The BJP has summoned its MLAs in Karnataka for an Emergency Meeting today 22 January 2011 , to discuss the crisis created by the Governor sanctioning Prosecution against Chief Minister B.S.Yeddyurappa.

NEW CHIEF MINISTER

Dr V.S.Acharya, the Brahmin MLA from Udupi, the Senior Minister and the Senior Most RSS Leader, will be the New Chief Minister of Karnataka, next Week.

Acharya will, replace the Lingayat Supremo B.S.Yeddyurappa, who will be forced to Resign, by the Governor, Now.  

Acharya, 77 years, will be installed as the Chief Minister, by all the factions in the BJP, agreeing to work under him.  

Acharya will lead the BJP in to the next Assembly Elections, by Projecting a Lingayat Leader as the Post-Elections' Chief Minister.
 

SONIA GIFT TO ADVANI

Congress President Sonia is delivering a New Year Gift to L.K.Advani, by getting the Governor to topple the BJP Chief Minister.

Advani hates Yeddyurappa, because he belongs to the Anti-Advani Faction in Karnataka.  

Advani used the Bellary Miners to Topple Yeddyurappa, by igniting a Rebellion, but failed.

Then Advani used his Faction Chief in Karnataka Anantha Neera Radia Kumar, to connive with the Deve Gowda Family, to split the BJP, to Topple the BJP Chief Minister, but failed again.

L.K.Advani then got the Deve Gowda Janata Dal to file a Complaint against the Chief Minister, with his trusted Lok Ayukta Santosh Hegde.

Advani is Now in the Final attempt, using the Lok Ayukta Santosh Hegde to remove Yeddyurappa.

Sonia will thus fulfill Advani’s Passionate Dream of getting Yeddyurappa sacked.

The RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat will however spoil Advani's Happiness.

The RSS will install an Anti-Advani Brahmin Dr V.S.Acharya as the new Chief Minister, after Sonia’s Governor has removed Yeddyurappa.
 

CONSTITUTIONAL CORRECTNESS

The Issue to Topple the BJP Chief Minister B.S.Yeddyurappa is simple.

The Janata Dal MLC complained to the Karnataka Lok Ayukta Santosh Gowda (The Advani Loyalist) against the Corruption of the Chief Minister.

The Lok Ayukta began Investigating the Complaint.

The Chief Minister thereafter constituted a Commission Of Enquiry, headed by the Retired High Court Judge Padmaraj, against all the Land Allotments by all the Chief Ministers of the Congress Party, the JD and Himself.

The Corruption Complaint against the Chief Minister was thus simultaneously being dealt by both the Lok Ayukta and the Commission of Enquiry.

The Lok Ayukta being a Die-Hard Advani Loyalist, would not have allowed the Complaint with him to be shifted to the Commission of Enquiry.

The Government should have as per Law 82-B, sought the permission of the Agency dealing with the Complaint, before bringing in another Agency to investigate the Same Complaint.

The Yeddyurappa Government did not seek the Lok Ayukta’s permission, before giving the Commission of Enquiry the Right to Investigate the Complaint pending with the Lok Ayukta.

The Lok Ayukta therefore cannot be prevented from investigating the Chief Minister.

If the Lok Ayukta after the completion of the Investigation felt the need to Prosecute the Chief Minister, then at that time the Chief Minister would have to Resign.

CONGRESS GUNS BJP CM

The Congress Party has decided to Jump the Gun.

The Congress Party has got the Governor to initiate the Toppling of the Karnataka Chief Minister, by Sanctioning Prosecution against Yeddyurappa, on a Private Complaint by a Lawyer, instead of waiting for the Lok Ayukta to initiate Proceedings.

DANGEROUS PRECEDENT

The Scandalous Karnataka Governor Hansraj Bharadwaj has set the Historic Precedent, of removing the Opposition Party's Chief Minister, after the Congress Party lost the Assembly Elections, the Lok Sabha Elections, the Bengalure Municipal Electons, the Zilla Parishad Elections and all the By-Elections.

The Congress Party is Now teaching the Political System, the new method of Toppling the Opposition Chief Ministers, by using the Governor to be a Political Instrument, of the Party controlling-heading the Central Government.

