Separatist Violence has begun in Telangana, again today.

But that must be done ONLY after seeking a Mandate from the Voters.

VOTERS REJECTED TELANGANA

The Voters of Andhra Pradesh, in the May 2009 Assembly & Lok Sabha Elections, defeated the forces seeking a separate Telangana State and voted for the YSR led Congress Party keen on keeping the State united.

The Telangana Rashtra Samithi won just 10 of the 48 Assembly Seats it contested in Telangana. These 10 also were won because of the Alliance with the TDP and Communists. Without an Alliance the TRS would not have won any seats.

The Voters of Telangana therefore rejected the demand for Telangana State by the TRS.

The Will of the Telengana Voters must not be subverted by force of violent separatist agitation, by Power Hungry Politicians who failed to capture the Government in the Elections.

The decision by the voters against Telangana, must be respected.

Sonia has done incalculable damage to the Governance of Andhra Pradesh by imposing Rice Broker Rosaiah as the Chief Minister.

Rosaiah bought the Chief Minister’s job in a Private Congress Auction at New Delhi by delivering 1000 Crores on 3 September 2009 morning.

CONGRESS PIMPOLOGY

Rosaiah operates the Congress Decision-Makers at New Delhi through a Gang of Baniya Businessmen headed by G.M.Rao the Contractor building the Delhi Airport .

G.M.Rao began life as a Pimp supplying prostitutes to Politicians in Power. G.M.Rao was supplying Prostitutes to Venkaiyya Naidu, Ananta Kumar, Pramod Mahajan and others in the Vajpayee Cabinet.

In 2004 after the Congress Party won the Government of India, Pimp G.M.Rao began supplying prostitutes to UPA Ministers and Powerful Aides close to Sonia.

Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel and Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar have received immense number of pleasures from pimp G.M.Rao.

G.M.Rao thus procured the Delhi Airport lucrative Contract.

G.M.Rao a Baniya is delivering crores looted from Andhra Pradesh to ensure the continuation of Rosaiah as the Chief Minister.

RICE BROKER ROSAIAH

Rosaiah is No Leader. Rosaiah has always been the Power Broker for every Chief Minister. Rosaiah is not an MLA. Rosaiah was brought through the Back Door in to the Upper House as an MLC.

Rosaiah has always been a Commission Agent collecting a Hefty Commission in Every Corruption that he as the Finance Minister cleared for the Congress Bosses. Rosaiah began life and continues to be the Wheeler-Dealer for the Rice Millers Association.

Rosaiah is incapable of Governance. Rosaiah has no perception of the voters mood, since he is not a mass leader but just a Rice Broker.

Rosaiah is therefore just a Bag Man to loot the State Exchequer for the Congress Bosses.

MIS-GOVERNANCE

Rosaiah's incompetence and lack of energy at 79 years (sleeps for 18 Hours) has destroyed Governance. Rosaiah has no control of the Bureaucrats.

Rosaiah Mis-Governance is now creating a huge Telangana Movement filled with Violence.

With YSR Alive and with the massive support of the masses, the separatist forces did not dare to create a violent agitation.

YSR is now dead.

Six months after the YSR death, those defeated in the Elections are now resorting to Violence to demand for the creation of a separate State of Telangana.

There is a huge conspiracy by some Congress Party Position Holders in conniving with the TRS.

Some of these Congress Chaps want to inflame the Telangana Region with violence so that the Rosaiah Government is destabilised and Central Intervention is injected.

These Congress Chaps want to scare and to force Congress President Sonia to panic to:

Either create a separate State for Telangana.

Or appoint a Telangana Chap as the Chief Minister.

Congress President Sonia must drop the Position Holders who have conspired with the TRS and initiate disciplinary action against all of them.

Sonia must communicate to the voters of Andhra Pradesh that their Mandate against the creation of a Separate State for Telangana will not be subverted by the Congress Party.

Sonia must quickly and clearly inform all in Telangana that they must seek a mandate from the voters in the next Assembly Elections in 2014 before demanding of the Central Government, to create a separate State for Telangana.

Sonia must state that violence and agitation after losing the Elections will not Blackmail the Congress Party in to cheating the voters of Andhra Pradesh.

Sonia must first split the Bigger State of Uttar Pradesh (80 MPs) in to 5 Small States before attempting to split Andhra Pradesh in to 3 pieces.
