The BJP has bounced to the top of the Electoral Heap, in Karnataka, after the Bounce in Bihar .
BJP BOUNCE
The Karnataka Voters catapulted the BJP from a Low Third Position in the 2005 Panchayat Elections to the Number One Position in the 2011 Panchayat Elections.
The BJP not known to have any base in the Rural Areas made significant gains to surge ahead of both the Congress Party and the JD (S).
VOTERS BACK BJP
The Karnataka Voters have reiterated their Confidence in the BJP State Government, putting it far ahead of the Congress Party and the JD (S), in the Panchayat Elections on 4 January 2011 .
The Voters gave the BJP a Majority in 12 Districts and the Single largest Party Numbers in 5 Districts in the Total of the 30 Zilla (District) Panchayats.
The Congress Party won the Majority in 4 Districts Only.
The JD (S) got the Majority in ONLY 4 Districts.
The Voters gave the BJP a Majority in 68 of the 176 Taluqa Panchayats.
The Congress Party won 31 Taluqa Panchayats.
The JD (S) won 29 Taluqa Panchayats.
The BJP will win the next Assembly Elections, if even the current voting Trend continues.
CORRUPT VERSES CORRUPT
The BJP Chief Minister is perceived to be Corrupt.
The Congress Party and the Deve Gowda Janata Dal Position Holders are perceived to be more Corrupt than the BJP Chief Minister.
The Congress Party and the JD (S) have failed to defeat the BJP in Rural Karnataka, because the Position Holders in these Two Parties, are perceived by the Voters, to be more Corrupt than the BJP.
The Karnataka Voters took a Simple Decision: Vote for the Less Corrupt.
CONGRESS CORRUPT POSITION HOLDERS REJECTED
The Corrupt BJP Chief Minister won his Home District of Shimoga.
The Corrupt Union Minister S.M.Krishna lost his Home District of Mandya in a Wave Win to the JD (S).
The Corrupt Union Law Minister Veerappa Moily lost his Home District of Dakshina Kannada, in a massive Wave win to the BJP.
The Corrupt AICC General Secretary Oscar Fernandes lost his Home District of Udupi in a wave win for the BJP.
The Corrupt Union Labour Minister M.Kharge Lost his Home District of Bidar, in a Wave win for the BJP.
The Corrupt Union Minister of State for Railways lost his Home District of Kolar.
The newly appointed Pradesh Congress Committee President Parmeshwar lost his Home District of Tumkur, with the Congress Party being reduced to a dismal Third, far behind the JD(S) and the BJP.
INDIRA ICON: THARA DEVI
Congress President Sonia can win Karnataka, ONLY if she establishes Connectivity between the Congress Party and the Indira-Voters, by projecting the Political Leader identified with Indira-Rajiv.
In the Once Upon a Time Congress Stronghold Area of Chikmagalur, the BJP won, because of Congress Party disconnect with the Indira Voters.
The Indira Icon D.K.Thara Devi is prevented by the Anti-Indira Forces which dominate the Congress Party, nowadays, from even being a Candidate in the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha.
The Indira-Vote Base resonates Only with D.K.Thara Devi.
Sonia has to therefore project the Indira Icons to win in Karnataka.

The JD (S) has won the 4 Districts of:
Mandya. Hassan. Tumkur. Ramnagar.
The BJP has won the 12 Districts of:
Chikmagalur. Udupi. Dakshina Kannada. Kodagu. Shimoga. Bidar. Haveri. Belgaum . Dharwad. Bagalakot. Davanagere.
HISTORIC PANCHAYAT ELECTIONS
These Panchayat Elections have been significant.
The BJP was a Marginal Party in Karnataka, until it won the Assembly Elections in 2008.
Its Strength, prior to 2008, was about 40 MLAs in 224 Assembly Areas and 6 Lok Sabha MPs.
The BJP therefore never won any Zilla Panchayats or Taluqa Panchayats.
The BJP had never won the Rural Elections.
NEW SCENARIO
Now, for the First Time the Scenario has changed.
The BJP has 121 MLAs in the 224 MLAs Assembly.
The BJP has 19 MPs in a Total of 28 Lok Sabha MPs from Karnataka.
The BJP is therefore the most Dominant Party in the Legislature and the Lok Sabha.
BJP INROAD IN TO RURAL KARNATAKA
The BJP Inroad in to the Rural Areas of Karnataka, was put to Test in these Panchayat Elections.
The BJP has achieved Historic success, in its First Ever major Attempt to win in the Panchayat Elections in the 30 District Panchayats.
