HORROR TIME
N.Chandrababu
Naidu is about to experience the most difficult time in his Political
life after 1983.
In 1983 Naidu as a Congress
Minister and Candidate lost the Assembly Elections against the Candidate
of the just born Telugu Desam Party of film actor NTR.
Naidu was NTR’s Son-in-Law.
N TR rescued Naidu from political wilderness by inducting him in
to the TDP and making him the de facto boss of the Party Organisation.
Naidu proved to be a Terrific
Organiser. Naidu built from scratch the powerful Anti-Congress TDP
Organisation, which till today is well entrenched in each and every
Polling Area in Andhra Pradesh.
Naidu, in 1995, deposed NTR
as Chief Minister by conspiring with the then Prime Minister P.V.Narasimha
Rao and the shamelessly ungrateful Governor Krishna Kant.
Naidu was aided in the Conspiracy
to betray NTR by Eenadu Baron Ramoji Rao, Former NTR Aide P.Upendra
and the BJP factotum M.Venkayya Naidu.
Naidu as Chief Minister demonstrated
rare competence in Governance by unfolding Infrastructural Development
at all levels on an unprecedented scale.
Naidu’s forte was pouring
Life in to Urban Infrastructure in Hyderabad and every Town in the
State.
Naidu became
a towering Icon of Governance and modernisation.
Naidu committed a Big Big Blunder
of his Political life in 1996.
Until then the TDP was the National Symbol of Anti-Congressism as
powerful as the spirit of the 1975-77 Jaya Prakash Narayan Movement.
In 1996 Narasimha Rao manipulated
Naidu in to creating the United Front of Non-Congress and Anti-BJP
Political Parties. Deve Gowda was installed as the United Front
Prime Minister with Naidu as Convener. The TDP thus joined a Government
supported by the Congress.
In a single stroke the Ideology
of Anti-Congressism disappeared as TDP Ministers survived on Political
Oxygen from the Congress.
In 1997 the then Congress President
manipulated Naidu in to ousting Deve Gowda and installing I.K.Gujral
as the United Front Prime Minister.
Naidu thus became a Congress
Pawn and destroyed the TDP Identity of Anti-Congressism.
In the 1998 Polls the BJP captured
the Central Government.
Naidu revived Anti-Congressism
by supporting the BJP in a Post-Election Coalition.
In 1999 Naidu strengthened Anti-Congressism
by an Alliance with the BJP. Naidu became Chief Minister again and
the BJP won the Central Government.
In 2004 Naidu stupidly advanced
the Assembly Polls from October to May and forced along with India’s
Biggest Idiot Venkayya Naidu the BJP to go in for early Lok Sabha
Polls.
In 2004 Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy
united the entire anti-TDP Votes through a massive mass mobilization
drive and by creating an Alliance with the Communists. YSR defeated
the Naidu-Vajpayee Governments in Andhra.
Naidu in the Opposition broke
Alliance with the BJP and is now in Alliance with Prakash Karat-Bardhan
led Communists.
Naidu has in these four years
sustained an intensified struggle of Anti-Congressism against the
YSR Government.
Naidu now faces the
biggest political challenge in his life.
The Andhra Pradesh Scenario
has got polarised between the Sonia Congress led by Mass Leader
YSR and the Ramoji Rao Prajarajyam led by Film actor Chiranjeevi.
NAIDU’S YSR
NIGHTMARE
YSR has implemented in Andhra
Pradesh India’s most massive Infrastructural Programme.
The YSR Infrastructural Canvas has Irrigation, Drinking Water, Drainage,
Power, Roads, Rail, Bridges, Urban-Rural Facilities, Industrialisation,
Manufacturing, Hi-Tech Facilities, Services, Rural Development,
Agriculture, Welfare, Health and Education.
The YSR Development
Scale is the Biggest Infrastructural Activity since Jawaharlal Nehru
Built Industry, Dams, Public Sector, Education, Health and Towns.
YSR has also in the Fifth Year
implemented the NTR Populist Scheme of Rice at Rs 2 Per Kg for the
Poor.
The YSR Effort has thus
created a 40% impregnable Vote Base for the Sonia Congress, putting
it in the capability parameters of winning a minimum of 140 Assembly
Seats in the 294 MLAs Assembly.
