THOUGHTLESS
The Congress Party led UPA Central Government, and the Main Opposition Party the BJP, both seem to completely lack Cohesion and "Thought Out Attitude" in crafting Strategies to win votes.
Any Particular Policy can win some Votes.
But the same Policy can generate the Flood of Votes for the Opposition.
There are numerous Instances, when Policy Announcements made, without contemplating the Consequences, resulted in More Votes for the Opposition, than the Policy Loudmouths.
An Anti-Policy Attitude can result in the defeat in the Elections.
Opposing the Policy articulated by Another Party, will cause the Loss of Many Votes, if the Policy has touched the Minds & Hearts of the Voters.
5 CONTESTANTS
Uttar Pradesh is Now a Five Contestants Fight in Each of the 403 Assembly Constituencies.
The Five Candidates will be from:
Bahujan Samaj Party.
Samajwadi Party.
Bharatiya Janata Party.
Indian National Congress. & Lok Dal.
Independents wanting Statehood for the Region.
No Party will win all the 403 Seats. No Party will be Number Two in almost All the Seats.
The Situation in Each Constituency differs based on the Caste Composition of the Voters, the Candidate caliber and the Campaign Agenda.
MULAYAM ZERO
The Samjwadi Party of Mulayam Singh Yadav is completely opposed to the Splitting of Uttar Pradesh.
Mulayam will be localised in to just ONE REGION, if Uttar Pradesh is divided in to Four States.
Mulayam is over confident that the Yadav-Muslim Votes will speed his Samajwadi Party to grab the Government.
Mulayam is underestimating the Break-Neck Power of the Speed-Breaker Called the "My Region will Be a State" Emotion in Each of the Four Regions.
CONGRESS CONFUSED
The Indian National Congress is NOT supporting the Splitting of Uttar Pradesh.
Sonia & Rahul are NOT in the Race to be the Chief Minister. Their objective is Prime Ministerial.
Sonia & Rahul will NOT Lose any Electoral Ground, if Uttar Pradesh is split in to four Governable States.
Sonia & Rahul must actually say that, Uttar Pradesh Needs to be Split in to 5 States.
Paschim. Avadh. Bundelkhand. Purvanchal-Varanasi. Purvanchal-Allahabad.
Sonia & Rahul must seek a Split of Uttar Pradesh in to 5 States to win the Votes in all the 5 Regions.
Otherwise the Congress Party Candidates will find it Impossible to Woo Votes in the surcharged Scenario, wherein the Voters of Each Region want their Region to become the New State .
BJP WEIGHED DOWN
The Bharatiya Janata Party is Opposing the Splitting of Uttar Pradesh in to Four States.
The BJP wants to keep U.P. as it is.
The U.P. Leaders in the BJP do not want to shrink in to a Small Region-State but want to be the Representative of the Huge Sttae.
The BJP is unwisely getting weighed down by the dictates of its "Voteless Leaders in Uttar Pradesh" who are called Leaders because they are Position Holders.
The BJP must over Rule the U.P. Leaders in its Party and must announce the Policy of Splitting Uttar Pradesh in to 5 States, if it wants to win more than 100 Seats in the 403 MLAs Assembly.
The BJP Candidates will lose many of the winning Seats, by mindlessly Opposing the Splitting of Uttar Pradesh.
The BJP will win many losing Seats, if the BJP aggressively articulates the Policy of Splitting Uttar Pradesh.
MAYA MANTRA
Mayawati has completely transformed the "Woo Voters" Strategy by making the Splitting of Uttar Pradesh in to 4 Governable Smaller States, as the Main Propaganda Agenda for the Elections.
The Split of the Large State "IDEA" has ignited Political Sparks in Each of the Four Regions.
NEW REGIONAL FORCE
A Number of Individuals, Groups and Unattached to Political Parties Activists are championing the Concept of the "State" for the Region and are jumping in to the Electoral Fray.
These Passionate Seekers of Statehood are likely to completely marginalise the Candidates, of those Parties, who are OPPOSING the Splitting of Uttar Pradesh.
PREDICTION
If the INC & the BJP adopt the Mulayam Singh Yadav Strategy of Opposing the Policy of Splitting of Uttar Pradesh, then Mayawati’s Bahujan Samaj Party will gather many votes in all the Four Regions, from Voters energised by the Statehood Concept for their Region.
Mayawati will retain 100% the Traditional Dalit Votes.
Mayawati will get More than 10% of New Voters, in Each of the Four Regions, who are excited by the Mayawati Policy to Transform their Region in to the State.
The addition of these 10% Voters from all Castes will deliver victories for the BSP in many Constituencies which would have been otherwise lost.
The BSP will win the Majority in the 403 MLAs Assembly, for Mayawati to become the Chief Minister of the Single Party Majority Government, again in 2012.
FINISHLINE
If the INC & the BJP Demand the Splitting of Uttar Pradesh in to 5 States, then they will deny Mayawati the Unique Propaganda, of being the Sole Architect of the Split States of Uttar Pradesh.
If the INC & the BJP Loudly Voice the Policy of Splitting Uttar Pradesh, then it will be Impossible for the BSP to win the Majority, causing the Hung Assembly Verdict.
