If the Speaker Files a Review Petition, then it is definite that the 11 BJP MLAs will be Disqualified by the Supreme Court.

The BJP has however decided to forgive the MLAs and is Not Disqualifying them.

The Stupid Manmohan Government was therefore murdering the Constitution by forcing Governor Bharadwaj to Recommend President's Rule on the Basis of the Supreme Court Verdict.
