This Analysis is in response to the thousands of mail, seeking the meaning of "ODARPU" Yatra, its significance, its impact in Andhra Pradesh and its implications for the Indian National Congress.

Congress President Sonia will have to quickly inject the Miracle Revival Strategy in Andhra Pradesh, before it is lost forever.

ODARPU: CONSOLE

ODARPU is the Telugu Language Word for Console!

When someone dies, you go to the family, to personally Console, express Solidarity, assure Companionship and offer Cash-Education-Marriage Expenses of Daughter-Job-House-Livelihood.

This process of sympathetic Confidence Injection in to a Devastated Family, is in Telugu, called as "ODARPU".

JAGAN ABORTED

Immediately after the discovery of YSR’s Dead Body on 3 September 2009 , 152 of the 157 Congress Party MLAs signed a Statement seeking the anointment of YSR son Jagan as the Chief Minister.

If Jagan had used the emotional movement of MLAs towards him, met the Governor and claimed the Office of the Chief Minister, then he would have been sworn in.

Jagan and his Mother, decided to put their complete trust in Congress President Sonia and wait until the Funeral Rituals were over.

Jagan was not made the Chief Minister.

FINISH JAGAN

Thereafter an atmosphere has been created within the Congress Party, to isolate Jagan from the MLAs and gradually marginalise him, to the fringe of just his Lok Sabha Constituency.

Some of those who benefited immensely from YSR, turned Turtle, to blow a lot of Hot Air at Jagan.

With each passing day there was a seriously successful attempt by rootless wonders from Andhra Pradesh, in positions in the Union Ministry, AICC, Parliament, PCC, Assembly, Council and those in the wilderness of Non-Position Politics, to paint Jagan as a Rebel wanting to be the Chief Minister, against the wishes of the Sonia System.

The cumulative effect of the Campaign against Jagan in New Delhi , left Jagan with No Political Space.

SURVIVE

Jagan needed to survive and succeed.

Jagan felt that the Only Method of success, was to go in to the realm of the ordinary voters, who had voted for the YSR led Andhra Congress.

Jagan needed an activity to continue the momentum of the YSR Sympathy, until the next Elections.

Jagan conceived the "Odarpu Yatra".

ODARPU YATRA: CONSOLE BEREAVED

650 persons died of shock, heart attack, depression and suicide unable to recover from the cruel Death of YSR.

Most of them glued to Television, collapsed after a Heart attack.

Jagan decided to visit each family, which had lost a person immediately after the YSR Tragedy.

Jagan decided to Go On a Trip to Each District, visit each of the Bereaved Family in Each District, to Console the suffering mourners.

VAPORISE JAGAN

For months, the Congress Office Bearers incharge of Andhra Pradesh, pressurised Jagan to postpone his Odarpu Yatra.

Jagan did so for a few months.

In those few months several gas-Bags in the Congress Party who cannot get even their spouses to vote for them, exhaled fire, abuse and tirade at Jagan.

STEPS OUT

Jagan realised that by sticking to the comfort of his home, he would become irrelevant.

Jagan decided to begin his Odarpu Yatra.

Jagan announced that the Odarpu Yatra, was a Personal Tapasya, to Console those who lost their lives, at the time of his Father YSR's Sudden Tragic Death.

TREAD ON HIGH TOES

Jagan's attempt to survive at the helm of the Mass Politics in the State was perceived as an outrageous Tread on High Toes.

A needless atmosphere of Sonia System vs Jagan has been injected by those who have neither any credibility nor Votes in Andhra Pradesh.

BUSY NOTHINGS

The Busybodies in Positions in the Congress Hierarchy, completely confused themselves, the Congress Voters and the Partypersons, by changing their advice to Jagan, several times, over the last few months.

Obviously there was No Defined Strategy to handle Jagan. Everything was a knee-jerk reaction.

LIST OF ORDERS TO JAGAN

Go on the Yatra.

Go on the Yatra, but keep it personal.

Go on the Yatra but do not involve the infrastructure of the Party and the Governments.

Go on the Yatra but do not take MPs, MLAs and Ministers on the Trip.

Go on the Yatra but do not address Rallies, Public Meetings in which Thousands and Lakhs attend.

