The Popularity of the Chief Minister B.S.Yeddyurappa led Karnataka BJP Government will be severely tested in 2 crucial Assembly By-Elections on 13 September 2010 .

The Results on 16 September will either indict or celebrate the BJP Governance in the State.

The Karnataka September By-Elections will either topple Chief Minister B.S.Yeddyurappa in 2010 itself or deflate the Congress Party and the JD (S) destroying their chances of winning back the State Government in the 2013 Assembly Elections.

The Congress Party held a Padayatra of 325 KMs addressing Roadside Meetings berating the BJP Corrupt Governance and Protection to Illegal Miners.

The Congress Former Union Minister D.K.Thara Devi of Chikmagalur Fame, walked the entire distance of 325 KMs from Bengaluru to Bellary in the Padayatra, without wearing shoes, screaming against the BJP Government's misrule.

BJP DEFENCE

The BJP Chief Minister B.S.Yeddyurappa refused to drop the three Ministers involved in Illegal Mining because they have a big contingent of MLAs, without whom the Government will collapse.

Yeddyurappa brought out details of Illegal Mining done by several Congress-JD(S) Former Chief Ministers, Ministers and current MLAs and MPs to deflect the focus away from the BJP.

Yeddyurappa also wrote to and met the Prime Minister seeking a Ban on all Export of Iron Ore from Karnataka.

Prime Minister Scam-Mohan Singh refused to impose the ban, because Scam-Mohan Singh is more loyal to China than India .

BJP DEFEAT

If the BJP loses both the By-Elections, then the Chief Minister will be under terrific pressure to resign.

Yeddyurappa has Now banned the Export of Iron Ore from the State of Karnataka and has sealed the Borders.

Yeddyurappa has also banned the Transportation of Iron Ore within the State and out of the State.

The Courts will strike down the Yeddyurappa Government's Decisions because they violate the Constitution.
