SEE-SAW UTTARAKHAND BATTLE
The Small Hill State of Uttarakhand is a See-Saw Battle State, wherein the BJP and the Congress Party will have to Campaign intensely, to be perceived to be "Less Worse" than the Other, to win the 2012 Assembly Elections.
NATIONAL MOOD
The BJP would have lost the National Initiative to win the Lok Sabha Elections, if it had lost the 2012 Uttarakhand Assembly Elections to the Congress Party.
The BJP decided to repair the damage done by the failed Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, by replacing him, just five months before the Assembly Elections.
NEW CM
Uttarakhand is about to have a New Chief Minister.
The BJP National President Nitin Gadkari, last night, after confabulating with all sections of the BJP in Uttarakhand, directed the BJP Chief Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank to Resign.
CORRUPT CHIEF MINISTER SACKED
Ramesh has proved to be a Disaster, in the 2 Years as Chief Minister.
Ramesh has been rottenly corrupt.
Ramesh just did not deliver any Governance.
Ramesh was too busy selling Government patronage, to have any time for Administering the State.
If Ramesh had continued as the Chief Minister, then the BJP would have definitely lost the 2012 Assembly Elections.
KHANDURI IS NEW CM
The BJP MLAs will meet at the State Capital on Sunday Afternoon, 11 September 2011 , to elect the New Chief Minister, picked by the BJP National Leadership.
The BJP MLAs will unanimously elect the Former Chief Minister B.C.Khanduri as the New Chief Minister.
SACKED IN 2009
B.C.Khanduri was also the Minister for Surface Transport in the Vajpayee Cabinet.
Khanduri was installed as the Chief Minister after the 2007 assembly Elections, by sidelining the BJP Leader who won the Elections for the BJP, namely Bhagat Singh Koshiari.
Khanduri was Arrogant, Dictatorial and completely unpopular with the MLAs.
Khanduri was sacked as the Chief Minister in 2009, after the BJP Lost all the 5 Lok Sabha Seats in the State to the Congress Party.
EX-ARMY VOTERS
Uttarakhand has a huge Population of Ex-Armed Forces persons.
30% of Uttarakhand Voters have someone from the family in the Armed Forces, serving or retired.
EX-ARMY TRICK
Khanduri is a Former Major General from the Army.
Khanduri got his Close Associates to form an Ex-Servicemens Group, after the BJP Sacked Khanduri as the Chief Minister in 2009.
Khanduri got his Close Associate Rawat, to form an Ex-Servicemen Association in Uttarakhand.
Rawat had sought the resignation of the Corrupt Chief Minister Pokhriyal, a Year ago.
The BJP expelled Rawat from the Party.
Khanduri used Rawat to mobilise all the Ex-Servicemen against the BJP Chief Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal.
WOO EX-ARMY VOTERS
Rawat has mobilised almost all the Ex-Servicemen of Uttarakhand.
Khanduri will Now induct Rawat in to the Cabinet.
Khanduri (Brahmin) and Rawat (Thakur) will thus ensure that all the Ex-Servicemen and their Families will vote for the BJP.
2007 RESULTS
The BJP won the State in the 2007 Assembly Elections.
The BJP won the 2007 Uttarakhand Assembly Elections, by getting the Majority in the 70 MLAs Assembly:
| PARTY |
MLAs |
| BJP |
34 |
| INC |
21 |
| BSP |
08 |
| OTHERS |
04 |
| INDEPENDENTS |
03 |
The next Uttarakhand Assembly Elections will be held in 2012 February.
CASTE EFFECT
The Two Most Populous and Dominant Castes in Uttarakhand are the Thakurs and the Brahmins.
There is intense Rivalry among the Brahmins and Thakurs to grab the Government.
Which ever Party gets the Votes of the Thakurs, wins the Uttarakhand Assembly Elections.
THAKUR MASS LEADER
The Most Popular and Huge Vote Mobilising Thakur, is the Former BJP Chief Minister Bhagat Singh Koshiari.
Koshiari is a Honest, competent, austere and popular Leader.
If Koshiari is made the Chief Minister, then the BJP will win more than 50 of the 70 Assembly Seats.
L.K.Advani is opposed to Clean Koshiari because he is not a Advani Crony.
Koshiari is Honest and hence will not deliver Money to the BJP Bosses.
The BJP always uses Koshiari during the Election Campaign but always marginalises him after the Elections.
Koshiari has been put in the Rajya Sabha.
KHANDURI
Khanduri is a Brahmin.
Khanduri supposedly delivered thousands of Crores to the Vajpayee-Advani led BJP-RSS System, during his tenure as Minister for Highway Roads and the Golden Quadrilateral Project.
The BJP Bosses Love Khanduri.
Khanduri has however managed the Media to give an impression that he is Not Corrupt.
The BJP has therefore Replaced the "Pickpocket" Brahmin Ramesh Pokhriyal with the "Dacoit" Brahmin B.C.Khanduri!
CERTAIN DEFEAT
The BJP would have lost the 2012 February Assembly Elections, if the Corrupt Chief Minister was not sacked and all the Groups were not United to mobilise the voters.
The Congress Party would have won a Clear Majority in Uttarakhand in February 2012, if the BJP National Leadership had not repaired the Image of the State Government.
REPAIR WILL HELP
The repaired BJP, will Now fight the 2012 Uttarakhand Assembly Elections, united and freshened by the change of the Chief Minister.
The BJP will have to unite the Thakurs and the Brahmins to vote for the BJP Candidates.
The BJP has just 5 Months before the Polling Day, to try to win the 2012 February Assembly Elections, to retain the Uttarakhand Government.
FINISHLINE
The Congress Party will Now have to project a Thakur Leader as the Chief Minister Candidate, to try to defeat the BJP in Uttarakhand.
As of Now, it is a Close Race between the Congress Party and the BJP, to grab the Uttarakhand Government, in the 2012 February Assembly Elections.
