PRESIDENT SONIA

Sonia Gandhi will be ceremoniously declared re-elected, unopposed, as the National President of the Indian National Congress on 3 September 2010, at New Delhi .

Sonia will file her Nomination Papers for the Office of Congress President, on or before the last date of Nominations on 2 September 2010, as part of the process of Organisational Elections.

Every State Unit from each of the 30 States and 5 Union Territories will file a Set of Nomination Papers for Sonia.

No one will be contesting against Sonia.

Hence on the date of Scrutiny namely 3 September 2010 , Sonia will be announced as Elected as the Congress President.

STATE PRESIDNTS

The State (Pradesh Congress Committee) Presidents Election also has to happen simultaneously along with the Election of the National President.

It has been decided that the State Units will not be subjected to the Process of Electing the State Presidents.

The vicious groupism will boil to the surface and divide the Party, in every State, for the PCC President Election.

All the State Units will Forward a One Line Resolution authorising the National President to select the State Congress Committee Presidents.

The State Presidents will be appointed by Sonia, within a month, after Sonia is elected as the National President.

AICC SESSION

The All India Congress Committee Session will be convened, within One Month of Sonia being Re-Elected as the Congress President.

The AICC Session will authorise Sonia to pick the 25 Members of the Congress Working Committee.

The AICC will also authorise Sonia to pick the Members of the Central Election Committee.

NEW OFFICE BEARERS

Sonia will appoint the New Team of Office Bearers, within a month, after the conclusion of the AICC Session.

National Office Bearers consist of:

10 General Secretaries. One Treasurer. 25 Secretaries. 6 Spokespersons. One Incharge of Each State.

There is no position of Vice President in the Congress Party.

All those Ministers who are continuing as Party Office Bearers will be subjected to the One Person-One Post Rule.

The Ministers will be replaced in the Party Positions by Party Leaders who are not Ministers.

ONE-THIRD POSTS FOR WOMEN

It has been decided that the spirit of the Empowerment of Women will be implemented.

Women Leaders will be appointed in 33% of All Positions in the Congress Party at all levels.

The Congress Working Committee will also have One-Third Women Members in the 25 Members.

RAHUL

Sonia will have to decide as to whether she will re-appoint her son Rahul as the General Secretary or not.

Sonia could keep Rahul as the CWC Member but not re-appoint him as an Office Bearer.

Sonia could induct Rahul as a Cabinet Minister in the Union Council of Ministers.

Sonia will initiate the Cabinet Reshuffle after the Commonwealth Games and before the Winter Session of Parliament in November.

Rahul is perceived to be not keen on becoming a Minister and wants to devote time for the Organisation.

Sonia is keen that Rahul devote most of his Time to get the Congress Party Battle Ready for the 2012 Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections.

Sonia will decide on the exact assignment for Rahul ONLY after the AICC Session is completed.

PRIYANKA

Sonia's daughter Priyanka will not be appointed to any position in the Party Organisation.

Priyanka will continue to visit the Rae Bareily Lok Sabha Constituency of Sonia and the Amethi Lok Sabha Constituency of Rahul, to be in regular touch with Party Workers and Voters.

PRIME MINISTER SONIA

Congress MPs are scared that the Pro-Rich, Completely insensitive to ordinary voters and Protective of Scamsters, Attitude of the Manmohan Government, spells doom for the Congress Party in the next Lok Sabha Elections.

All Lok Sabha Congress Party MPs want Sonia to be the Prime Minister, after she is re-elected as the Congress President.

Sonia has so far not indicated any intention of becoming the Prime Minister.

Sonia has also not given an iota of hint that the current Prime Minister will be replaced.

Sonia would prefer Manmohan to continue until he drops dead.

FINISHLINE

Sonia will have to rectify the Pro-Rich, Pro-Foreign Business and Slave of America perverted image of the Scam-Mohan Government which has completely destroyed the Credibility of the Governance and is repelling Ordinary Voters by inflicting High Prices.
