The Karnataka High Court’s Two Judge Bench postponed the Final Verdict on the Appeal by the Disqualified BJP MLAs to 20 October 2010 .

One Judge, Justice N.Kumar Rejected the Speaker's Decision, stating that the "11 MLAs Letter to the Governor, Withdrawing Support to the Yeddyurappa Government, does not indicate Anti-Party Activity and therefore does Not qualify for the Anti-Disqualification Act. The MLAs cannot be Disqualified."

In another bizarre incident the JD-Congress Conspiracy to Topple the BJP Government was seen live by the 6 crore Kannada TV Audience.

The BJP MLA Shankar Linga Gowda a Lingayat MLA unhappy at not being made a Minister, signed the "Withdrawal of Support" Letter to the Governor.

His son went to meet him at the Legislator’s Home at Bengaluru and convinced him that the voters will defeat him if he betrayed the BJP.

Father and son had a long heated debate. The BJP MLA got exhausted.

His daughter is a Doctor. A Doctor with a MD in Medicine. The Daughter was treating him.

Suddenly Janata Dal leaders with workers arrived, got an Ambulance and forcibly shifted the BJP MLA to the Hospital, ignoring the screaming Doctor Daughter and the Family that they do not want him to be whisked away.

The Family informed the BJP Leaders of the JD Leaders forcibly dragging the BJP MLA away from the Family.

The Family went to the Hospital. The BJP Government made sure that the BJP MLA was not kidnapped by the scandalous JD Leaders and transported to Goa .

Chief Minister Yeddyurappa has convened a 3 Day Session of the Assembly from 1 November 2010 .
