Congress President Sonia will not, by herself, initiate any disciplinary action against YSR Son Jagan.

Sonia will NOT be swayed by the Anti-Jagan Rootless Wonders in to breaking the Congress Party, in Andhra Pradesh.

But Sonia might implement a Request from the Andhra Pradesh Congress Legislature Party Meeting .

Sonia has always tried in Every State, to unite the Party, inspite of compelling provoking circumstances to strike.

Sonia Statesmanship in keeping the Congress Party united in all the States by smoothening ruffled feathers, is responsible for the Revival of the Congress Party as the Ruling Party of India, in 2004 and 2009.

CIRCUITOUS ENFORCEMENT OF DISCIPLINE

In a Midnight decision, last night Congress President Sonia through the AICC directed the Chief Minister to convene an EMERGENCY Meeting of the Andhra Pradesh Congress Legislature Party at 6.30 PM at Hyderabad .

All 157 MLAs of the Congress Party, MLCs and MPs will attend. The AICC Observer Veerappa Moily will attend.

Moily will communicate a Message on Party Discipline to the CLP Meeting stating that No One must Violate Party Discipline.

The CLP is expected to move a Resolution condemning the Report Adverse to Sonia in Sakshi Newspaper and Sakshi TV and ask for Disciplinary Action against YSR Son Jaganmohan.

The modus operandi is to generate the feeling that the Action against Jagan was sought by the entire Elected Representatives of Andhra Pradesh and not a Delhi-Centric Decision.

If the Condemn of Jagan is initiated in the emergency CLP, then it is definite, that it will be passed unanimously.

The CLP Meeting summoned in such an EMERGENT Manner can ONLY be on the Jagan Issue and the need for Enforcing Discipline.

There can also be a move to get the CLP to endorse the joining of the Prajarajyam Party in to the Congress State Government as a Post-Poll Coalition Partner, with 3 of the Prajarajyam including Chiranjeevi becoming Ministers. Though for such an Activity, a CLP Meet is not necessary.

The CLP MEET could also be used to know the Opinion of MLAs on the change of the Chief Minister.

The CLP Meeting could begin a New Historic Chapter in Andhra Pradesh Politics!

SHAME

In a Historis First of its kind Politically Shameful incident, on 23 November 2010 , the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Rosaiah met “furtively” Congress President Sonia and later denied that he had met Sonia.

Rosaiah arrived at New Delhi from Hyderabad yesterday Morning.

From the Airport Rosaiah went to meet Defence Minister A.K.Antony, gave him a Note on Congress Politics in Andhra Pradesh and requested him to recommend the expulsion of Kadapa MP and YSR Son Y.S.Jaganmohan Reddy from the Congress Party.

Rosaiah then arrived at the Chief Minister's Cottage at Andhra Pradesh Bhavan.

Rosaiah told the Staff, Security and Media that he would have his Lunch, rest until 4 PM and then go to meet Central Leaders if any Appointments were fixed.

Assuming that there would be No Activity till 4 PM the Media dispersed for a leisurely Lunch.

The Chief Minister's Driver, Security and Staff also retired for Lunch.

Thereafter, in the early afternoon, when everybody had dispersed, the Shameful Incident happened.

Rosaiah came out furtively, sat in the Resident Commissioner Rajat Bhargava's Car. In the car were Rosaiah, the Driver, the Resident Commissioner and the OSD to the Chief Minister.

Rosaiah went furtively in the Officer's Car to meet furtively a Sonia Negotiator. From the Furtive Meet with the Negotiator, Rosaiah went in the Same Official's Car to 10 Janpath, the Residence of Congress President Sonia accompanied.

There, he met the Law Minister and AICC Incharge of Andhra Pradesh Veerappa Moily.

Then Rosaiah went in to Sonia's Residential Office Room.

MEET WITH SONIA

Rosaiah spoke for 10 Minutes to Sonia.

Rosaiah requested Sonia to expel YSR Son Jaganmohan Reddy from the Congress Party, immediately.

Rosaiah asked her to permit him to drop all the YSR Loyalists from the Cabinet and include all Rosaiah Loyalists in a quick Cabinet Expansion.

Rosaiah asked her to permit him to include Prajarajyam President Chiranjeevi, his brother-in-law Allu Arvind and another Prajarajyam MLA as the New Ministers.

Sonia did not speak anything at all, in the 10 minutes Meeting.

Rosaih has denied that he met Sonia but NO One is believing him.

NEEDLESS FURTIVENESS

There is No Need for the Chief Minister to disband his Convoy, Security, Staff and Official entourage to go for a Meeting with the Congress President. Strange Indeed!

Everyone in Andhra Pradesh Bhavan saw Rosaiah go and return in the Official's Car. Shame Indeed!

Rosaiah later went to meet Home Minister Chidambaram, in his Official convoy of Cars. Rosaiah, after meeting the Home Minister went to the Airport took the Flight and returned to Hyderabad .

