The Pakistan Terror Network decided to create Muslim Terrorists from among Muslims born in India .

The Muslim Terrorists from Pakistan were directed to expand their Terror Network in India by recruiting young Muslims in India .

The Muslim Terror Network began using some of the Masjids and Mullahs to harbour Terrorists, to store accumulated explosives and to indoctrinate local Muslims in to Terrorism.

The Muslim Terrorists began creating Terror Hubs in several Cities, across India , where there was a substantial Fanatical Section among Muslims.

In Every State One City was being developed by the Pakistan Terror Network, as the Terrorist Hub in India .

The Pakistan Terror Network offered to its probable Indian Muslim Terror-Recruits Big Money, Unlimited Women, Luxurious Lifestyle and Huge Cash compensation in case of Death during a Terror Attack.

The Pakistan Terror Network package of Money and madness lured a Number of Indian Muslims in to the Terror Network.

In Some States the Capitals were to be the Future Hubs of Muslim Terrorism. Bengaluru. Hyderabad . Mumbai. Kolkata. Delhi . Srinagar .

India 's Intelligence and Security Bureaucracy felt that there was a need to Stop the Indian Muslims from being sucked in to Terrorism.

The Intelligence-Security Brass through the then National Security adviser communicated their Advice to Prime Minister Vajpayee.

VAJPAYEE BRAINWAVE

Vajpayee NOW Brain dead got a Brainwave.

The Vajpayee Concept was Simple.

There was the Need to put the Fear in to the Psyche of India 's Muslims.

The killing of Muslims would also generate a groundswell of Muslim Anger against the Pakistan Terrorists.

The Vajpayee Brainwave was to inflict a Wave of Counter-Terrorism Attacks on Muslims to dissuade Muslims from taking to Terrorism.

MODUS OPERANDI

Vajpayee wanted the Creation of a Cell that would recruit Hot-Headed Hindus to inflict Terror Attacks on Muslim Localities.

Vajpayee kept the BJP completely out of the Picture in this Creative Counter-Terrorist Strategy.

A couple of people not involved in Politics and with No Connectivity with the BJP were picked to be active in fighting Pakistan Sponsored Terrorism with Counter-Terrorism.

These Chaps were directed to Recruit Hot-Headed Hindus in to Counter-Terrorism against Muslims.

The Manmohan Government must Expose each and every One in the Vajpayee System who were involved with the Concept and Implementation of the Counter-Terrorism Strategy.

The MPs, cutting across the Political Divide, must force the Government, during the November-December 2010 Winter Session of Parliament, to Disclose all the Facts known to the Government, about the Vajpayee engineered Counter-Terrorism Strategy.
