There should have been One More Chamar Minister and One More Non-Chamar Minister. The Dalits would then have been satiated.

MISTAKE THREE:

The Concept of a Deputy Chief Minister is just Nonsense. There should not have been a Deputy Chief Minister.

The Position has No Impact on the Voters. The Position in fact hurts all the others who have not been made the Deputy Chief Minister.

The Best Thing to do was to Give a Dalit Person from Telangana the Position of the Pradesh Congress Committee President.

The criticism of the Sonia System, beyond the above Three Mistakes is not correct.

The Revolting Ministers were refusing to attend the First Cabinet Meeting last evening.

The Political Secretary to the Congress President Ahmed Patel phoned from New Delhi to each of the Ministers requesting them to attend the Cabinet Meeting, assuring them that the unhappiness at Portfolio allocation would be rectified by reallocating the Portfolios.

VOTE PERCENTAGE REALITY CHECK

The Congress Party has 40% of the Votes, if it stays united and gives a Good Government.

The Telugu Desam Party has 30% of the Votes.

The TDP cannot defeat the united Congress Party, led by the Reddys.

CHANDRABABU CONSPIRACY

The Chandrababu Naidu Political-Electoral Logic is Simple.

If Jagan is expelled from the Congress Party, then Jagan will field candidates in all the 294 Assembly Constituencies and 42 Lok Sabha Constituencies.

If Jagan and the Sonia Congress fallout, to field separate Candidates in all the Constituencies, then the Congress Party Votes will fall below 25%.

The Telugu Desam with just 30% of the Votes, will win literally almost 90% of the 200 Assembly Seats and 30 Lok Sabha Seats in the Andhra, Rayalaseema and Hyderabad Regions.

If Sonia Congress and Jagan Congress split the Congress Party Votes, then the Telugu Desam Party will definitely win more than the 148 Assembly Seats to get a Majority in the 294 MLAs Assembly to easily capture the State Government.

The Reddys are the natural and popular Leaders of the Congress Vote Base in Andhra Pradesh.

Rosaiah was told to tell the Media that he was on a Routine visit to discuss Projects with Central Ministers.

Rosaiah went in the car of an Officer, furtively to 10 Janpath, Sonia’s Residence. Rosaiah abandoned his Official Convoy of cars and security, so that the Media did not get the Big Story.

Ahmed Patel, at 10 Janpath told Rosaiah that he was a complete failure in Governance, in handling the YSR Loyalists, in connecting with the Vote Base and in handling the Media. Ahmed told Rosaiah to offer his Resignation to Sonia, the moment he walked in to her Room.

Rosaiah walked in to Sonia's room with Ahmed Patel.

Sonia gave Rosaiah a shrill earful of the same blaring music that Ahmed had given him a few minutes ago.

Rosaiah offered to Resign.

Rosaiah was told to convene an Emergency Meeting of the Congress MLAs the next Day without an Agenda. Rosaiah was told to NOT speak to anyone in Politics and Media about his Quit Decision.

Rosaiah was directed to Resign on Health Grounds. Rosaiah met the Governor and Resigned.

CONGRESS UNITES WITH SONIA

Sonia sent Observers to get a One Line Resolution to install her new Position Holders.

The YSR Loyalists led by Jagan decided to completely co-operate with Sonia and facilitate the unanimous implementation of Sonia’s Decisions in appointing the New Team in the Andhra Pradesh Government.

The entire Congress Party in Andhra Pradesh thus unitedly stood with Sonia in the installation of the new Chief Minister.

Kiran Kumar Reddy was a YSR Loyalist, from the time he became an MLA in 1989. YSR shaped his career by giving him Positions in the Party and the Assembly.

YSR made Aruna and Chandrashekhar Reddy the Ministers from Chittoor and accommodated Kiran as the Speaker of the Assembly. That gave Kiran the stature, to flower.

Kiran was so loyal to YSR that immediately after his Tragic Death, he pushed the Political Knife in to YSR Son Jagan and charted his Lobbying to become the Chief Minister.

Kiran has succeeded in cultivating the Sonia System to become the Chief Minister.

Sonia has blessed Kiran with a Huge Opportunity to emerge as the Mass Leader of the Congress Vote Base of Reddys-Dalits-Muslims.

Chiranjeevi the President of Prajarajyam Party is keen to join the Congress State Government.

Chiranjeevi wants to be a Minister. Chiranjeevi wants his brother-in-law Allu arvind to be a Minister. Chiranjeevi wants another MLA to become a Minister.

Chiranjeevi will give the support of his 18 MLAs, if his Prajarajyam Party is included in the Congress Cabinet.