Congress President Sonia and the Sonia System probably had No knowledge that Rosaiah needlessly converted a Trip to a formal Meeting, in to a Furtive Secret Visit, traveling in an Official's Car.

Shameless Rosaiah has shamed himself, the Congress Party and the 10 Crores of Andhra Pradesh Voters, by his shameful deed.

DENIAL NOT BELIEVED

Rosaiah issued a Denial that he had NOT met Sonia.

Rosaiah's Credibility is so horrible, that everyone believes that he furtively met Sonia.

CHIRANJIVI IN DELHI

Chiranjeevi arrived in New Delhi today to meet the Prime Minister to seek his intervention to speed up the Irrigation Projects in Andhra Pradesh. Chiranjeevi met Manmohan at 5 PM .

That was the declared Objective.

The SECRET purpose of the New Delhi Visit by Chiranjeevi, was to negotiate the support to the Congress Party.

SECRET MEET

The Congress Party is trying to finalise the SUPPORT arrangement with Chiranjeevi.

Rosaiah, Prajarajyam President Chiranjeevi's Brother-In-Law Allu Arvind and the Sonia Negotiator met Secretly.

Chiranjeevi wants a Coalition Arrangement.

Sonia wants Chiranjeevi to merge the Prajarajyam Party in to the Congress Party.

Sonia is correct in being Cautious.

This is because Chiranjeevi and his brother-in-law Allu Arvind are extremely corrupt and highly unpredictable. They will make truckloads of corrupt money by selling their Government patronage, using the Cabinet Positions and betray the Congress Party, just before the Assembly Elections.

Chiranjeevi's 18 MLAs will support the State Government.

Chiranjeevi in exchange for his support wants three Ministerships.

Chiranjeevi wants himself and his Two Prajarajyam Associates inducted in to the Congress State Government.

Chiranjeevi asked for Three Major Portfolios. The Request was rejected. Chiranjeevi was told that they would be given Portfolios after joining the Cabinet, depending upon the convenience.

Rosaiah went from the Negotiator to Sonia's Residence furtively in the Official's Car.

Congress President Sonia is still to give her approval for the Induction of Chiranjeevi in to the Andhra Pradesh Cabinet.

SONIA STRATEGY

Sonia will therefore not heed the foolish advice by baseless gasbags, who are being manipulated by the Telugu Desam Party President Chandrababu Naidu, to do a Cabinet Reshuffle without a Miracle strategy for Andhra Pradesh.

Sonia is working on a Miracle Strategy for Andhra Pradesh, to Revive the Congress Party in Andhra Pradesh and to Re-win the 2014 Assembly Elections.

FINISHLINE

It is time for Sonia to Replace the failed Chief Minister Rosaiah with a Miracle Person to pour Life in to the Moribund Congress in Andhra Pradesh.

The Sonia System must rebuke Rosaiah for the Needless Shame that he has inflicted on the Congress Party, the Institution of the Chief Minister and shamed the People of Andhra Pradesh, by his furtive visit to the Residence of the Congress President.

India must know, as to why Rosaiah did such a Shame to the Congress Party, to the Institution of the Chief Minister and to the Self Respect of the Crores of Telugus.

NEW PARTY IN TELANGANA

A New Political Party is being launched on 9 October 2010 , to mobilise the masses, to exert pressure on the Congress Party, to create the new State of Telangana .

The people of Telangana have completely lost the trust in the Indian National Congress, the Telugu Desam Party, the Telangana Rashtra Samiti.

The enormous Political vacuum, caused by all the existing Parties betraying Telangana, will be filled by the new Party.

If the INC had not won so many seats in Andhra Pradesh the Vajpayee Government would have had more MPs than the INC Coalition and the BJP-NDA would have retained the Government in 2004.

The INC and Allies retained the Central Government in 2009, because Andhra Pradesh delivered 33 Lok Sabha MPs out of the 42 to the INC.

In 2009, if the INC had lost Andhra Pradesh to the Telugu Desam, then the INC Coalition would have lost the Central Government.

Andhra Pradesh is the Magic Wand for Sonia to win and retain the Central Government. Not just in the Past but in the future also.

TURBULENCE

The INC is having huge turbulence in Andhra Pradesh since the Death of YSR in September 2009.

The INC is being stormed by strong emotional winds, rocking its electoral survival and Governmental stability and threatening its existence in the future, in the State, as the Dominant Party.

The Non-Telangana Region is experiencing the emotional "Sympathy Wave" for the son of YSR.

Andhra Pradesh has 294 Assembly and 42 Lok Sabha Constituencies.

Each Lok Sabha Constituency contains 7 Assembly Constituencies.

The Telangana Region including the Greater Hyderabad Area,

has 119 Assembly and 17 Lok Sabha Constituencies.

