This is the question that most Indians want answered, by a CBI Investigation, in to the two Lakhs Crores Space-ISRO S Band-Spectrum Scam.

The Most Important Decision Maker, the Ruling Party President, must be Investigated by the Lok Pal and NOT just the Serve-Ants called the Prime Minister and the Chief Ministers.
