, so as to abstain from the Voting on 18 July 2019 on the Confidence Vote Motion by the JDS Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy.

The Effective Strength of the Karnataka Assembly on 18 July 2019, with the Abstaining of the 15 INC-JDS Resigned MLAs is 209 MLAs.


The Majority Figure in the Karnataka Assembly on 18 July 2019, with the Abstaining of the 15 INC-JDS Resigned MLAs is 105 MLAs.


BJP HAS MAJORITY IN KARNATAKA ASSEMBLY 


The BJP has 105 MLAs.

The BJP Total Strength in the Karnataka Assembly on 18 July 2019, is 107 MLAs in the Assembly Strength of 209 MLAs.

INC-JDS COALITION HAS LOST MAJORITY IN KARNATAKA


The INC-JDS Total Strength in the Karnataka Assembly on 18 July 2019, with the Abstaining of the 15 INC-JDS Resigned MLAs is 102 MLAs.


The JDS Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy will LOSE the Confidence Motion in the Assembly by Failing to get the votes of the Majority of the MLAs in the 209 MLAs Assembly.


JDS-INC TRY TO DELAY TRUST VOTE IN ASSEMBLY


The JDS Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy and the INC are trying to Delay the Voting on the Confidence Motion Scheduled for 18 July 2019, by dragging the Assembly Proceedings till and Beyond Monday 22 July 2019.


The JDS Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy and the INC Leader in the Assembly want to Speak for 10 Hours to Delay the Voting on the Confidence Vote Motion in the Assembly.

The JDS Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy and the INC by trying to get all the 102 INC-JDS MLAs to Speak for One Hour Each so as to Extend the Speeches by over 100 Hours for 12 Days.


The JDS Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy and the INC by delaying the Confidence Vote are desperately trying to BUY Time to BUY the support of the 15 INC-JDS MLAs who have Resigned and are Not participating in the Assembly Proceedings.


SPEAKER WILL BE SHAMED IF HE DELAYS TRUST VOTE


The Karnataka Speaker will be perceived as being in Connivance with the INC-JDS Coalition which has Lost the Majority, If the Speaker does Not hold the Vote on the Confidence Motion today 18 July 2019 Itself.


The Karnataka Speaker will be SHAMED publicly, If he Connives with the JDS-INC Coalition which has Lost the Majority, to Delay the Voting on the Confidence Vote Motion, beyond 18 July 2019.


BJP MUST GO TO SUPREME COURT TO COMPLAIN AGAINST SPEAKER


The BJP must approach the Supreme Court to give Directions to the Speker to Complete the TRUST VOTE by 19 July 2019, IF the Speaker does NOT Complete the Voting on the TRUST VOTE Motion today on 18 July 2019 Itself.


The Supreme Court will Direct the Speaker to Hold the Voting on the Confidence Motion by Evening of 19 July 2019.


JDS CHIEF MINISTER WILL RESIGN AFTER LOSING CONFIDENCE VOTE MOTION IN ASSEMBLY


The JDS Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy will Resign, after the JDS-INC FAIL to win the Confidence Vote Motion in the Karnataka Assembly on 18 July 2019.


The Governor will Accept the Resignation of the JDS Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy.


BJP WILL FORM GOVERNMENT IN KARNATAKA


The Karnataka Governor will Invite the BJP to form the Government.


The BJP MLA elected by all the BJP MLAs will be Sworn-In as the Karnataka Chief Minister by 20 July 2019.


BJP PARLIAMENT BOARD MEET ON 18 JULY EVENING


The BJP Parliamentary Board will Meet at New Delhi, today, immediately after the Governor accepts the Resignation of the JDS Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy.


The BJP Parliamentary Board will send the Team of BJP National Observers to attend the BJP MLAs Meeting at Bengaluru.


BJP MLAs WILL ELECT NEW CHIEF MINISTER


The BJP MLAs will unanimously Elect the BJP MLA to be made the Karnataka Chief Minister.


The Governor will Swear-In the BJP Chief Minister on 19 OR 20 July 2019.


The BJP Chief Minister will take the Vote of Confidence in the Assembly and Prove his Majority.


The BJP Cabinet will be Expanded during the Next Week.


15 JDS-INC MLAs WILL WAIT FOR ACCEPT OF RESIGNS


The 15 INC-JDS MLAs who Resigned will wait for the Speaker to accept their Resignations.


Some of the 15 INC-JDS MLAs after becoming Ex-MLAs will Join the BJP.


15 JDS-INC RESIGNED MLAs WILL WIN AS BJP MLAs


The BJP will field the Ex-MLAs from the INC-JDS who join the BJP, as the BJP Candidates in the Assembly By-Elections in JANUARY 2020.


The JDS-INC Ex-MLAs who win the By-Elections as the BJP Candidates will be inducted as the Ministers in the BJP Government.


AFTER 15 BY-POLLS, BJP WILL WIN MAJORITY IN 224 MLAs ASSEMBLY


The BJP needs to ensure that a Minimum of 8 of the 15 JDS-INC Ex-MLAs win the MLA Seats in the 15 By-Elections in January 2020.
