MAHARASHTRA VOTERS VOTED FOR MODI GOV
The Maharashtra Voters Mandate in the October 2019 Assembly Elections was for the Prime Minister Narendra Modi Led BJP Pivoted Alliance to Govern the State till 2024.
The Maharashtra Voters gave the Mandate after the Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the One Month Long Campaign had daily projected Devendra Fadnavis as the Chief Minister.
The Maharshtra Voters Mandate has endorsed the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Proposal to once again put for 5 years Devendra Fadnavis as the Chief Minister.
The Maharashtra Voters Mandate should have been implemented by allowing the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Pick, namely Devendra Fadnavis to be Sworn-In as the Chief Minister.
SHIV SENA DURING CAMPAIGN NEVER REFUSED TO ACCEPT DEVENDRA FADNAVIS AS CM FOR 5 MORE YEARS
The Shiv Sena led by the President Uddhav Thackeray participated in all the Public Metings of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi wherein he had asked the voters to give Devendra Fadnavis another 5 years Term as the Chief Minister.
The Shiv Sena led by the President Uddhav Thackeray throughout the Maharashtra Assembly Elections Campaign never mentioned the 50-50 Power-Share of the Chief Minister’s Post,even once.
The Shiv Sena led by the President Uddhav Thackeray have negated the Maharashtra Voters Mandate, by refusing after the Results were declared, to accept Devendra Fadnavis as the Chief Minister for 5 Years.
The Shiv Sena by not implementing the Maharashtra Voters Mandate of the Second Five Years Term for the Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis have prevented the installation of the BJP-Shiv Sena Coalition Government.
FULFILL MAHARASHTRA VOTERS MANDATE
The Maharashtra Voters Mandate can Now be fulfilled, Only by Swearing-In Devendra Fadnavis as the Chief Minister, for the Fresh 5 years Term, with Shiv Sena being part of the BJP Led Government.
If Devendra Fadnavis refuses to become the Chief Minister, in the absence of the Support of the Shiv Sena, then the Maharashtra Voters Mandate cannot be fulfilled.
ONLY 2 OPTIONS IN MAHARASHTRA NOW
Now, in the absence of any Party having the Majority in the Assembly, there are ONLY Two Options for the Governor, to enforce in Maharashtra.
MAHARASHTRA GOVERNOR OPTION ONE: FADNAVIS AS CM
The Governor Swears-In the BJP Legislature Party Leader Devendra Fadnavis as the Maharashtra Chief Minister, allowing him to prove in the 288 MLAs Assembly, his Majority, by getting the support of 145 MLAs, in 30 Days.
MAHARASHTRA GOVERNOR OPTION TWO: PREZ RULE
The Governor, in the absence of any Clear Majority for any Party, recommends the President’s Rule in Maharashtra, to give 6 months Time for 145 MLAs to come together to Impose a Government.
The Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Government must impose the President’s Rule in Maharashtra from 9 November 2019 to MAY 2020.
A Government with the support of 145 MLAs must be formed by 9 MAY 2019.
If there is no Majority Government Possible then the Assembly must be dissolved in May 2020, to hold the Fresh Assembly Elections.
President Rule must be imposed in Maharashtra, If the Voters Mandate for the Prime Minister Narendra Modi Led BJP Coalition to Govern the State for Five more Years with the MODIMAN as the Chief Minister, is not implemented, by NOT allowing the BJP Legislature Party Leader Devendra Fadnavis to be the Chief Minister.