The
YSR Nightmare thus Haunts Naidu, threatening to prevent the TDP
COMEBACK in 2009.
NAIDU’S CHIRANJEEVI-RAMOJI
DAYTIME NIGHTMARE
The Voters of Andhra are sick
of the rampant corruption inflicted on the Governance of the State
by 61 Years of Congress-TDP Apex Corruption.
In every Assembly Constituency
the Congress-TDP System is dominated by Corrupt Politicians with
a 100-1000 Crores of Accumulated Wealth.
The Voters are therefore
keen on a massive change.
Chiranjeevi has launched
the Prajarajyam Party to attract the Voter Anger against the Congress-TDP
Family Property Systems.
Chiranjeevi is benefiting
enormously from the Ramoji Rao patronage of 24 hours hyped publicity
on the ETV Group Channels and Newspaper.
Currently Chiranjeevi
is estrimated to swallow 35% of the Votes.
Chiranjeevi has to first
Swallow the TDP to Challenge the Congress.
Chiranjeevi is threatening
to vaporise the TDP existence in the Battle for the Government,
in the 2009 Elections.
TDP STRATEGY
Chandrababu Naidu has to therefore
first Strategise to prevent Chiranjeevi from replacing the TDP as
the Challenger to the Congress Regime.
Thereafter Naidu has
to Strategise to defeat the Sonia Congress Government headed by
YSR.
COMPETITIVE CORRUPTION
Corruption is a Big Issue.
The Congress Ministers and MLAs
have surpassed all the earlier levels of Corruption by the TDP Ministers
and MLAs.
The TDP Governance was no better
than the Congress on the Issue of corruption.
Therefore
if the TDP intensifies a Campaign on Corruption, then the Voters
will flood towards Chiranjeevi’s Prajarajyam Party.
MANMOHAN MIS-GOVERNANCE
The TDP can however get the
“National Vote” by accusing the Congress Central government
of Mis-Governance of the Economy and Internal Security.
The
YSR Government has absorbed to some extent the High Prices inflicted
by the Central Government. Therefore the focus of Attack must be
the Manmohan Government. But Naidu is obsessed with YSR!
CHIRANJEEVI
DEFEATS TDP
In Andhra and Rayalseema the
entry of Chiranjeevi splits the Anti-Congress Votes to facilitate
Congress victories in many Constituencies. In Others Chiranjeevi
is likely to win.
The
TDP will thus have a tough time winning in Rayalseema against the
Congress and in Andhra against the Prajarajyam.
YSR STILL OPPOSED
TO TELANGANA STATE
Chandrababu Naidu and YSR are
from Rayalseema and Chiranjeevi is from Coastal Andhra. They are
all opposed to Telangana.
Both YSR and Naidu believe that
splitting Andhra Pradesh will reduce the Importance and Weightage
of the Telugu Voice at New Delhi. They both are opposed to Telangana.
In 2004 both opposed Telangana but Congress was in Alliance with
the Telangana Rashtra Samiti. The TDP lost heavily across Andhra
and Telangana. The Congress-TRS-Communist Alliance won almost all
the Seats in Telangana.
YSR
is still opposed to the creation of Telangana.
Sonia will not over rule YSR.
Sonia is afraid of the Congress losing
the 175 MLAs in Andhra by creating Telangana.
TELANGANA MANTRA
Chandrababu Naidu will
therefore make a Terrific Impact in Telangana if he and his Communist
and BSP Allies support the creation of a separate State for Telangana.
Telangana has 119 MLAs.
If Chandrababu Naidu vociferously
supports Telangana then the TDP will win 60 MLAs in Telangana with
his Allies winning another 20 MLAs.
ANTI-CONGRESS GOVERNMENT
If the TDP supports
Telangana and wins a majority of the Telangana Seats then the Andhra
Pradesh Assembly will be hung with No Party getting a Majority.
Naidu can then in a
Post-Election Coalition of Anti-Congress Forces join Chiranjeevi
in installing a Non-Congress Government with the Leader of the Largest
Party in the Coalition becoming the Chief Minister.
FINISHLINE
The
Only Winning Mantra for a Chandrababu Naidu TDP Comeback in Andhra
Pradesh in the 2009 Assembly Elections is “TELANGANA”.
