Three Members Represented Each of the Aircraft Manufacturers at the "Commercial Envelopes" Opening Ceremony, in the Defence Ministry.
Each Bid and its Cost was Read Out, in the Presence of the Top Brass of the India Defence Ministry.
The Decision on which Aircraft is Less Costly would be decided by January End 2012.
The Process of Finalising the "Less Costly" Aircraft from among the Two, will take unitl January 2012, as each Component of the Aircraft will be evaluated for Combat Performance Cost.
COMPARATIVE COST
There is not much difference in the Comparative Cost of the Two Short listed Combact Aircraft. This the Impression after the Opening of the Commercial Envelope.
The Difference in Cost between both the Aircraft is less than 2%, Superfically.
However, the actual Cost of both the Aircraft will be availabile for Comparision, Only after the Complex Evaluation process of the Commercial Envelop is completed by January End 2012 Ending.
L1 BY JANUARY 2012
The Bids are being evaluated Now, to determine the Actual Cost "In Combat" of the Aircraft.
The Lowest Priced Aircraft will be designated as L 1.
Whichever of the Two Aircraft, Qualifies as L 1, will be bought by India .

FIVE COMPETITORS TESTED IN AIRCRAFT DEAL
Five manufacturers ventured for the Medium Multi Role Combat Aircraft Deal to sell the Combat Aircraft to India .
All Five of the Combat Aircraft Manufacturers, brought their Aircraft to India , to Test Fly them in the Exact Combat conditions, which the Indian Air Force Stipulated.
All the Five Competing Combat Aircraft were Tested by the Indian Air Force, From the Snowy High Altitude Himalayas' Freezing Cold, to the Desert Conditions Boiling Heat.
The Indian Air Force, its Pilots and its Technical Experts, studied the Macro and Micro Details of all the Five Aircraft.
KNOCKED OUT STAGE OF AIRCRAFT DEAL
The United States of America , Russia and Sweden were dropped out of the Aircraft Deal, when the short listing took Place.
The Best Two Aircraft, were Picked by the India Air Force and the Defence Ministry.
AMERICA KNOCKED OUT OF AIRCRAFT DEAL
Obama and the Americans got very angry with the India Government and the Congress Party, for knocking out America in the Qualifying Stage itself.
The Obama Anger was Explosive because No favouritism was done towards America .
The Americans are Now Convinced that there was No Foul Play, in the Short Listing Process which knocked out the American Aircraft.
The Americans are however still boiling with anger against the India Government.
RUSSIA SADLY DELIGHTED
The Russians sadly knew, that they did NOT have the quality of the Combat Aircraft, to win the India MMRCA Deal.
The Russians are however delighted, that their fiercly competitive Traditional Rival, the Americans were knocked out.
SWEDEN
Sweden of Bofors Fame lost the MMRCA Deal for the Right reason.
Sweden got knocked out, because it was supplying a Single Engine Aircraft, in the Hi-Technology Modern days of the Twin Engine Aircraft.
SARCOZY SMILES
The Two Manufacturers Short Listed for the Aircraft Deal, are Both European.
France is offering the Dassault Rafale Super Fighter Aircraft, along with a lot of Smiles from Carla Bruni and President Sarcozy.
The Four nations Consortium of Italy-England-Germany-Spain is offering the Typhoon Euro-Fighter Aircraft.
Whichever Aircraft Costs Less will be bought by India .
MMRCA
MMRCA is the Medium Multi Role Combat Aircraft.
India is purchasing 126 of these Super Fighter Aircraft for the Airforce.
All 126 Combat Aircraft will be bought from One Manufacturer.
Later 50% more, 63 More Combat Aircraft, as stipulated in the Contract, will be Purchased from the same Manufacturer.
80,000 CRORES AIRCRAFT DEAL
The 126 Combat Aircraft will Cost the India Treasury, about 11 Billion US Dollars, almost 54,000 Crores of India Rupees.
The additional 63 Aircraft will cost the India Treasury about 5 Billion US Dollars, almost 26,000 Crores of India Rupees.
The Entire Deal for the 189 Combat Aircraft will cost 16-18 Billion US Dollars.
Almost 80,000 Crores
The 80,000 Crores Aircraft Deal is the Biggest in India Air Force History.
