President Pratibha Will Force Confidence Test On 31 July

The Communists will meet President of India Pratibha Patil on July 9 Afternoon, to give her a formal letter informing her of the Communists Withdrawal of Support to the Manmohan Government.

The Communists led by Prakash Karat and A.B.Bardhan will request the President to Order the Prime Minister to take a Confidence Vote.

President Pratibha will give an audience to the Prime Minister on 10 July after he returns from the G8 Summit at Hokkaido in Japan.

Politicsparty.com PREDICTS that President Pratibha Patil will get the Manmohan Singh Government to go in for the Confidence Test in the Lok Sabha on or before 31 July 2008.

WIN CONFIDENCE VOTE THEN GO TO IAEA

The Aggressives are Cocky of easily securing the majority support of more than 272 of the 543 Lok Sabha MPs in the Confidence Vote.

The Aggresives led by Foreign Minister Pranab Mukherjee are advising Sonia to have a Quick Confidence Vote in a special session of Parliament on 21-22 July, get the Majority Votes in the Lok Sabha and then go to the IAEA on 28 July.
The Aggresives want the Lok Sabha to be urgently convened on 21 July to enable the Confidence Vote by 22 July.
The Aggressives advocate that the Credibility of the Government will be enhanced by winning the Confidence Vote and then with the Confidence of the Parliament GO AHEAD with the Nuclear Deal at the IAEA on 28 July.

Pranab Mukherjee spoke to the Prime Minister away in Japan for the G8 Meeting to inform him that the Government must take the Confidence Vote before going to the IAEA.

Sonia is being advised by the aggressives to go in for a Quick Confidence Vote before GOING to the IAEA on 28 July.

MAKE NUKE DEAL UNSTOPPABLE, THEN SEEK CONFIDENCE VOTE

The Conservatives are not sure of the behaviour of the Party Bosses who have assured support for the Government, on the actual Day of the Confidence Vote.

The Conservatives have advised Sonia to have the Confidence Vote in the Lok Sabha on 31 July
The International Atomic Energy Agency will Meet in its Board meeting on 28 July. The IAEA will Approve of the India Specific Safeguards in the Nuclear Deal by 31 July.
On 31 July itself the Nuclear Deal will be sent to the Nuclear Suppliers Group of 45 Countries which will instantly approve the Nuclear Deal.
Thereafter in August the U.S. Congress will set aside all Rules and Procedures to Quick-Process and ratify the Nuclear Deal.

Thus 31 July is the KEY DATE.
The Nuclear Deal cannot be stopped after 31 July.
The fall of the Manmohan Singh Government on or after 31 July will thus not affect the Nuclear Deal.
The Nuclear Deal will be a success.
Sonia is therefore being advised by the Conservatives to have the Confidence Test on 31 July.

CONSPIRACY AGAINST NUCLEAR DEAL

The Aggressives are Trapping Sonia in to killing the Deal. If the Government Loses the Confidence Vote before going to the IAEA then the Government cannot go to the IAEA.
The Nuclear Deal will be killed.
The Aggressives want to kill the Manmohan Government and the Nuclear Deal.

SAVE DEAL THEN TRY TO SAVE GOVERNMENT

The Conservatives want the Nuclear Deal to Go Through without subjecting it to the unpredictability of the Confidence Vote.

Once the Nuclear Deal goes through the IAEA then even if the Manmohan Government is Toppled the Nuclear Deal will be a success.
No Future Government can and will not stop the Nuclear Deal.

The Conservatives want to Save the Nuclear Deal and would be delighted if the Manmohan Government survived but are not bothered much if the Manmohan Government is saved or Toppled because of the voter anger across the country against the Manmohan Government’s MisGovernance of the Economy.

The Conservatives would thus want the Nuclear Deal to be saved and then if the Manmohan government is Toppled then get all the Anti-BJP Forces to install a New Prime Minister and continue in Government until the May 2009 Lok Sabha Elections.

15 OF MULAYAM’S 39 MPs WILL DEFEAT MANMOHAN

Manmohan Singh will Lose the Confidence Vote in Parliament.

15 of the 39 MPs from Mulayam Singh Yadav’s Samajwadi Party will vote against the Confidence.

The Samajwadi Party MPs are against the Concept of aligning with the Manmohan Government and are against the Concept of Mulayam Singh Yadav supporting the American Nuclear Deal.

The 15 MPs are not afraid of losing their seats since the Lok Sabha Polls are due in May 2008.
