BANKRUPT TDP'S HYPOCRICY

The Telangana Portion of the Telugu Desam Party held a Protest Rally at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on 25 October 2010, getting its MLAs and MPs to demand of the Congress Party led Central Government, to bring a Bill in Parliament to create the New State of Telangana.

The TDP has thus either demonstrated its Lack of Intelligence about the Numbers in the Lok Sabha or demonstrated its Political Hypocricy just because it has become Bankrupt in Telangana.

WRONG CRITICISM OF HELPLESS CONGRESS

The creation of the new State for the Telangana Region in Andhra Pradesh is NOT possible, during the Tenure of the present Lok Sabha until 2014.

Those criticising and opposing the Congress Party for NOT creating the new State of Telangana , are wrongly blaming the Congress Party, because the Congress Party, is Helpless and is in NO Position to create any New State .

NO MAJORITY TO CREATE TELANGANA

A New State can be created by a majority Vote in Parliament.

Lok Sabha has 543 MPs.

The Congress Party has ONLY 207 MPs in the Lok Sabha.

The Congress Party does NOT have, on its own, the Majority Figure of 272 MPs.

BJP READY

The BJP with 116 MPs is ready to support the Initiative to pass the Bill on Telangana.

If the BJP with 116 MPs and the Congress Party with 207 MPs support the Bill for Telangana, then the New State can be created in just One Day.

CONGRESS COMPULSION

However, the Indian National Congress is NOT in a position to bring a Bill in Parliament to create Telangana.

If the Congress Party teams up with the BJP, for the Telangana Bill, then the Congress Party Allies will withdraw support to the Manmohan Government.

The Congress Party will never form a Coalition Government with the BJP.

This is because, the Muslims will Not vote for the Congress Party in the next Lok Sabha Elections, if the Congress Party creates a Coalition Government with the BJP.

The Congress Party thus has an Electoral Divide that it cannot bridge with the BJP.

BILL PROCESS

The Process for any Bill to be brought to Parliament is that the Union Cabinet has to discuss it and unanimously approve it.

The Congress Party Allies have told the Government Bosses that they would NOT agree to the Bill for the creation of the New State of Telangana, in the Union Cabinet.

The Bill is NOT possible, because the Allies are against the creation of Telangana NOW. WHY?

ALLIES OPPOSE CHAIN REACTION AFTER TELANGANA

The Allies Feel that if they agree to the creation of a New State by dividing Andhra Pradesh, then there will be mass movement in their Home States to divide their States.

The Allies believe that the creation of the new State of Telangana will ignite the Chain Reaction to divide the States of the Allies.

The Allies of the Congress Party believe that to allow the Chain Reaction for the creation of New States, is completely unacceptable to the Allies of the Congress Party.

ALLIES OPPOSE TELANGANA

Trinamul Congress President & Railways Minister Mamata Banerjee with 19 Lok Sabha MPs does NOT want the division of Bengal to create Gorkhaland.

DMK President and Chief Minister Karunanidhi with 18 Lok Sabha MPs does NOT want the division of Tamilnadu, to create Two New States, with Madurai and Coimbatore as Capitals.

NCP President & Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar with 9 Lok Sabha MPs does NOT want the division of Maharashtra to create the new State of Vidarbha with Nagpur as the Capital.

NC President & Minister Farookh Abdullah with 3 Lok Sabha MPs does NOT want the division of J&K to create Two new States of Jammu and Ladakh.

The Opposition of the Allies of the Congress Party, makes it Impossible for the Congress Party, to EVEN begin the Process of bringing the Telangana Bill to the Union Cabinet.

The Allies of the Congress Party will NOT agree, during the Present Term of the Lok Sabha, to any move to Divide the States.

The Allies Opposition thus makes it impossible for Telangana Statehood to happen.

