Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra , Tamil Nadu, Gujarat , Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar , Jharkhand, Haryana, J&K and Goa.

SIGNIFICANCE OF STATE PRESIDENTS

In Kerala Ramesh Chennitala has been Given a Fresh Term as PCC President. The Kerala Panchayat Elections Results will be counted Today, 27 October 2010 . Ramesh has been given another Term, without even waiting for the Results. The Assembly Elections will be in May 2011. Ramesh belongs to the Third Group in Kerala Congress Politics.

Former Chief Minister Amarinder Singh has been once again made the PCC President of Punjab . Amarinder's wife is the Minister of State in the Foreign Ministry. Amarinder a Jat Sikh has been brought in to take advantage of the feud in the Parkash Singh Badal’s Family.

Rita Bahuguna continues as the President in Uttar Pradesh.

Rahul was keen on a Change but that did not happen.

The Delhi President Jai Prakash Agarwal has been Retained, because the Congress Party won the Delhi Assembly Elections.

Sheila Dikshit wanted him to be replaced but Sonia did not agree.

Kaul Singh Thakur, the bitter enemy of Union Minister Virbhadra Singh has been made the President of Himachal Pradesh.

Parmeshwar a Dalit MLA from Tumkur becomes the President of Karnataka. Parmeshwar belongs to the Anti-Deve Gowda Faction in the Congress Party unit in Karnataka. The Change in Karnataka is done to delink the Congress Party from the Janata Dal led by the Deve Gowda Family.

WHY DELAY?

Sonia has delayed the anointment of State Presidents for 12 States.

Andhra Pradesh has become a Complex Scenario. Sonia will completely overhaul the entire List of Position Holders in the State Government, Central Government, PCC and AICC after the New Chief Minister is installed in December End.

Maharashtra needs a PCC President who will not allow Sharad Pawar to hijack the Organisation. The current President Manikrao Thakre is a good chap. However he was trapped by Vilasrao Deshmukh through the Dawood Aide Satish Chaturvedi to blurt out the details of the amount of money spent on Sonia's Rally at Sevagram in Wardha. Picking the perfect choice is proving to be tricky.

Gujarat President Siddharth Patel has resigned after Narendra Modi won all the Panchayat, Municipalities Elections. It is a hopeless situation for the Congress Party. There is need to pick a Patel Leader of credibility from Saurashtra. Sonia has not yet made up her mind on the New President.

Rajasthan needs a New President in place of Ambani retainee P.C.Joshi after he became the Rural Development Minister in the Central Government. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is a Maali (Gardener). A Thakur or Jat has to be picked as the President.

Suresh Pachauri has been a Disaster in Madhya Pradesh. There is need for a powerful OBC Leader to wean away the OBC Votes from the BJP.

The Names available do not have the potential to deliver votes. The Thakurs Lobby is keen on a Thakur being made the President.

Bihar is undergoing Assembly Elections. The PCC President a Muslim is also contesting the Assembly Elections. The decision to retain him or appoint a New face will be done after the Results are out on 24 December 2010 .

Tamilnadu is due for Elections in May 2010. Sonia needs to have a President who will not be hostile to Karunanidhi but not surrender to the DMK. The Present President Thankabalu is close to Jayalalithaa. The Delay in announcing the New President, is because the Congress Party bargaining with Karunanidhi, for the Number of Seats to Contest has not yet been completed.

Haryana is a Jat State . The Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has become an Enemy for all the other Congress Position Holders in the State. There is a Fierce Battle between Hooda and the Others on the choice of the New President.

Jharkhand is NOW firmly in the BJP-JMM grip. There is Need for a hindu Tribal Leader as the President to wean away the Hindu Tribals from the JMM. The Congress Party cannot win a single Lok Sabha Seat if the BJP-JMM Coalition continues.

Chhattisgarh is NOW a stronghold State of the BJP. There is the need for a credible and competent Leader to wean away the voters from the BJP.

The Tribal verses non-Tribal Faction fight is destroying the Congress Party.

Jammu & Kashmir is in a Government created Mess. Both the State and Central governments have created a chaos. Ghulam Nabi Azad must be sent back to the State as President.

Goa is heading for Assembly Elections. The Government is so corrupt that Congress Voters are likely to vote against Congress Candidates. A New Credible face is needed to lead the Congress Party to a victory in the Assembly Elections.
