FOOD FOR VOTES

Congress President Sonia will at the 2 November 2010 AICC Session, call for the providing of Food Security for India’s Poor, by providing every Poor Family 30 Kilos of Foodgrain every month at a highly subsidised price of Rs 3.

If the Central Government implements the Sonia Initiative for the Poor then it will definitely be the Biggest Ever Welfare Programme in India 's History.

If the Food for Poor Programme is botched up by the Corrupt-Greedy nexus of Politicians-Bureaucrats-Millers-Grain Dealers then there would be a massive vote against the Congress Party by the Poor.

ANTI-TERROR RESOLVE

The AICC Session might urge the Government to continue to fight to erase All Forms of Terrorism.

Sonia might Call for Stringent Punishment to all the abettors of Terrorism, irrespective of their Religious and Political affiliation.

OBAMA VISIT

The AICC Session might welcome the U.S. President Barack Hussein Obama on his First Visit to India .

Sonia might urge the Government to protect the India Software Business and the lakhs of India Engineers employed in it, by being firm in negotiations with the U.S.

Most Congressmen want the Strategic, Technological, Trade and Services Partnership with the U.S. to be a mutually benefitial Series of Deals and Not just a One Way Traffic of Money to the U.S. Businesses.

ANTI-DEFECTION LAW REFORM?

Sonia's husband Rajiv Gandhi as the Prime Minister brought in the celebrated then and tarnished Now, Anti-Defection Law.

The Politicians and Party Bosses have abused the Anti-Defection Law to wrongfully topple democratically elected State Governments and to shore up the Majority of Minority Governments.

There is an urgent need to Reform the Anti-Defection Law to make the Mandate of the Voters un-violatable by Money Bags, through out the Five Year Tenure of the Lok Sabha and the State Assemblies.

If Sonia calls for the Reform of the Anti-Defection Law in the 2 Nov AICC Session, then the Law will be amended in the Winter Session of Parliament in November 2010.

IGNORES TELANGANA

The 2 November AICC Session will ignore the Twin Demands of the Regions of Andhra Pradesh.

The AICC Session will neither propose the creation of the New State of Telangana nor propose the non-splitting of Andhra Pradesh in to Small States.

Sonia will not mention the Issues since the Home Ministry Committee constituted to offer a Solution would submit its Report Only on 30 December 2010 .

PROTEST FOR TELANGANA

On November 1 2010 , the Andhra Pradesh Formation Day Anniversary was celebrated by the State Government.

Celebrations were enthusiastic in the Non-Telangana Regions.

In Telangana the Day was observed as a Protest with people pouring in to the Town Centers criticising the Government for vacillating on the Issue of Statehood.

Every Telangana Voter is keen on an immediate creation of the Telangana State .

The 1 November Protests were in preparation for Violent Agitation from 1 January 2011 , in anticipation of the Srikrishna Committee NOT recommending the separate State for Telangana.

EXEMPLARY CORRUPTION

The AICC Session will also ignore the Adarsh Scam.

Chief Minister Ashok Chavan will be directed to Resign ONLY after U.S. President Obama leaves India .

The New Chief Minister will be ONE who was not a Chief Minister earlier.

The Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan who has offered to Resign, will attend the AICC Session.

The Three Former Maharshtra chief Ministers also implicated in the Scam, have Not yet offered to Resign.

Union Power Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde, Union Heavy industries Minister Vilas Rao Deshmukh and Maharashtra Minister Narayan Rane are the Three Other Scamsters besides Scamster Ashok Chavan who together have inflicted the Adarsh Housing Society Scam.

The Adarsh Scam violates Patriotism, Financial Integrity, Governance and humiliates the Martyrs of the Armed Forces.

Adarsh in English is "exemplary". The Adarsh Scam is the Congress Party's State Government's "Exemplary Corruption" in full public view.

ELECTION OF CWC MEMBERS

The 2 November AICC Session is actually being held to Elect 25 Members to be made the Congress Working Committee Members.

In the Normal Procedure, Nominations have to be filed early in the Morning, Voting by 1500 AICC Members in the Afternoon and Counting after Sunset to Elect the 25 Working Committee Members.

On 2 November 2010 there will be no Election for the CWC Members.

All the AICC Members will unanimously support a Resolution authorising the Congress President to Nominate the 25 Congress Working Committee Members.

The Party Constitution stipulates that 33.33% of the CWC Members must be Women.

Sonia will appoint 8 Women to the CWC.

The One day AICC Session will conclude smoothly, endorsing the Leadership of Congress President Sonia in her thirteenth year as President.

AICC WITHOUT BIHAR

This is the First Time that the AICC Session is being held while Assembly Elections are underway for any State.

The Bihar Elections have completed Three Phases. Three Phases Remain. Campaigning is in Full Swing.

It would have been NORMAL if the AICC Session was held either well before or much after the Bihar Elections.

The Congress Party obviously has thrown up its hands on any major success in Bihar .

The most optimistic estimates do not give the Congress Party the prospects of winning more than 10% of the 243 Assembly Constituencies.

The holding of the AICC Session, while the Bihar Campaign is on, is an indication of the Congress Hopelessness in Bihar .

If Sonia does NOT apply the Drastic Correctives required to reshape the current horrible profile of the Central and State Governments, then in the Next Lok Sabha Elections everything will be lost, for a long long time.
