The JDS and the INC formed the Post-Poll Coalition to Capture the Karnataka Government in MAY 2018.


The INC Government was thrown out by the Karnataka Voters.


The INC and the JDS Do NOT have the Mandate to Govern Karnataka.


PARTYS STRENGTH IN KARNATAKA ASSEMBLY


Karnataka Assembly Numbers: 224 MLAs. But NOW 222 as 2 Seats are Vacant. It will become 224 after the 2 By-Elections are completed in December 2018.


Total Strength in the Karnataka Assembly in September 2018 is 222 MLAs. The Majority Figure in the Karnataka Assembly is 112 MLAs.


2 VACANT SEATS: RAMNAGAR & JAMKHANDI


2 Seats are Vacant in the 224 MLAs Assembly.


The Ramnagar Assembly Seat is vacant after the Chief Minister Kumaraswamy Resigned, after winning from Two Seats.

 

The Jamkhandi Assembly Seat in the Bagalkot District is vacant after the INC MLA Siddhunyame Gouda Died in a Car Accident.


The 2 By-Elections will be held in December 2018.


The JDS will Field the Chief Minister Kumaraswamy’s Actor Son as the MLA Candidate. The JDS will win in Ramnagar.


The INC will field the Son of the Dead MLA as the Candidate. The INC will win in Jamkhandi.


KARNATAKA ASSEMBLY SCENARIO IN DECEMBER 2018


The Assembly Effective Strength Now: 222.


BJP has 104 MLAs.


Coalition Government = 118 MLAs:

BSP 1 +JDS 36 + Independents 2 + INC 79


If 14 MLAs from JDS & INC Resign their Seats, then the Assembly Strength will Fall to 208.


The JDS-INC Number will Fall to 103 after the 14 JDS MLAs Resign their Assembly Seats and One Independent MLA Joins the BJP.


The BJP with addition of the Independent MLA jpoining the BJP will increase its Strength from 104 MLAs to 105 MLAs.


The BJP with 105 MLAs will get Majority in the 208 MLAs Assembly, after the 14 INC-JDS MLAs Resign from the Assembly, and One Independent Joins the BJP.


14 INC-JDS MLAs WILL TOPPLE JDS-INC COALITION GOV


The 14 MLAs will Resign from the INC & the JDS as they cannot be made Ministers and they are keen to become the Ministers.


The 14 MLAs will become Ministers, ONLY If they Resign from the INC & the JDS, Join the BJP, Contest as the BJP Candidates, Win the By-Elections and thus be Ministers for the remaining 4 Years in the BJP Government.


The BJP will be ready to make the 14 defecting INC & the JDS MLAs as Ministers, after they Resign their Seats and Join the BJP.


Inducting the 14 Defecting MLAs as Ministers, is a VERY Small Price to Pay, for the BJP to Capture the Karnataka Government.


JDS-INC GOV WILL LOSE MAJORITY IN SEPTEMBER 2018


The BJP with 104 + 1 Independent = 105 MLAs will have Majority in the Assembly after the 14 MLAs Resign from the INC & JDS and One Infdependent MLA joins the BJP.


The Governor will Direct the Chief Minister Kumaraswamy to Prove the Majority in the Assembly.


The JDS-INC Coalition Government will Fail to prove the Majority in the Assembly.


The Chief Minister Kumaraswamy will Resign after Losing the Confidence Vote in the Assembly.


The Governor will then invite the BJP Leader to Foprm the Government.


The BJP Leader will be Sworn-In as the Chief Minister.


DOZEN MLAs READY TO RESIGN FROM INC & JDS


12 INC-JDS MLAs have decided to Resign from the Assembly.


They are waiting for some More JDS MLAs to Join them to take the Total Strength of Resignations to the Figure of above 14 MLAs.


The 14 Plus INC &  JDS MLAs will Join the BJP after they Resign from the Assembly.


The 14 Plus INC & JDS MLAs will Contest the By-Elections as the BJP Candidates.


BJP WILL GET MAJORITY AFTER BY-POLLS


Even IF 9 of the 14 INC & JDS defecting MLAs, Win in the By-Elections as the BJP Candidates, then the BJP Strength will Rise to 113, to reach the SAFE Majority Figure of 113 MLAs in the Assembly of 224 MLAs.


The BJP Government formed after the Fall of the Post-Poll JDS-INC Coalition Government, will complete the remaining Tenure of 4 years.


33 MINISTERS & CM, IN BJP GOVERNMENT


The Constitution allows ONLY 34 Persons to be in the Council of Ministers in Karnataka, as it must NOT exceed 15% of the 224 MLAs Strength of the Assembly.


Karnataka can have 33 Ministers and a Chief Minister.


A BJP MLA will be Crowned as the Chief Minister.


The 14 INC & JDS MLAs after Resigning their Seats will be inducted as the BJP Ministers.


The BJP will Gift 14 Minister Posts to the Defecting INC & JDS MLAs, so as to Capture the Karnataka Government.


19 BJP MLAs will be inducted as the Ministers.


PRESIDENT RULE POSSIBLE IN KARNATAKA


There is the Possibility that the President’s Rule is imposed in Karnataka, after the 14 JDS MLAs Resign and the JDS-INC Coalition Government Loses the Majority in the Trust Vote in the Assembly.


The Karnataka Assembly will then be put under the Suspended Animation for 6 Months.


The President Rule will be Lifted in MARCH 2019, to enable the BJP Majority Government to Govern the State of Karnataka.


The BJP Chief Minister will be Sworn in sometime in MARCH 2019, before the Lok Sabha Elections.


14 BY-POLLS IN MAY 2019, WITH LOK SABHA ELECTIONS


The 14 By-Elections in the Assembly Seats of the 14 INC & JDS MLAs who Resign, will be held along with the Lok Sabha Elections in MAY 2018.


Most of the 14 hitherto INC & JDS Assembly Seats, will be won by the BJP.


The By-Elections Success will Give the BJP the Strength, to achieve the Majority Figure of 113 in the 224 MLAs Assembly.


The BJP Government will complete the Tenure till 2023.
