HOUND PATTERN

The pattern of hounding Political Opponents by Mis-Using the Delhi Police, has farcically back-fired twice against the Manmohan-Pranab-Chidambaram Government.

But Bad Habits Die Hard.

And Now it seems the “Misuse of Delhi Police” Farce is about to be happening again.

The Delhi Police was mis-used against Yoga Guru Ramdev at the Ramlila Maidan resulting in the Beating-to-Death of One Silent non-violent protesting Woman Rabala from Haryana.

The Delhi Police was Mis-Used against the Anti-Corruption crusader Anna Hazare.

The Delhi Police are Now being used to hound Dr Subramaniyan Swamy.

BITE & SHYNESS

It is normally said, "Once Bitten Twice Shy".

The Chidambaram shepherded Central Government is Twice Bitten, Not Shy, at all.

HOMELESS NIGHTMARE

Home Minister Chidambaram seems to be scared of being made Home-Less, by the Petition in the Supreme Court.

SUICIDAL TIMING

The Timing of the Delhi Police FIR against Swamy, raises suspicion against the Chidambaram Motives.

The Timing further devastates the Credibility of the already "Almost Dead" Manmohan Government.

SUPREME SCARE

The Petitioner is seeking the CBI Probe against the Chidambaram Role in connivance with Raja in the 1.76 Lakh Crores 2G Spectrum Scam.

Chidambaram probably wants Swamy to be absent from all activity, by putting him in Jail, according to Swamy.

DELAYED FIR

The Delhi Police filed an FIR against Swamy.

The Crime Branch of the Delhi Police cites an Article written by Swamy in a Mumbai based English Newspaper.

If the Content of the Article was against the spirit of the Constitution, then and then ONLY, it merits Police-Legal action.

If the Article vitiated Communal Harmony, then Swamy should have been held accountable in July 2011 itself.

From July to October 2011, that Article has not ignited any Communal Incident.

Hence filing an FIR Now, against Swamy, when the Society has Not been harmed by the Article, is absurdish.

FINISHLINE

If the purpose of the FIR, is to Arrest Swamy to make him unavailable for Legal Activism against Corruption, then it is deplorable.

The Congress Party Bosses must review the FIR Incident and ensure that the whole FIR matter, pregnant with pains for the Manmohan Government, is aborted.

SWAMY REACTION TO FIR

Terming the FIR registered against him to be a political vendetta, Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy accusing Union Home Minister P. Chidambaram today said the motive seems to have been his stand on the 2G spectrum scam.

Swamy, who is the Petitioner in the 1.76 Lakh Crores 2G Spectrum Scam Case, said:

"I don't know anything about it. It has not been told to me. I learnt it from the newspaper people. I was told that police stations refused to register the FIR. This article was written in July 2011. One Tilak Nagar Police Station refused to register the FIR and then Nizamuddin Police Station refused to register the FIR."

"So, I was told that under the pressure of Mr. Chidambaram (Home Minister P. Chidambaram), the Delhi Crime Branch has registered it. This must have something to do with 2G naturally. They want to prevent me from going to court," he added.

Swamy further said the FIR has been filed against him on baseless charges.

"But there cannot be any charge.

Once I get the FIR I will go to the High Court and get it quashed because you cannot file an FIR on baseless charges. Whatever I have said is within the Constitution of India .

But I have not been informed about it (FIR)," Swamy said.