The people from the Non-Telangana Region constitute a majority in 35 Assembly and 5 Lok Sabha Constituencies in the Telangana Region.

The Non-Telangana Region has 175 Assembly and 25 Lok Sabha Constituencies.

VOTER ATTITUDE

The Telangana Region Voters will defeat Every Party, which fails to create the Telangana State before the Next Elections.

The Non-Telangana Region voters will defeat any Party that creates the State of Telangana .

PRO-TELANGANA EFFECT

If the INC Central Government creates the New State of Telangana, then in the next Elections the INC will:

Win 10 of the 19 Lok Sabha Seats and Win 70 of the 119 Assembly Seats in the Telangana Region.

Lose all the 25 Lok Sabha Seats and Lose all the 175 Assembly Seats in the Non-Telangana Region.

ANTI-TELANGANA EFFECT

If the INC Central Government DOES NOT create the New State of Telangana, then in the next Elections the INC will:

Lose 12 of the 17 Lok Sabha Seats and Lose 84 of the 119 Assembly Seats in the Telangana Region.

Win all the 25 Lok Sabha Seats and Win all the 175 Assembly Seats in the Non-Telangana Region

CONFLICT

The Conflicting Emotions in Andhra Pradesh if improperly handled will blow the INC out of existence in the State.

The Volcanic Emotions in the different Regions of the State will Not be doused by Empty Talk, False Promises and Non-Delivery of Voter Demands.

CRAZY COMMITTEE

The Central Government through its Home Ministry, created a Committee headed by retired Supreme Court Judge Srikrishna.

The Srikrishna Committee will examine and Report to the Home Ministry, the Wisdom in either creating a new State of Telangana or keeping Andhra Pradesh undivided.

The Srikrishna Committee is the Craziest Ever Version, of any Committee appointed by any Government, anywhere in the World.

SRIKRISHNA LIMITATIONS

The Srikrishna Committee has No Constitutional Authority.

It has No Legal Authority.

It has No Political authority.

It cannot even Report to the Union Cabinet.

It is just an In-House Committee of the Union Home Ministry.

It will submit its Report to the Home Ministry on or before 31 December 2010 .

The Srikrishna Committee has NO TEETH. It can neither Bite Nor Chew.

VOLUME WITHOUT SUBSTANCE

The Srikrishna Committee will submit a Voluminous Report of more than a 1000 Pages.

There will be hundreds of pages of Maps, Graphs, Tables, Statistics, Indicators, Documents, Affidavits, Data and Numbers on all aspects of all the Regions of the State.

SRIKRISHNA REPORT

The Srikrishna Committee Report will communicate that:

The People of Telangana want the Andhra Pradesh State to be split to create the New State of Telangana with Hyderabad as the Capital.

The People of Non-Telangana want the Andhra Pradesh State to be as it is, with Economic Packages to progress each region of the State.

The People of Greater Hyderabad are Split on the issue of Splitting the state.

If you are going crazy, then it is not crazy. It is Natural.

SRIKRISHNA CONCLUSIONS

The Srikrishna Committee Report will neither recommend the State to be kept as it is Nor will it recommend the creation of the New State of Telangana.

The Srikrishna Committee Report will definitely recommend the Creation of a Mechanism, to create the consensus among the People of all the Regions, on keeping Andhra Pradesh State united or in creating the New State of Telangana.

HOME MINISTRY INITIATIVE

The Home Ministry will Constitute a Bureaucratic Team, within the Ministry.

The Team will Study the Report and Recommend the Action to be taken, within 100 Days.

The Home Ministry will then submit its Action Plan to the Union Cabinet.

CABINET INITIATIVE

The Union Cabinet will constitute a Group of Ministers, to advise the Union Cabinet on the Decision to be taken, within 100 days.

The Group of Ministers will Constitute atleast One Minister each from the Trinamul Congress, the DMK, the National Congress Party, the National Conference, the Muslim League, the Kerala Congress and three Ministers from the Indian National Congress.

The Union Cabinet will implement the advice of the Group of Ministers, immediately (Within a Week) after receiving it.

POLITICAL DECISION ONLY

The Issue of creating or not creating the new State of Telangana will ultimately have to be a Political-Electoral Decision, by the Indian National Congress.

The stupid idea of the "delay to fool" Tactics by creating the Srikrishna Committee has destroyed the Electoral Viability of the Congress Party in the Telangana Region.

The people of Telangana are angry at the Congress Party for attempting to fool them and the denying to them of their new State of Telangana .

The Failure to create Telangana, without creating the intense reaction in the Non-Telangana Regions, will doom the Congress Party in the entire State.

FINISHLINE

Sonia can rewin Andhra-Telangana Pradesh, ONLY, if Sonia quickly installs the Miracle Person, as the Chief Minister of Andhra-Telangana Pradesh, to implement the Miracle Strategy in Andhra-Telangana Pradesh.
