FACTIONS FINISH CONGRESS
The Congress Party in Haryana is having a huge Factional War.
Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda is opposed by all the Others.
Those opposed to Jat Leader Hooda, have No support among the Voters.
Those opposed to Hooda are Hanger-Ons in the Sonia System at Delhi .
Hooda too is a staunch Sonia Loyalist.
The Incompatibility between Hooda and the Opposing Faction is Finishing the Congress Party in Haryana.
Hooda is a Jat who hails from Rohtak.
Hooda has complete sway in the 2 Lok Sabha Seats of Rohtak and Sonepat.
Hooda is hated by all the Jats, outside the Rohtak-Jhajjar and Sonepat Districts.

HARYANA CRISIS
Sonia is unable to solve the Haryana Crisis.
Those Opposed to Hooda want a New Chief Minister.
Sonia can induct Hooda in to the Central Cabinet and install a New Chief Minister.
The Jats wll not accept a Non-Jat as the Chief Minister.
Hooda and 15 MLAs from the Rohtak Region will Not accept anyone other than Hooda as the Chief Minister.
Replacing Hooda is impossible without the support of Hooda's MLAs.
If Sonia tells Hooda to Resign, then Hooda is planning to exit from the Sonia Congress.
HOODA WANTS FREEDOM
Hooda has made a few thousand crores to sustain a Congress Outfit Loyal to him, on his own.
Hooda wants his son to succeed him as the Chief Minister.
Hooda is therefore strategising on Two Options.
HOODA OPTION ONE:
Hooda can create a Regional Party called the Haryana Congress.
HOODA OPTION TWO:
Hooda might join with YSR Son Jaganmohan Reddy to create a New Congress-Type Party across the country.
NEW PARTY
The New Party could be the Federal Congress Party.
Popular Congress Leaders from Each State, unhappy with the voteless leadership of the Congress Party, are confabulating with Jagan and Hooda to create a New National "Congress Type" National Party.
The New Party will have Congress Secular Ideology but will be led by the State Leader in Each state.
Each of the 30 State Units of the NEW PARTY will be led by the Mass Leader.
30 Mass Leaders from the Congress Party, across the 30 States of India , will be Part of the 30 Member National Presidium. One Member from Each State.
REBELS TOPPLE GOVT
The Anti-Hooda MLAs have Now decided to defect from the Congress Party, to liberate themselves from Hooda.
The Defection of the Congress Rebel MLAs will Topple the Hooda led Congress Party Government in Haryana.
NUMBERS
The Haryana Assembly has 90 MLAs. The Majority figure is 46 MLAs.
In the 2009 October Elections the Congress Party lost the Majority, in the Haryana Assembly.
The Indian National Congress headed by Sonia Gandhi won 40 MLAs.
The Indian National Lok Dal headed by Om Prakash Chautala won 32 MLAs.
Independents won 6 MLAs.
The Haryana Janhit Congress headed by Bhajan Lal won 6 MLAS.
The Bharatiya Janata Party headed by Nitin Gadkari won 4 MLAs.
The Shiromani Akali Dal won 1 MLA.
The Bahujan Samaj Party won 1 MLA.
COBBLED GOVERNMENT
Congress President Sonia Installed Bhupinder Singh Hooda as the Chief Minister.
The Congress Party formed a Majority Government by getting 5 MLAs of the Haryana Janhit Congress and a BSP MLA to to merge in to the Congress Party, taking its strength from 40 to 46 MLAs in the 90 MLAs Assembly.

LD-BJP COALITION
The Lok Dal President Om Prakash Chautala has succeeded in convincing the BJP President Nitin Gadkari to form a coalition Government after toppling the Hooda Government in Haryana.
Chautala will become the Chief Minister of the new Government.
CONGRESS MLAs REVOLT
17 MLAs from the Congress Party will Resign their Assembly Seats.
The Congress Party Tally will drop to 35 from 52 MLAs.
The Opposition led by Chautala will have 36 MLAs.
The Congress Party will lose its Majority in the Haryana Assembly.
REBEL MLAS
The 17 Rebel MLAs from the Congress Party will contest on the Lok Dal Ticket with the support of the BJP.
In the By-Elections almost all of them will win. To create a clear majority for the Lok Dal.
CONGRESS WOOS REBELS
The Congress Party is trying to convince the Rebel MLAs to stay in the Congress Party.
The Rebels hate Chief Minister Hooda.
The Rebels are in No Mood to stay on in the Congress Party.
GOVERNOR
The Opposition will request the Governor Jagannath Pahadia to Swear-in the new Government headed by Chautala.
The Governor will direct Chief Minister Hooda to prove his Majority in the Assembly.
If Hooda loses the Confidence Vote, then Chautala will be sworn-in as the Chief Minister.
PREVENT NON-CONGRESS GOVERNMENT
The Congress Party can prevent an Opposition Government.
The Speaker of the assembly will Not accept the Resignations of the MLAs immediately.
The Moment the MLAs send their Resignations to the Speaker, the Chief Minister willconvene a Cabinet Meeting and will advise the Governor to Dissolve the Assembly.
The Governor will Dissolve the Assembly.
The Governor can either ask the Chief Minister to continue as the caretaker Chief Minister or Advise the Union Home Ministry to impose President's Rule.
President's Rule will be imposed.
The Non-Congress Government will be aborted.
ELECTIONS IN 6 MONTHS
The Mid Term Elections to the Haryana Assembly will have to be held within six Months of the date of the Dissolution.
The Congress Party can thus postpone the Lok Dal-BJP Government Installation by 6 Months.
JAGAN HOODA AXIS
Bhupinder Singh Hooda’s son is the Lok Sabha MP from Haryana.
The Hooda Family is in close touch with YSR son Jaganmohan Reddy.
If Sonia removes Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, then the Hooda Family is likely to forma Haryana Congress or Join the New National Congress-Type Party being created by YSR son Jaganmohan Reddy.