Go on the Yatra but do not unveil Statues of YSR in every locality, enroute.

Go on the Yatra in a small Convoy and not in a never-ending length of Convoy of supporters.

Go on the Yatra but do not address huge Public Meetings.

Go on the Yatra but do not visit the Home of the Dead.

Go on the Yatra by summoning the Families of the Dead to Hyderabad and in one Meeting, just distribute the monetary compensation.

Do not go to the Telangana Region, until the 12 By-Elections are completed.

Do Not Go on the Odarpu Yatra.

Stop Your Odarpu Yatra.

Ok, Go on the Yatra but convert it from a personal Event to a full pledged Congress Party Activity.

Go to Each District Headquarters Only.

Involve all Party Functionaries, MPs, MLAs, Ministers.

Unveil Only One Statue of YSR at the District Headquarters.

Summon the Families of the Dead to the District Meeting and distribute Compensation there.

OK Go on the Odarpu Yatra from 3 September in Prakasam District.

But after the 3 September Prakasam District Odarpu Yatra, You must Not do the Odarpu Yatra in any of the remaining Districts.

You must, after the Prakasam District Odarpu Yatra, STOP this concept of Odarpu Yatra.

JAGAN YATRA BEGINS

Jagan has begun his Odarpu Yatra of Prakasam District on 3 September 2010 . It will go on until about 20 September 2010.

It is the District, that has the highest amount of support for YSR and Jagan.

The TDP VS Congress Rivalry, is of the highest intensity in this District.

Prakasam and Guntur produce the World Famous Virginia Tobacco Leaf, the finest Grade of Tobacco in the World.

The Farmers earn their livelihood from growing, selling and exporting the Virginia Tobacco.

The flow of ordinary voters to Jagan’s Meetings will be so massive that such an assemblage of people would never have been witnessed, ever before.

CAPTIVATES VOTERS

Jagan has emerged as the ONLY Mass Leader in Andhra Pradesh.

The entire Congress Vote Base accumulated by Indira, Rajiv, Sonia, YSR and the Welfare-Development-Infrastructure Programmes has all shifted to Jagan.

A substantial portion of the TDP Voters, especially the Non-Kamma Voters, have shifted to Jagan.

The Telugu Desam Party of Chandrababu Naidu and the Prajarajyam of Chiranjeevi will fail to win even a single Seat in any Region of Andhra Pradesh.

The poor and lower Middle Class irrespective of Religion, Caste and Region have now identified with Jagan.

Whenever there is the next Election in Andhra Pradesh, there will be the YSR-Jagan Vote Wave.

Jagan and the voters have established an undilutable, for now, emotional bonding.

Jagan does not need the present MLAs and MPs.

The Juggernaut will produce MLAs and MPs out of ordinary Congress Activists.

JAGAN & VOTERS CONNECTIVITY

Anyone who is unable to correctly estimate the Jagan Two-Way Connectivity with the Voters, just has no Connectivity with the voters.

If Jagan is expelled from the Congress Party, then the swell of support from the voters, will develop in to a Sympathy Hurricane swaying more than 65% of the voters to the Jagan Candidates.

The Juggernaut will in the Next Elections, win a clear majority in the Assembly to win the Government of Andhra Pradesh and will win more than 30 Lok Sabha Seats to decide the Coalition that will grab the Central Government.

SONIA ONE: SYMPATHY

Bless Jagan by installing him or his Mother as the Chief Minister and relax.

In the Next Elections, the Sonia System charioted by the YSR Sympathy Wave, will win the State Government and most of the Lok Sabha Seats.

Of the 294 Assembly Seats, the Congress Party will lose about 100 in the Telangana Region.

The ONLY Lok Sabha Seats that would be lost, are the 10 Seats outside the Greater Hyderabad Area and Khammam District, in the Telangana Region.

SONIA TWO: MIRACLE

Sonia has to identify and install as the Chief Minister a Miracle Person.

A Miracle Person, who will win for the Sonia Congress:

All the Regions, All the Sections, All the Sympathies and all the Moods in Andhra-Telangana Pradesh.

The Sonia Congress will then win 41 of the 42 Lok Sabha Seats and 250 of the 294 Assembly Constituencies.
