NO INTERFERENCE WITH GOD RAM

Congress President Sonia has decided that the Congress Party and the Central government will not interfere with the Judicial process of the Ram Janma Bhoomi.

The Sonia System wants to wait until the Supreme Court hears the Appeal against the Allahabad High Court Verdict and pronounces its Verdict.

The Sonia System will not initiate any activity to create an Out-Of-Court Settlement and be mired in unnecessary Controversy.

STEERING COMMITTEE ON RAM

Congress President Sonia will Preside over the Steering Committee on 5 October 2010 .

The Prime Minister and all the Members of the Congress Working Committee will attend the Steering Committee Meeting.

The Sonia Decision on the Ram Janma Bhoomi, will be formalised in the Steering Committee Meeting of the Indian National Congress.

STEERING COMMITTEE

The Congress Working Committee is automatically converted in to the Steering Committee after the Organisational election Process, in September, in which Sonia was again elected as the Congress President.

The Steering Committee will announce the Dates and City to hold the Congress Party’s Plenary Session before 2010 end.

NEW CONGRESS WORKING COMMITTEE

The 9000 Pradesh Congress Committee Members elected from the Blocks across the country, the 1000 All India Congress Committee Members, 207 Lok Sabha MPs, Rajya Sabha MPs, MLAs, District Congress Presidents and Block Congress Presidents will attend the Plenary Session.

Normally, the new Congress Working Committee Members are elected in the Plenary session.

The Plenary session will however authorise Congress President Sonia to nominate the 25 Members of the Congress Working Committee.

NEW AICC OFFICE BEARERS

The Office Bearers of the AICC will be appointed by the Congress President, after the Plenary Session.

There will be major changes in the AICC with a number of new faces replacing the existing Position Leaders.

NEW CHIEF MINISTERS

The Change of Chief Ministers in several states will be done Only after the Congress Plenary session.

There will be New Chief Ministers in Delhi , Assam , Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh.

CABINET SURGERY

The Massive Overhaul of the Union Cabinet will be performed Only after the Plenary session.

All the Congress Ministers will Resign, on a Day decided after the Plenary session, to facilitate the complete revamping of the Central Government.

All the Failed Ministers will be dropped.

Most of the Rajya Sabha MPs will be dropped from the Cabinet.

New Ministers from among the Lok Sabha MPs will be appointed as Ministers.

Sonia will finalise the new list of Ministers ONLY after the Plenary Session.

APPROVE KASHMIR INITIATIVE

The Steering Committee will also approve the Central Government Initiative in Kashmir to normalise the volatile situation created by Pakistan inspired violence mongers.

The Central Government is announcing TODAY, the Interlocuters for interacting with all the sections of the Population in Kashmir .

FINISHLINE

The Congress Steering Committee Meeting on 5 October 2010 , will not discus the replacement for Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

The Steering Committee will also Not discuss, the Popular demand among Congresspersons across the country, for Sonia to become the Prime Minister.
