ELECTORAL GOVERNANCE

Electoral Politics is all about getting the required votes to win the Elections to the majority of seats in the Legislature-Parliament to Head the Government.

Governance secured through Electoral Politics, will always concentrate on retaining the Loyalty of ONLY those Voters, who voted the Political Leader.

The Government Boss will never fritter energy to care for those who never voted for the Leader’s Party.

MAYA VOTE BASE

Mayawati won in 2007, 208 Assembly Seats in the 403 MLAs Uttar Pradesh assembly to become the Chief Minister of the Majority Government.

Mayawati got 31% Vote in 2007 to capture the State Government.

Mayawati’s Party the Bahujan Samaj Party gets most of its votes from the Dalits.

Uttar Pradesh has a Dalit Population of 26%.

Dalits vote almost 100% for Mayawati’s Candidates.

The Brahmins, Thakurs, Muslims and the Other Caste Candidates, that Mayawati fielded as the BSP Candidates, ushered in about 5% Votes from the Non-Dalit Voters.

Mayawati thus won the Government with the Votes of those mentioned.

MAYA WITHOUT FARMERS

The Farmers of Uttar Pradesh never Vote for Mayawati and her candidates. The farmers Vote for the Mayawati candidate, if the candidate is a Farmer and a Farmer with a Better Popularity than the Other farmers fielded by the Other parties.

Mayawati won the Elections and became the Chief Minister without the Votes of the farmers.

Mayawati therefore loses No Votes at all, if farmers are angry at her Government.

WOOING FARMERS VOTES

The farmers in Uttar Pradesh vote for Ajit Singh's Lok Dal, Mulayam Singh Yadav's Samajwadi Party and for farmer candidates put up by the BJP and the INC.

No wonder that the Lok Dal, SP, BJP and INC are trying to impress the farmers of uttar Pradesh by trying to identify with the farmers' protest against the Mayawati Government.

GOVT CHEATS FARMERS

Every Government in India cheats the farmers.

The Government acquires the Land from the farmers by using the Police.

Every State Government acquires the "Land which is providing Livelihood to the Farmer" and throws at him an undervalued Price.

FARMERS TRAGEDY

The farmer can do Nothing Else except farming.

If the farm land is taken away from the farmer then the farmer's Family has to become labourers, to survive for the next Generations.

The farmer cannot afford to Buy Land .

The farmer thus Protests when the "Livelihood Land" is taken away forcibly by the Government.

LAND PROFITS

The Government allots the Land to Politicians, Bureaucrats, businessmen, Property Developers and Industrialists at a Throw Away Price.

The New Land Owners profit in crores, from every acre of Land, that they got from the Government.

The Government Bosses are given a Percentage for the allotment.

The Government and the allottees destroy the Lives of the farmers to become Filthy Rich.

LIVELIHOOD LAND

The Government must Acquire ONLY that Land that is Not "Livelihood" Land for the farmers.

The Government must NEVER be allowed to acquire the "Livelihood Land" of the Farmers.

MULAYAM-BJP-CONG CHEATED FARMERS

In Uttar Pradesh, when Mulayam was in Government he too cheated Farmers by acquiring Livelihood land to gift it for huge kickbacks to the Rich and Infamous.

The BJP did the same.

The Congress Party did the same.

Their agitation against Mayawati is Ridiculous.

BJP HYPOCRICY

The BJP is in Government in several states.

In all these states the BJP acquires the "Livelihood Land " of the farmers and sells it to the Rich and the vested Interests.

The BJP agitating in Uttar Pradesh, has never agitated in the BJP Ruled States, to protect the Livelihood Land of the farmers.

CONGRESS HYPOCRISY

The Sonia Congress is in Government in several states.

In all these states the Sonia Congress acquires the "Livelihood Land" of the farmers and sells it to the Rich and the vested Interests.

The Sonia Congress agitating in Uttar Pradesh, has never agitated in the BJP Ruled States, to protect the Livelihood Land of the farmers.

RAHUL DRIVE TO NOWHERE

Sonia Son and Congress General Secretary Rahul must first agitate in the Congress Ruled States, before agitating in uttar Pradesh.

Rahul must first FORCE the Congress Governments, to Return the Livelihood Land of the farmers, in all the Congress states.

Rahul Pillion Riding in Uttar Pradesh is meaningless if he is NOT in the Driver's Seat of the agitation to Protect the farmers in the Congress Ruled States.

LAW AGAINST LIVELIHHOD LAND ACQUISITION

The Parlaiment must Legislate the Law making it impossible for anone and any Government to acquire the "Livelihood Land" of any farmer.

The Congress Party, BJP and Regional Bosses must get the Monsson Session of Parliament to create a Law so that NO One can take away the "Livelihood Land" from the Farmers.

FINISHLINE

Congress President Sonia and BJP President Gadkari, must get the Land Acquisition Law preventing the forcible acquisition of farmers’ "Livelihood Land" passed by the Parliament in the 2011 Monsoon Session of Parliament itself.