In future, if the BJP captures the Central Government, then its Governors can use the Congress Model, to topple the Congress Chief Ministers.

PROSECUTION PERMISSION

The Karnataka Governor has Now, given Permission to Prosecute the Chief Minister B.S.Yeddyurappa, on a Petition submitted to him by Lawyers, propped up jointly by the Indian National Congress and the Janata Dal.

The Lawyers are seeking Prosecution of the Chief Ministe,r in Corruption Cases related to Allotment of Land under the Chief Minister's Discretionary Quota.

The Chief Minister Allotted Lands to his Son and Daughter and later withdrew the Allotments.

RESIGN INEVITABLE

The Moment the Permission is granted by the Governor, it becomes inevitable for the Chief Minister to Resign.

If the Chief Minister Resigns, then the BJP MLAs will meet to elect Dr V.S.Acharya as the New Chief Minister.

DISMISS INEVITABLE

If the Chief Minister Refuses to Resign, the Governor will dismiss the Chief Minister.  

The Governor will then summon the Party, possesing the Majority in the Assembly, namely the BJP, to elect the New Chief Minister.
 

CONGRESS GOVERNMENT

If the BJP Refuses to accept the Governor's Invitation, to form the Government, then the Leader of the Opposition will be called to form the Government.

If the New Non-BJP Chief Minister is unable to prove the Majority in the Assembly, then the Assembly will be dissolved and Fresh Elections announced.

BJP STRATEGY

The BJP will, after the Governor topples Yeddyurappa, install Dr V.S.Acharya as the next Chief Minister.

The BJP will then pressurise the Manmohan Government to Replace the Karnataka Governor.

COURT

B.S.Yeddyurappa will have to go to the Court, against the Governor’s Permission to prosecute him.

If the Court cancels the Governor’s Action, then Yeddyurappa will become the Chief Minister again.

The process of the Court activity will take a Year.

Yeddyurappa will thus spend the rest of 2011 in the Court.

DISSOLUTION

The BJP can dissolve the Assembly and go in for Mid-Term Polls to the Karnataka Assembly.

The BJP will not dissolve the Assembly, immediately.

The Governor need Not and will Not accept the advice of the Chief Minister, against whom he has sanctioned Prosecution.

The BJP will after installing Acharya as the Chief Minister, prepare the Ground for Early Polls, in Karnataka, at an appropriate time of its Electoral Convenience.

HISTORIC BLUNDERS

Congress President Sonia in 2011, is doing the same Mistake which her Mother-In-Law Indira did in 1975-1977 and her husband Rajiv did in 1987-1989.

The Congress Presidents have needlessly united the entire Opposition, against the Indian National Congress and its Central Government.

BJP AGGRESSION AGAINST SONIA

The use of the Governor to dismiss B.S.Yeddyurappa, will force the BJP to become aggressive against Sonia and Rahul.

The BJP will concede Electoral Space and Political Positions to all the Regional Bosses, to unite the entire Opposition against Sonia and the Congress Party.  

The Congress Party has always Lost, whenever the Opposition was United.

The BJP will actually benefit electorally after the Congress Party led by Sonia has used the Governor to topple the BJP Chief Minister B.S.Yeddyurappa.

The consistent Campaign against Yeddyurappa has made it embarrassing for the BJP, outside Karnataka especially on the TV Channels in Delhi , which however have No Impact in the States-Regions.

The BJP could not remove Yeddyurappa, because the votes were mobilisded ONLY by Yeddyurappa, by mesmerising the entire Lingayat Caste Voters.

The BJP won the State Government because the voters had given the mandate to Yeddyurappa to become the Chief Minister.

Sonia will thus be solving the BJP Problem, by getting the Governor to remove Yeddyurappa.

The BJP, thanks to Sonia’s Governor, will be easily able to install a new Chief Minister and further consolidate its Electoral Base in Karnataka.

BJP WINS

In the next Assembly Elections, if the Congress Party fails to project a Clean-Competent-Credible Leader as the Chief Minister, then the BJP will easily win 150 of the 224 Assembly Seats to Retain the state Government.

This is because the Congress Party cannot scream at the BJP by retaining rottenly Corrupt Persons from Karnataka, in all its Apex Positions in Karnataka, the AICC and the Union Cabinet.