PRESIDENT ELECTION
The Presidents of the 30 District Panchayats and 176 Taluqa Panchayats will be Elected by the Elected Panchayat Members in February 2011.
Each Zilla Panchayat has 20-55 Members, with the number of Members proportionate to the Size of the Population, in Each District.
Which ever Party has a Majority in Each District will get its Candidate Elected as the Zilla Panchayat President.
In a Hung Scenario, the Congress Party and the Janata Dal will combine, to get the Compromise Candidate Elected as the President.
The Same process will Take place in each of the Taluqa Panchayats also.
DISTRICT PANCHAYAT PRESIDENT
In 7 of the 30 Districts there will be a Flow of Huge Money, to convert the Hung Scenario in Each District in to a Majority.
The Congress Party and the JD (S) will win the President Post in 4 Districts Each.
The BJP will ultimately easily win the President Post in 15 of the 30 District Panchayats.
DEFECTION HELPS BJP
The Anti-Defection Law for the Panchayats, allows the Defection of One-Third of the Zilla Panchayat Members in Each District to another Party.
The President of the Districts will be elected after One Month in February.
The BJP will thus win most of the 10 Hung Districts , by getting Zilla Panchayat Members to Defect to the BJP.
YEDDY SURVIVES
The Karnataka Chief Minister B.S.Yeddyurappa under a Black Cloud of convincing allegations of Corruption, Nepotism and Shameless Brazenness can heave a Sigh of Relief that his Corruption has not destroyed the Voters' Confidence in the BJP.
The Chief Minister's Home District of Shimoga was won by the BJP.
The Corrupt Chief minister has survived the vicious campaign by the Media, the Congress Party and the Deve Gowda Family Party called the Janata Dal, by delivering victory to the BJP in the Panchayat Elections.
CASTE CONSOLIDATION DEFEATS CONGRESS
The Panchayat Elections experienced a Complete Caste Consolidation.
The BJP Chief Minister B.S.Yeddyurappa is a Casteist Lingayat Leader.
The Lingayats voted in a Wave for the BJP.
If Yeddyurappa was Not the Chief Minister, the Lingayats would have not voted for the BJP, with the same casteist Passion.
Lingayats and Vokkaligas are the Two Dominant Castes in Karnataka. They are also fierce Rivals.
The Janata Dal is the Private Property of the Deve Gowda Family. Deve Gowda is a Vokkaliga.
The Vokkaligas have consolidated with the JD (S) in the 4 Districts of Mandya, Hassan, Ramnagar and Tumkur wiping out the Congress Party and marginalising the BJP.
All the other castes namely the Dalits, Backwards and Minorities voted with the Winning Lingayat or with the winning Vokkaliga.
The Congress Party failed to win the Vokkaligas because the Congress Party has NOT projected a Credible Vokkaliga leader as the Chief Minister Candidate.
The Lingayat Consolidation towards the BJP and the Vokkaligas Consolidation towards the JD (S) has defeated the Congress Party.
GADKARI WINS, ADVANI LOSES
The National Leadership of the BJP led by the President Nitin Gadkari has reasons to be delighted that it retained Yeddyurappa as the Chief Minister, inspite of the L.K.Advani-Ananta Kumar-Nira Radia Gang pressurising the BJP to sack Yeddyurappa.
The BJP must thank the Karnataka Voters by installing a Fresh Chief Minister not belonging to the Corrupt Advani Gang.
The BJP National President Nitin Gadkari must Now, after winning the Panchayat Elections, direct Yeddyurappa to Resign and appoint his Nominee as the next Chief Minister.
BARK AT CORRUPT WONT BITE
The Congress Party cannot win Karnataka by just barking at the BJP Corruption.
The Congress Party Bark Alone, will NOT Bite the BJP.
The Congress Party must drop all the Corrupt Position holders in the Central Cabinet, the AICC, the PCC and the Districts, for its Bark to Bite the BJP.
The Congress Party will gain Credibility ONLY by installing Credible Leaders in all the High-Profile Positions. Nothing Else will inspire the Voters.
FINISHLINE
The Karnataka Voters have delivered a Wise Verdict, by signaling that unless and until the Congress Party projects the Honest Indira Icon as the State Leader, it is impossible to snatch the State from the BJP.
Sonia has to Pick a Vokkaliga Leader who is the Indira Icon, as the Chief Ministerial Candidate to inspire the Voters, to deliver a win in Karnataka, for the Congress Party.
