The Regional Bosses are convinced that it is suicidal to continue in the Manmohan Government, because of the intense Voters’ anger, against the Congress Party led Central Government, on the Issue of High prices.

The First Break in the Regional Party and Congress Party Coalition, is about to happen in Maharashtra .

They discussed an alternative Coalition Government in Maharashtra , after dumping the Indian National Congress.

NUMBERS

In the 288 MLAs Maharashtra Assembly the Party strength is:

The Majority Figure is 145 MLAS.

The BJP-Shiv Sena Alliance has 91 MLAs.

The Congress-NCP Coalition Government has 144 of the 288 MLAs. Some independents are supporting the Ruling Coalition.

ALTERNATE NUMBERS

Maharashtra has 288 MLAs.

Pawar's NCP has 62 MLAs. Shiv Sena has 45 MLAs.

Congress Party has 82 MLAs.

145 MLAs are required to form the new NCP-Shiv Sena Coalition Government.

The objective can Only be achieved by splitting the Sonia Congress.

CONGRESS SPLIT IN MAHARASHTRA

As per the Anti-Defection Law, if Two Thirds of the MLAs defect, then they will not lose their MLA Seats.

55 of the 82 Congress Party MLAs, are ready to join the NCP by defecting.

55 Congress Party MLAs have individually met Ajit Pawar, to pledge allegiance to him, by defecting from the Congress Party, if the NCP-Shiv Sena Coalition Government is formed.

The NCP Numbers would swell to:

62 NCP MLAs + 55 Congress Defectors = 117 MLAs.

A NCP-Shiv Sena Coalition would thus have 162 MLAs.

A stable NCP-Shiv Sena Coalition Government will thus be possible.

NEW COALITION

If the NCP breaks Coalition with the Congress Party and creates a new Coalition with the Shiv Sena then, they will together have a clear majority.

The NCP-Shiv Sena Coalition will form a stable and majority Government.

TOPPLE SIGNAL

The moment Sharad Pawar signals to Ajit Pawar the process of toppling the Congress Party led Government would begin.

Ajit Pawar and all the NCP MLAS will meet the Governor, with Letters from each of the 62 NCP MLAs, withdrawing support to the Ashok Chavan Government.

Ajit Pawar will also stake claim to be the Chief Minister of the NCP-Shiv Sena Coalition Government.

The Shiv Sena and the Congress Party Defector MLAS, will on the same day deliver Letters from all their MLAs, pledging support and participation to the Ajit Pawar led NCP-SS Coalition Government.

The Governor will give One Week Time, for Chief Minister Ashok Chavan to prove his majority.

The Ashok Chavan Government will fail the Confidence Test.

The Collapse of the Maharashtra Government will weaken the Sonia Congress.