SONIA MUST EXPRESS HELPLESSNESS

Congress President Sonia has NOT spelt out the above Dynamics of the Coalition Government and the Compulsions of NOT having a Single Party Majority in the Lok Sabha, preventing her from creating the new State of Telangana.

If the Sonia System spells out the Realities in the Lok Sabha and the Compulsion of not being able to Team up with the BJP, then it will be understood by the people of Telangana.

Sonia must express her helplessness in creating Telangana during this Tenure of the Lok Sabha.

Sonia must categorically say that Any Initiative on Telangana is possible, ONLY if the Congress Party wins more than 272 of the 543 Constituencies in the Next Lok Sabha Elections.

The Congress Party President instead of speaking straight is being shy of hurting the Telangana People.

DECEMBER CHAOS

The Congress Party President is waiting for the Srikrishna Report, in December 20010.

The Srikrishna Report will not recommend the creation of Telangana.

The Report will Recommend the creation of a Mechanism to evolve a Consensus among all the Regions of Andhra Pradesh on the Issue of either keeping the State United or on the Issue of creating the State of Telangana .

The Telangana people will violently REJECT the Srikrishna Report.

The Telangana Region will get immersed in a Chaos, in December 2010.

CONGRESS ZERO IN TELANGANA

The Congress Party will lose almost all the Lok Sabha and Assembly Seats in the Telangana Region in the next Elections.

The Telangana People will NOT Vote for the Congress Party, if the State of Telangana is not created before the next Elections.

KCR is a Velama Caste. The Velamas constitute less than 1% of the Telangana Voters.

The KCR & Relatives have amassed thousands of acres of Land and thousands of crores collecting funds and through extortion against Non-Telangana Businessmen in and around Hyderabad .

The KCR Family NOW owns a TV Channel, Newspaper, Construction Business, Real Estate Business and a Gang of Criminals to Terrorise Businessmen.

KCR, KCR Family and his Party the TRS have LOST all Credibility in Telangana.

The TRS won ONLY 10 Assembly Seats in 2009.

The TRS will NOT win any seats in the Next Elections.

The People of Telangana are waiting for a New Credible Party to be born so that they can bury the KCR-TRS Stink to breathe a Fresh Initiative by a New Telangana Force.

MAOIST PARTY

The Maoists-Naxalites have floated a New Outfit in Telangana.

All the Social, Cultural, Non-Political Organisations in Telangana have been brought together to create a New Political Outfit.

The Popular Folk Singer Gaddar has been installed as the Chief of the new Political Outfit.

This Outfit will finally be converted in to a Political Party, closer to the next Elections.

This New Political Party will Oppose the TRS, the TDP, the BJP and the INC.

This New Party will Contest all the Seats on its own.

This New Political Party wants to concentrate on creating a Vote Base comprising of Dalits, Minorities and OBCs.

This New Party will have credibility and gain acceptance, ONLY if Violent Maoists-Naxalites are NOT visible on its Platform and as its Candidates.

UNITED OR DIVIDED STATE

The Srikrishna Committee will submit in December 2010, its Report to the Union Home Ministry, on the Issue of defusing the Conflicting Regional Demands, for keeping the State United and Dividing it to create a New State of Telangana and the Union Territory of Hyderabad (Greater Hyderabad Region).

The Srikrishna Committee will Recommend that a Mechanism be created to generate Consensus among all the Regions of the State, since Consensus alone is the method of resolving the Conflicting Demands of all the Regions.

TELANGANA REACTION ERUPTS

The Politicians from the Telangana Region will react violently, against the Srikrishna Report Failure to recommend the creation of the New State of Telangana.

There will be widespread agitational anger outpouring tough talk, arson, violence and huge destruction of property.

The Naxalites, Maoists, Anti-Social Thugs, Shops’ Looters and Miscreants will inflict unlimited violence causing hate-mongering and deaths of ordinary persons.

The Police and Security Forces will have a tough time in preventing killing of ordinary persons by the violent mobs.
