The United States of America 's Central Intelligence Agency Chief Leon Panetta visited Pakistan and India on a Sudden Secret Visit on Friday 1 October 2010.

Panetta has No interest in the Commonwealth Games.

Panetta came for Three Specific Purposes.

ONE: ARMY TAKEOVER IN PAKISTAN

The Chief of the Pakistan Army General Ashfaque Kayani is about to remove the elected President Asif Zardari to coronate himself as the President of Pakistan .

General Kayani will cite the complete collapse of Governanceand the need for Military Governance because of the violent scenario unfolding in the Afghanistan-Pakistan Border Areas, to rationalise the Army Coup against the Civilian Government.

Panetta discussed with the Pakistan System the smooth process for General Kayani to take over as the President.

Panetta blackmailed Zardari in to co-operating by showing him the details of his Foreign Bank' Secret Accounts.

TWO: AL QAEDA BOMBING OF CITIES

Panetta discussed with India and Pakistan Intelligence Agencies the Al Qaeda preparation for a massive bombing of Important Cities in Europe and the U.S.

Panetta wanted Pakistan to Stop all Terrorist Activity related to the Bombing of the Cities in Europe and the U.S.

Panetta threatened Pakistan with retaliation more severe than Iraq including the possible Occupation of Pakistan by U.S. Led United Nations Multi-Nations' Armed Forces.

THREE: THREAT TO OBAMA DURING INDIA VISIT

Panetta discussed with the India Intelligence Agencies the Threat Perceptions and the Security Preparedness for President Barack Hussein Obama's visit to India in November Second Week.

Panetta fears that there would be a massive Terror Strike to assassinate Obama during his India Visit.

The winners will be those who win each of the Sport Event in the Small Games Portion. The losers will be those who participated but lost to the winners.

The Main Games Portion of the Commonwealth Games was over before the Small Games begin.

The Main Game was the devouring of 150,000 Crores (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Crores) by the Gang of Scamsters in the Manmohan Government, the Sheila led Delhi Government and the Games Organising Committee headed by Suresh Kalmadi.

The Cost of the entire Games should have been completed in less than 10,000 Crores.

India has paid 150,000 Crores for activity that should have cost only 5000 Crores, because the above mentioned Scamsters swallowed most of the 150,000 Crores.

STINKING SIX

Most of the 150,000 Crores has been swallowed by the Stinking Six namely Jaipal Reddy, Sheila Dikshit, M.S.Gill, Tejinder Khanna, Selja and Suresh Kalmadi.

If Manmohan Singh and Sonia continue to protect these Scamsters then the public perception would be that they too consumed heavily from the 150,000 crores.

SACK & ARREST SIX SCAMSTERS

Immediately after the Games are over on 15 October 2010 , the above Scamsters must be dismissed from all Positions in the Government and Expelled from the Congress Party.

The SIX Scamsters must be arrested-investigated-prosecuted by the Central Bureau of Investigation and the 150,000 Crores of Public Money must be recovered from the Scamsters.
