Congress President Sonia addressed a Public Meeting on 15 October 2010 at Sevagram in Wardha District, in Maharashtra, a place symbolised by Mahatma Gandhi.
The Sonia Rally at Wardha is being used by the Opposition to Beat the Congress Party Leadership.
TV EXPOSES SCAM
The Television Camera of the Marathi TV Channel Star Mazha, at a Nagpur Press Briefing of the Congress Party, caught the controversial conversation between the Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee President and the Terrorist Dawood connected former Textiles Minister in Maharashtra Satish Chaturvedi, close to NCP President Sharad Pawar.
The Conversation confirms that the Chief Minister arranged 2 Crores for the Rally, though initially being miserly and refusing to pay up but finally coughed up under pressure.
The Conversation also confirms that each of the 24 Maharashtra Congress Ministers paid 10 lakhs each. It Totals to about 2.5 Crores.

The Transport Expenses for mobilising the One Lakh Voters from their villages to the Public Meeting
A Bus can Transport 50 Voters.
2000 Buses are required to Transport One Lakh Voters to and fro for Every Public Meeting.
Each Bus Costs about Rs 10, 000 per day.
2000 Buses will cost Rs 2 Crores.
EXPENSE D: ONE Crore
Publicity Expenses includes Posters, Banners, Cut-outs, TV-Radio-Print Advertisements, Badges, Pamphlets.
The Publicity Expenditure would be around Rs 1 Crore.
EXPENSE E: One Crore
The Venue Expenses include the Cost of the Dias from which the Leader addresses the Public, the Seating arrangement for the audience (Carpets, Chairs), Drinking Water for the One Lakh Crowd, Security barricading, Generator Expenses and Tips to Media and Police.
The Venue Expenses for Each Public Meeting is about 10 Lakhs to 1 Crore depending upon the decoration and hype.
EXPENSE F: ONE Crore
VVIP Expenses include the Cost of Flying the Leader and the Leaders Entourage from New Delhi to the District, in Aircraft, Helicopters, Transporting in Hired Cars, VVIP Accommodation, VVIP Catering at the Venue and Mementos to the VVIPs.
VVIP facilitation Expenses cost about Rs 1 crore.
TOTAL COST OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Total Cost of Organising the Public Meeting for a National Leader is a Total of the A+B+C+D+E+F Expenses = 9 crores
The actual costs will differ depending on the number of voters mobilized for the Public Meeting.
The Minimum Cost of organising a Public Meeting for any National Political Leader costs about Rs 9 Crores.
POLITICAL HYPOCRICY
No One can arrange the Public Meeting Expenses of Rs 9 Crores from One's Own Resources. It is collected from the entire system that hails the Leader.
The Maharashtra Congress Party President did what every organiser of every Public Meeting does. Generate the expenses for the Public Meeting by Requesting, Coaxing and Begging.

Take the High Moral ground.
Direct the PCC President Manikrao Thakre, Chief Minister Ashok Chavan and the 24 Ministers to Resign.

Manikrao Thakre must be sacked for being Stupid to discuss Money Mobilisation at a Press Conference Venue, sitting on the Stage and Talking Loud.
