Amit Shah the former Minister of State for Home in Gujarat, lodged in Sabarmati Jail is under investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation, as an accused, in the Murder, by Police Encounter, of the wife of a Criminal.

There is No Doubt at all that the Police Officers of Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh connived to kill and murdered the Criminal Shohrabuddin. Thereafter they murdered his wife.

The CBI should have conducted an impeccable Investigation.

CBI PROTECTS ANDHRA CULPRITS
The CBI is concentrating on investigating ONLY the Gujarat Police and Gujarat Politicians.
The CBI did not investigate a Single Andhra Pradesh Policeman and Politician.
The CBI is not telling us the IDENTITY of the THIRD Person traveling with the Criminal and his Wife in the Hyderabad Bus.
The CBI is Not telling us, as to what happened to the THIRD Person.
Did the Andhra Pradesh Police and Politicians kill that Person or is that person still alive and doing what?
SUPREME FAIL
The Supreme Court strangely is NOT enquiring as to why the CBI is NOT proceeding against the Andhra Pradesh Police System.
The Supreme Court must ensure that the CBI recovers some credibility by Investigating the Andhra Pradesh aspect of the Murder Case.

The Public Perception across Gujarat is that the CBI is Investigating the Encounter Case to destroy the Political Credibility of Narendra Modi.
The CBI hounding of Narendra Modi has generated a Vote Wave for him across Gujarat .

The BJP Parliamentary Party Leaders do not want any investigation in to any allegations against them, that the CBI might investigate, Chargesheet, Arrest and Prosecute.
The BJP Parliamentary Leaders are happy that the Threesome in the Government are wooing them, offering protection from the CBI in exchange for supporting the Prime Ministerial Ambitions of Manmohan, Pranab and Chidambaram.
GOVT BOSSES FAIL CBI
The Threesome of Manmohan, Pranab and Chidambaram have contributed to the CBI spoiling the Encounter-Murder Investigation in Gujarat .
The CBI demonstrated a needless hurry, to arrest the Junior Home Minister Amit Shah.
The CBI stupidly filed the Chargesheet against Shah without even interrogating or questioning him.
The CBI filed the Chargesheet, to force the shah Resignation from the Narendra Modi Government.
The CBI showed No Hurry in arresting Amit Shah, after he resigned.
The CBI allowed Amit Shah to leisurely address a Press Meet, blast the Congress Party and Sonia, and arrested him Only after he had a long lunch and arrived at the CBI office.
The CBI took him to Court and shockingly did not ask for Police Custody.
The CBI always takes the arrested chap in to Police Custody.
In Police Custody the chap is tortured by the CBI.
Electric shocks are given. The Nails of the Fingers are removed. Toes are smashed with a hammer. The chap is not allowed to sleep for two days and Nights. The chap is kept hanging from the roof.
The CBI gets the tortured Chap to squeal everything within a Day or Two. The Chap confesses to every minute detail.
The chap implicates all those involved with him.
If the CBI had taken Amit Shah, in to Police Custody, he would have confessed, all the details hidden in his Brain about the Extortion, Distribution of the Money to Apex BJP Leaders in Delhi, the Encounter and the Murder of the wife.
The CBI could then have filed charge sheets and arrested Narendra Modi and the BJP Apex Leaders, within a week of Amit Shah’s Arrest.
The CBI by not requesting the Judge to give Police Custody of Amit Shah botched up the Investigation.
The CBI was obviously directed by Manmohan, Pranab and Chidambaram to subvert the investigation to prevent the Arrest of Narendra Modi and the BJP Apex Leaders.
CBI FAILS TO TOPPLE NARENDRA MODI
The CBI is now under probably instructions to correct the route of Investigation, went to the Judge to seek Police Custody of Amit Shah.
The Judge did Narendra Modi a great advantage by refusing the CBI the Police Custody of Amit Shah.
The CBI will now have to just take Amit Shah to Trial and the case will take many months if not years to conclude.
The CBI is now trying to get the High Court to give it Police Custody of Amit Shah.
The CBI has definitely spoiled the prospects of destabilising Narendra Modi in the Near Future.
CONSPIRACY AGAINST RAJIV & SONIA
Ambitious Politicians in Rajiv's Government and the Opposition connived to make Rajiv an enemy of the Opposition, destroyed his politics, defeated his Government and finally killed him.
Prime Ministerial ambitions of the Threesome of Manmohan, Pranab and Chidambaram are doing a Rajiv on Sonia, to further their Political interests and to harm Sonia's Politics.

CRIME & PUNISHMENT
Sohrabuddin was a Criminal.
He deserved to be punished, in accordance with the Law and NOT outside the Law.
The word "ENCOUNTER" is the perfect untraceable killing of criminals and Terrorists, outside the Law, but with No Proof, to initiate action against the Police Officials.
The Sohrabuddin Killing was exposed, because a few Policemen in Gujarat botched up the ENCOUNTER and are thus rightly being accused and prosecuted for murder.
The process of Crime and Punishment must always be in accordance with the Law as defined by the Parliament.
Mercenary Killing Outside the Law, when found out must be punished in accordance with the Law.

Chief Minister Narendra Modi must first and foremost cleanse the Gujarat Police Force of all Wrong Doing Personnel.

Narendra Modi has No Right to criticise Congress President Sonia for the supposed errors of the CBI.

