Today's Advice is for Congress President Sonia.

The purpose of the Advice is for Patriotic Sonia to protect the immunity for the India Armed Forces, always.

SONIA INITIATIVE

Congress President Sonia must write to the Prime Minister to insist on the creation of a New Military Force under the control of the Prime Minister’s Office, designated as the Internal Security Force (ISF).

The Border Security Force does duty on the Border.

The Internal Security Force must be deployed, within the country, for handling, Violence, Militancy, Naxalism, Maoist-ism and all type of civilian Riots.

ISF MUST REPLACE ARMED FORCES

The ISF will thus solve all the problems related to the deployment of the Army, within the country, to defuse violent scenarios.

The deployment of Armed Forces within the country, for controlling

civilian strife, must be stopped, after the creation of the ISF.

The Armed Forces must be thus utilised exclusively to Defend India and to if necessary wage a War against the Enemy Countries.

The ISF must be deployed in Kashmir and all the States wherein there is need to neutralise the militant activity.

ANTI-INDIA CONSPIRACY

The Propaganda Lobby to de-immunise the Armed Forces is a carefully calibrated strategy by the Pakistan Army, being implemented by the Pakistan Agents in India 's Political System.

The diabolical Game Plan, is to make the Armed Forces completely impotent in handling violence in Kashmir .

The sinister strategy is to force the Armed Forces to be taken out of Kashmir , so that the Pakistan Militants and the Pakistan hired crowds will takeover Kashmir .

The hue and cry to dilute the Armed Forces Special Powers Act is a Conspiracy to collapse the morale and fighting competence of the Armed Forces.

Sonia and the Congress Party must not be tricked, in to allowing the Central Government, to harm the Armed Forces, just to appease the Anti-India Activists in Kashmir.

IMMUNISE ARMED FORCES

The Armed Forces Special Powers Act must not at all be diluted.

On the contrary, the AFSPA must be reinforced, with Parliament enacting new legislation to make the immunity for the Armed Forces Personnel 100%, whenever and wherever they are deployed.

The Armed Forces must be completely immunised from any harassment, punishment and legalities, for serving the country, on deployment.

The Armed Forces must never be allowed to march in to a violent zone, with their Hands tied behind their backs and the Lawyers cutting their throats.

Anyone who seeks to dilute the AFSPA is a Traitor and must be shot dead.

ISF

The ISF must be the New Security Organisation, created by Parliament.

The ISF must be headed by a Director.

The ISF must consist of Teenagers as the Soldiers.

The ISF personnel must be Retired from the ISF at the age of 40 and re-employed to Police Forces.

The ISF recruitment, to begin with, must be from the already trained high-quality persons working in the Police and Security Forces.

The most intelligent, agile, competent and hardworking chaps from the Police and Security Set-ups, must be picked through Interviews, to work in the ISF.

The ISF salaries must be higher than the Police Salaries.

ISF STRUCTURE

The ISF must have various Divisions:

The Land Force Division to be deployed on Land.

It can have sub-divisions:

Foot Soldiers. Artillery. Anti-Mines. Engineering.

The Sea-Force Division to be deployed in the Coastal and River Areas.

The Air Division to operate in the Skies.

This can have Sub-Divisions:

Helicopter Division. Drones Division. Light Combat aircraft. Transport Aircraft.

The ISF must also have a Medical Division to cater to the Health needs of the Personnel.

The ISF thus must be the Inland Armed Forces, deployed for exclusively handling Civilian Violence Scenarios.

ARMY TRAINING FOR ISF

The ISF Personnel must be trained by the Armed Forces.

The Armed Forces must design a Package of 3 Months Course to Train the ISF Personnel.

ISF ACCOUNTABILITY

The ISF Personnel must be subjected to an Internal Disciplinary Court Only.

The ISF Personnel must not be subjected to the process of Normal Criminal Law Procedures.

The ISF Act itself must provide Immunity to the ISF Personnel from Normal Legal Accountability.

Any accountability and punishment must be done by the ISF Court .

The ISF Court must have the facility to receive a Complaint from an affected Civilian Family. This is necessary, to enquire in to any misuse of Equipment and Power, that has caused the unnecessary Death to Civilians.

ARREST FACILITY

The ISF must have the Power to effect the Arrest, Detention and Interrogation of the Civilians involved in the Violence.

The ISF must have the facilities to contain all Civilian Violence, anywhere in India .

KASHMIR PROBLEM

The Kashmir Problem has been created 65 years ago during the Process of the cruel Partition of India .

The British and its agents in India 's Politics partitioned India .

Partition was done, so that India bleeds blood and money to exhaust itself in to a failed-devastated-destroyed Country.

The Kashmir Problem therefore cannot be solved by Wishful Thinking, meaningless All-Party Meetings, All Party Tours without any Political Destination and by implementing Anti-India Designs fabricated by the Pakistan Army and planted in the minds of those Indian Political Leader who are supportive of Separatists.

STOP MONKEYING WITH KASHMIR

Kashmir belongs to India .

Kashmir must not be discussed in any framework outside the Geographical Borders of India .

Talking or appeasing Separatists controlled by the Pakistan Army, serves no patriotic Indian Purpose.

It is time that the Political Bosses cutting across the Divides, must stop fooling themselves and the people of India , by resorting to nonsense Policies on Kashmir .

The Central Government and Party Bosses must all, from now onwards, Stop monkeying with Kashmir .

FINISHLINE

Sonia must Not waste any Time, in forcing the Central Government, to create the Internal Security Force, to protect and preserve Kashmir .

Sonia must ensure that the ISF is created in the Winter Session of Parliament in November 2010.

Sonia must be hailed by History as the Patriotic Creator of India 's Internal Security Force.
