RAJASTHAN HIGH COURT INTERVENTION

Bhanwari Devi's husband Amar Chand moved a habeas corpus Petition in the Rajasthan High Court, alleging that Bhanwari Devi was got kidnapped and murdered by Minister Mahipal Maderna.

The Rajasthan High Court ordered the CBI to Investigate the "Missing" of Bhanwari Devi.

SONIA SACKS MINISTER

Congress President Sonia summoned Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot to New Delhi immediately after the Bhanwari Devi Scam was highlighted by the Media.

Sonia ordered Ashok Gehlot to immediately sack Minister Mahipal Maderna.

Ashok Gehlot delayed the sacking but finally persuaded Minister Mahipal Maderna to Resign on 16 October 2011 .

Mahipal Maderna and Shairam Bishnoi’s Mobile Phone Records have produced Evidence of their Conspiracy, in the Kidnap-murder-burning of Bhanwari Devi.

Shahbuddin and his Gang of Criminals Kidnapped, Gang Raped and then handed over Bhanwari Devi, to another gang of Criminals headed by Vishanaram Vishnoi.

Shahbuddin and his associate Sohanlal brought Bhanwari Devi after kidnapping her from Bilada to Umaid Nagar

Shahbuddin and his associate Sohanlal handed over the kidnapped Bhanwari Devi to Vishanaram and his Gang of Criminals near Umaid Nagar. The Shahbuddin Gang Outsourced Bhanwari devi Murder to the Vishnaram Vishnoi Gang.

BHANWARI STAYED IN GOVT GUEST HOUSES

Bhanwari Devi was staying in the Rajasthan House Residential Room of the Luni MLA Malkhan Singh Bishnoi.

Bhanwari Devi was servicing sex to a number of Congress Party Politicians in Rajasthan.

MLA Mahipal Singh's sister Indira Bishnoi accompanied Bhanwari Devi to visit several Politicians.

Indira Bishnoi says that Badri Ram Jakhar met with Bhanwari Devi about three times at the Circuit House (State Guest House in Rajasthan.)

Jakhar says he first met Bhanwari Devi when she visited him in New Delhi in July 2010 to request him for a Gas Agency in delhi .

Jakhar's Gas is now being investigated by the CBI.

The CBI has on 7 November 2011 Investigated the Luni MLA Malkhan Singh Bishnoi, his sister Indira Bishnoi and a suspended Policeman Close to them.

MADERNA CONFESSES TO CBI

The CBI Interrogated Ex-minister Mahipal Maderna on 10 and 11 November 2011.

Mahipal Maderna has confessed to the CBI, all the details about his sexual activity with Bhanwari Devi, the Kidnap and the Murder.

LILA MADERNA INTERROGATED

The CBI interrogated Ex Minister Mahipal Maderna's Wife Lila Maderna at the Jodhpur Circuit House on Friday 11 November 2011.

The CBI got a lot of incriminating evidence from Lila Maderna.

LUNI MLA INTERROGATED BY CBI

The CBI interrogated the Luni MLA of the Congress Party Malkhan Singh Bishnoi. The CBI questioned the Luni MLA at the CBI Office.  

The CBI has also Interrogated Twice, Malkhan's sister Indira Bishnoi, who had accompanied Bhanwari Devi on visits to Politicians, on several occasions.  

Malkhan Singh Bishnoi MLA from Luni, had introduced Minister Mahipal Maderna several years ago, to Bhanwari Devi.
 

BHANWARI'S POLITI CIA NS

The CBI has seized a Camcorder Camera, Computer and other Equipment.

There is enough data on these to send Many Top Politicians in the Rajasthan Government to the hangman’s Noose!

The CBI has requested the Central forensic Science Laboratory and Private Computer Experts to retrieve the Incriminating data from the Computer and the Camcorder.

The Camera and Computer might have been used to film and store, a lot of controversial and incriminating footage, which could hold vital clues about the List of Politicians involved with Bhanwari Devi and the reasons behind the disappearance of Bhanwari Devi.

BHANWARI SEX TAPE WITH MINISTER

Ten weeks after Nurse Bhanwari Devi went missing, the sex-tape was shown on Television Channels in Rajasthan, on Thursday 10 November 2011 .

The Sex Tape shows nude Bhanwari Devi with the sacked Water Resources Minister Mahipal Maderna in a compromising position.

Television footage of the Sex Tape shows Maderna copulating with the nurse Bhanwari Devi and professing his love for Bhanwari devi muttering, "we love you".

The 48 Minutes Sex Tape was shot in a Hotel.

Bhanwari was using the Sex Tape to extort money from Minister Mahipal Maderna, before she was Kidnapped, Murdered and Burnt.

CBI REPORTS TO HIGH COURT

The CBI submitted the Status Report on the Bhanwari Devi Investigation, to the Rajasthan High Court on 11 November 2011 .

The Rajasthan High Court has been highly critical of the Ashok Gehlot Government and its Police for the laxity in the Bhanwari Devi Kidnap and Murder Case.

The CBI Probe will reveal the Sex and Murder Games, done by the Ministers in the Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot's Government.

The Congress Party needs a Chief Minister in Rajasthan, who will impress Voters with Governance and is not defending allegations in the Bhanwari Devi Sex and Murder Scam.