If Narendra Modi feels convinced that the Government of India , is destabilising the Gujarat Government, by using the CBI, then he must scream against the Manmohan Government and point out the subversion of the Constitution.

CONGRESS BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION
Manmohan Singh has proved to be a disaster.
Manmohan Singh was stupid in telling India through the Media outside Parliament, that the CBI is Not the Congress Bureau of Investigation.
Manmohan's unwise denial confirms the Guilt that he and his Government have and are subverting the CBI for political purposes.
Those in High Positions, especially Manmohan, Digvijay Singh, Pranab Mukherjee and Arjun Singh, by speaking unwisely do greater harm to the Congress Party than the Political opponents.

Congress President Sonia must issue a directive to all Position Holders in the Government, Parliament, Assemblies, Councils and Party organisation that they must exercise restraint in Quoting the Scriptures and must NOT hurt the Religious Feelings of the Believers.

No One in India , not even Congressmen, Believe Manmohan Singh, when he says that, "The CBI is not the Congress Bureau of Investigation".
This is because, when the BJP led NDA Government of Vajpayee, was in Power, it had misused the CBI, as much as the Manmohan Government, to protect the cronies of the Government and had harassed several political opponents.

The Manmohan Government has got the CBI to About Turn in several cases.
The CBI has shamed itself by implementing the Political Agenda of the Manmohan Government.
The CBI has lost all credibility, in Cases involving Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati, Samajwadi Party Leader Mulayam Singh Yadav, Italian Fugitive from Indian Investigation Ottavio Quattrochchi and several other High Profile persons.

The CBI had informed the Court that it has No Evidence of Former Union Minister Jagdish Tytler killing any Sikhs in the 1984 Anti-Sikh Riots.
The CBI did this,on the day it proceeded against the BJP Minister in Gujarat for involvement in the Murder of a Muslim Criminal.
The dubious partisan decision-making by the CBI, confirms all doubts, that the CBI deals with each Case, as per the Political Orders of the Government.
CONDEMNED BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION
The CBI has degenerated in to decaying into the Muscle Arm of whichever Party is in Power.
The CBI has in most of the Corruption, Crime and Murder Cases involving High Profile Politicians, Bureaucrats, Actors and Icons always toed the line ordered by the Government Bosses.
The CBI Police Officers have unashamedly carried out the Political Agenda, of the Bosses of the Government, always.
The CBI should have been the Credible Bureau of Investigation.
But Alas it is Now infamous as the Connivance (with Government Bosses) Bureau of Investigation.
CBI STRATEGY
Sources Say that, "The CBI has not asked for the Police Custody of Amit Shah, because it has a diabolical Political Strategy to implement.
The CBI has deliberately got Amit Shah the luxury and safety of the Judicial Custody.
The CBI will now through the Court ask for interrogating amit Shah during Judicial custody.
The CBI would then give Amit Shah the Irresistible Deal that he cannot refuse."
MANMOHAN-AMIT SHAH DEAL
Sources Say that the Manmohan Government is getting the CBI to do a Deal with the arrested Gujarat Minister Amit Shah.
Sources Say that, "Amit Shah will be persuaded to become the Approver.
Amit Shah would be promised, that he would not be prosecuted and would be allowed to go free, with all the Charges against him being dropped.
Amit Shah, in exchange for his freedom from Prosecution and Punishment, must deliver the Deal that the CBI wants.
Amit Shah must incriminate the Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi.
Amit Shah must say that he just followed and implemented the Orders given by Narendra Modi.
Amit Shah must also incriminate the Rajya Sabha MP, former BJP National General Secretary Incharge of Gujarat and Ex-President of Rajasthan BJP Om Mathur.
Amit Shah must also incriminate Two Delhi Based BJP MPs, elected from Gujarat .
If Amit Shah agrees to the CBI Deal, dictated by the Manmohan Government, it will destroy the BJP."

INDIA INVESTIGATION AGENCY
India is yet to have a Professional, Non-Political, Non-Partisan and Honest Investigation Agency.
Parliament must create a New Investigation Institution to deal with Murder-Crime-Corruption Cases involving Politicians.
The Institution must be completely Autonomous, with it not reporting to anyone.
There must be a fixed Tenure of Four Years for the Chief of the Institution.
There must be Four Divisions within the New Investigation Agency:
One, to Deal with Political Financial Corruption.
Second, to Deal with Murder and Crimes of and by Politicians.
Third, to Deal with Counterfeit Currency-Credit Cards-Stamps Crimes by Politicians.
Fourth, to Deal with Assassinations and Prevention of Assassinations of Constitution Position Holders.
The Agency must have the Constitutional Powers, to automatically takeover the Cases involving Politicians, without the need for any approval, by the Central and State Governments.
The New Institution must be designated as India Investigation Agency. (IIA).
SONIA INITIATIVE
Congress President Sonia must take the initiative, to write to the Central Government, to create a New and Credible Investigation Agency.

The CBI should have taken Amit Shah in to Police Remand, interrogated him, made him confess to his role in the "ENCOUNTER" Gone Wrong and got him to confess the Names of the Apex BJP Leaders in Rajasthan, Gujarat and New Delhi who ordered him to perform the ENCOUNTER.

If the CBI had interrogated Amit Shah, after taking him in to Police Custody, then the credibility of the Investigation would have been high.
