The Big Negative against the YSR Government is that Anti Congress Voters perceive it as the most corrupt in the History of the State.

The Chandrababu Naidu’s Telugu Desam Party had in its 9 years of corrupt governance institutionalized corruption from the village to the Chief Minister.

The TDP Men became Partners in every Development Contract, Governmental Construction and looted the Welfare Funds and the money meant for the Poor in the Food-For-Work Programmess. Rice earmarked for the labour was siphoned away by TDP Men to pocket crores. Officers’ Transfers, Postings and Spend of Government Funds became a lucrative Business for the TDP Bosses at all levels.

Thus in every Village, Mandal, District and Region the TDP Functionaries and their Families became the Richest Entities in Society. They brazenly paraded their wealth, gold, corrupt incomes and luxurious lifestyles generating a never before smelt Stink.

In 2004 the Voters threw out the most corrupt Government ever by defeating a stinkingly corrupt Chandrababu Naidu Government.

The Ministers, MLAs and Bosses of the Sonia Congress Government have delivered a Governance that has surpassed many times the Corrupt Governance of Chandrababu Naidu’s TDP Government.

VOTE BASE

60 per cent of Andhra Pradesh Voters are yet to decide on who should govern the State from May 2009 to 2014.

40 per cent are committed to voting for the Sonia Congress led by the Chief Minister YSR.

Reddys, Muslims, Dalits, Kshatriyas, A Section of BCs and Kammas with a Tradition of involvement in India’s Freedom Struggle constitute the Congress Vote Base.

Telangana Region has 119 MLAs.

In Telangana almost every Telanganite wants a separate State.
The TDP and the Congress are against the creation of a New State of Telangana.

The Battle in Telangana is thus between the TRS, Breakaway TDP, TDP, Congress, Communists and Independents.

The Congress will win a maximum of 39 MLAs. The TRS will win 20 MLAs. Independents will win 19 MLAs. TDP will win 9 MLAs. Breakaway TDP will win 9 MLAs. The Chiranjeevi Party will win 9 MLAs. Communists will win 9 MLAs. Majlis will win 5 MLAs.The BJP will win Zero MLAs.

ANDHRA-RAYALSEEMA

Andhra Pradesh has 294 MLAs.
The Majority Figure is 148 MLAs.

The Rayalseema and Coastal Andhra Regions have a Total of 175 MLAs.

The YSR Congress Government has to win 109 of the 175 Andhra MLAs to Retain Power in the 2009 Elections. That will be a Big Task but certainly not impossible.

DYNASTY PARTY

The Biggest Advantage for the Sonia Congress is that the Telugu Desam Party is Dead in Andhra Pradesh.

Whatever is remaining of the TDP will be swallowed by the Chiranjeevi Party.

The TDP came to Power against the Corrupt Indira Dynasty.
The TDP became a NTR Dynasty Property after coming to power.

Andhra Pradesh Voters want to throw out both the Sonia Dynasty and the Chandrababu Naidu Family, if a genuine Political Alternative emerges to challenge both the Corrupt Systems.

Sonia must drop 110 Sure-Losing MLAs of the 180 Sitting MLAs to bring in New Candidates who will not repel voters.

YSR must not be content with the perversion that Chiranjeevi will swallow the TDP to deliver a Sonia Congress Victory.

A Chiranjeevi Wave could after swallowing the TDP for the Soup might develop an apetite to gulp the YSR Congress as the Main Course!

SWALLOW TDP

The TDP is in a pathetic crisis. Its entire leadership at the Constituency level is defecting to the Chiranjeevi Party.

The Casteist and Nepotistic Chiranjeevi Party will definitely swallow the Telugu Desam Party to ensure a YSR led Sonia Congress to a razor thin, scrape-through Victory in 2009.
