The TV Channel is thoroughly irresponsible in Not taking the permission of the Supreme Court in Telecasting the Leaked SIT Report.

The TV Channel is hurting India by delivering Communal Opinions on the Leaked SIT Report.

The Supreme Court must Ban such Telecasts which divide the Society.

SUPREME BAN

The Supreme Court must stop the Media from "using" and "misusing" any Report submitted to the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court must Issue a Ban Order on the Media to not make public any Report with the Supreme Court, especially the Leaked Version, without the Permission of the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court must Issue a Supreme Drill of DOs and DONTs on Coverage by the Media of Leaked Reports in the Supreme Court Custody.

Otherwise the Mobs will take violently to the Streets delivering their Concept of Hate Revenge and Instant Justice, negating the very purpose of the Crime and Punishment System.

The Supreme Court must immediately take cognizance of the Impact of the Media Misuse of Leaked Versions of the Reports with the Supreme Courts.

SUPREME APOLOGY

The Supreme Court must apologise to India and order an Investigation in to the Leakage of the 600 Page Report of the Special Investigation Team.

The SIT was appointed by the Supreme Court in to the Gujarat Government's Role after the Godhra Train carnage in which more than 50 Hindus were Burnt alive while Travelling in the Train.

The SIT Report was delivered to the Supreme Court on 8 May 2010 .

The Supreme Court was to deliver its Opinion on the SIT Report on 3 March 2011 .

SUPREME SHAME

It is obvious that the SIT Report has been leaked One Month before the Supreme Court Pronounces its Opinion, to create a National Hype, to generate a Communal Polarisation and to inflict a Political Divide across the Country.

The Supreme Court must find out as to who has shamed the Supreme Court by Leaking a sensitive Report in its Custody.

The Leakage of the SIT Report to the Media is unacceptable.

SIT REPORT HAS NO CREDIBILITY

The Leakage of the SIT Report, indicates that the SIT Report could have been manipulated by Political Forces.

The SIT Report thus has No Credibility.

SIT REPORT DOUBTFUL

The SIT Report becomes doubtful because it must have been fabricated with a Political Objective.

The SIT Report and its Leakage seems to be part of a Communal Conspiracy to vitiate the national atmosphere between Hindus and Muslims.

The SIT Report is definitely being used to create a political Divide and funnel votes.

CONSPIRACY TO DIVIDE OPPOSITION

The Leaked SIT Report will Now be conveniently used by the Manmohan Government to Divide the United Opposition on the Issue of Corruption.

The Leaked SIT Report will be used by the Manmohan Government to divert the focus from the 1.76 Lakh Crores Spectrum Scam, 1,5 Lakh Crores Commonwealth Games Scam and the Secret Swiss Bank Accounts holding 4 Trillion Dollars (200 Lakh Crores) of India’s looted Money.

WHO DONE IT?

Who Leaked the SIT Report in the custody of the Supreme Court?

The Supreme Court?

The Special Investigation Team?

The Intelligence Agencies?

The Manmohan Government?

The Supreme Court must prosecute those who leaked the SIT Report.

SUPREME REJECTION

The Supreme Court must first ascertain, through proper Investigation, if the SIT Report was tampered, designed and tailored to dictate a Political Verdict.

If the SIT has been manipulated by Political Forces to deliver a Doctored Report, then the Supreme Court must rubbish the SIT and its Report and punish those who Doctored the SIT Report.

SUPREME ACCEPTANCE

If the Supreme Court arrives at the Conclusion that the SIT was Not manipulated and that there was No Doctoring of the SIT Report, then the Supreme Court has to Only tell India, as to How and Why was the SIT Report Leaked, One Month before the Supreme Court would Pronounce its Opinion.

WHO KILLED HINDUS?

If the Supreme Court is convinced that the SIT Report is genuine, then the Supreme Court must also find out as to who Murdered the more than 50 Hindus by burning them Alive in a Train Compartment at Godhra.

The SIT while Investigating the Aftermath of the Godhra Train carnage, must also have Investigated the Identity of those who Burnt Alive the 50 Hindus in the Godhra train Compartment.

PUNISH ALL MURDERERS

The killing of Muslims in the Riots after the Godhra Train carnage is not acceptable.

Those responsible for killing the Hindus and the Muslims must be arrested, prosecuted and punished.

There must not be a selective punishment of one set of murderers.

Punish all the Murderers.

SUPREME JUSTICE

The Supreme Court is the ONLY Institution with some credibility in an atmosphere of widespread corruption and misuse of discretion.

The Supreme Court must ensure that the TRUTH about what happened at Godhra and what happened after Godhra is found out and Constitutional Action taken against all the perpetrators.

SUPREME PUNISHMENT

If the Supreme Court finds the Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi Guilty, then it is for the Supreme Court to pronounce the Punishment.

The Political, Communal and Media Mobs must NOT be allowed to announce Punishment, even before the Supreme Court has Pronounced.

FINISHLINE

We cannot take a view on the Leaked SIT Report, until the Supreme Court pronounces its wisdom on it.
