The combination of L.K.Advani as the Prime Minister Candidate and Nitish Kumar as the Best Chief Minister in Recent Times has generated an NDA Wave in Bihar.

L.K.Advani over-ruled all opposition within the BJP to anoint Nitish as the Leader of the Bihar Alliance .
