Manmohan Singh should have immediately, after the Pranab Report against Chidambaram, reached the PMO, got Chidambaram to explain his Defence.

Manmohan should have in March 2011 itself asked Chidambaram to Resign, after getting the Pranab Report.

Manmohan quietly informed the concerned, outside the Government, about the Pranab Report.

The RTI Route was taken to get possession of the Pranab Report incriminating Chidambaram.

KARUNANIDHI COMPULSION

In the Tamilnadu Assembly the DMK is surviving as a Minority Government with the Outside support of the Congress Party.
