TELANGANA CHIEF MINISTER KCR IS “HUMAN BOMB” TO EXPLODE HIS OWN PARTY, TRS

The Telangana Rashtra Samiti Party President and Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao has become the Political “HUMAN BOMB”.

The Telangana “HUMAN BOMB” KCR Tried to BOMB the entire Opposition Parties in Telangana.

The Telangana “HUMAN BOMB” KCR might end up BOMBING his Own Party, instead of BOMBING the Opposition Parties.

The Supreme Court MIGHT EXPLODEs the Telangana “HUMAN BOMB”!

SUPREME COURT MIGHT BOMB TELANGANA CM KCR

The Supreme Court of India CAN BOMB the PLANS of the Telangana Chief Minister K.C.Rao to manipulate the Election Commission of India, to hold the Assembly Elections in December 2018 instead of the Scheduled Time of MAY 2019 along with the Lok Sabha Elections.

Telangana Chief Minister K.C.Rao strategised to Delink the Assembly Elections from the Lok Sabha Elections.

Telangana Chief Minister K.C.Rao wanted to get the Muslim Votes in the Assembly Elections, by holding the Assembly Elections 5 months before the Lok Sabha Elections by Contesting against both the BJP and the INC.

Telangana Chief Minister K.C.Rao did NOT want the Prime Minister Narendra Modi Gigantic Stature to influence the Voters, in a scenario wherein both the Assembly and the Lok Sabha Elections were held together.

Telangana Chief Minister K.C.Rao felt that the Pro-Modi Mood of the Voters in the Lok Sabha Elections would migrate a lot of votes away from the KCR Led TRS, in a BJP VS INC Polarised Lok Sabha Elections Campaign Scenario.

Telangana Chief Minister K.C.Rao therefore dissolved the Assembly on 6 September 2018.

The Election Commission of India will hold the Assembly Elections in November 2018, for the 4 States Elections in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Mizoram.

Telangana Chief Minister K.C.Rao has requested the Election Commission of India to hold the Telangana Assembly Elections in November 2018 itself along with the 4 States Elections.

Telangana Chief Minister K.C.Rao probably believed that his persuasion had psyched the Chief Election Commissioner to agree to hold the Telangana Assembly Elections in November 2018 Itself.

Telangana Chief Minister K.C.Rao is so confident that he had succeeded in manipulating the Election Commission of India, that he did the HUGE BLUNDER of announcing in a Press Meet on 6 September 2018, the Dates of the Telangana Assembly Elections.

Telangana Chief Minister K.C.Rao thus created the horrible perception that the Election Commission of India was the SLAVE of the Telangana Chief Minister K.C.Rao.

Telangana Chief Minister K.C.Rao has thus created the DOUBT in the minds of the Telangana Voters that the Election Commission of India Chief and the Others have SOLD THEIR SOULS to the Telangana Chief Minister K.C.Rao.

Telangana Chief Minister K.C.Rao announced that the Telangana Assembly Elections would be announced in October 2018, the One Day Poll would be held in November and the Results would be Counted in December 2018.

Telangana Chief Minister K.C.Rao is in Complete Violation of the Constitution, as the Elections Schedule must be Decided and Announced by the Election Commission of India and NOT the Telangana Chief Minister K.C.Rao.

CONSTITUTION MIGHT PREVENT TELANGANA ASSEMBLY ELECTIONS IN NOVEMBER 2018

There is another HUGE Constitutional Problem whi ch might DEFEAT the Telangana Chief Minister K.C.Rao DESIGN to hold the Telangana Assembly Elections in November 2018.

The Election Commission of India had announced on 1 September 2018 that the Voters List of Telangana will be revised by 10 January, to include all those who had attained the Voting Age of 18 Before the MAY 2019  Lok Sabha Elections.

The Telangana Elections thus, must NOT be held before the January 2018 Revision of the Electoral Rolls in Telangana.

The Telangana Assembly was Dissolved on 6 September 2018, 5 Days after the 1 September 2018 Order of the Election Commission of India announcing the Revision of Voters List till January 2019.

The Election Commission of India could have exempted Telangana from the Revision till January of the Voters List, IF the Assembly had been Dissolved before 1 September 2018.

Now that the Telangana Assembly has been Dissolved after the Election Commission of India Decision to allow those attaining 18 Years of Age by 2019 MAY, to Vote in the Assembly Elections, it is Complete Violation of the FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT to Vote of the 18 Years Old Voters of Telangana, IF Assembly Elections are held in November 2018.

SUPREME COURT MUST BOMB TELANGANA CM KCR

The Supreme Court MUST Intervene to Protect the Voting Rights of the 18 Years Old by Ordering the Election Commission of India to hold the Assembly Elections, ONLY after Revising the Voters List by January 2019.

The Anti-Telangana Rashtra Samiti Parties and some voters of Telangana might through the Public Interest Litigation will request the Supreme Court to Order the Election Commission of India, NOT to hold the Assembly Elections before January 2018, so as NOT to Prevent those youth who will be 18 years of age in 2019 from Voting in the Assembly Elections.

The Supreme Court might ORDER the Election Commission of India to hold the Telangana Assembly Elections along with the Lok Sabha Elections in MAY 2018 and NOT Prepone the Assembly Elections to November 2018.

FINISHLINE

The Supreme Court can BOMB the PLANS of the Telangana Chief Minister K.C.Rao to DELINK the Lok Sabha Elections, by manipulating the Election Commission of India to hold the Telangana Assembly Elections in November 2018 Itself, by Ordering that the Telangana Assembly Elections must be held along with the Lok Sabha Elections in MAY 2018.
