Om Prakash Chautala’s Son, Ajay Chautala of the Indian National Lok Dal Party will be in the Second Place, winning about 30% of the Votes.

Jayaprakash, of the Indian National Congress Party will be in the Third Place, winning about 15% of the Votes.

Bhajanlal's Son, Kuldip Bishnoi of the Haryana Janhit Congress Party will win the By-Election by defeating the Om Prakash Chautala’s Son, Ajay Chautala of the Indian National Lok Dal Party by a Huge Margin of about TWO Lakh Votes.

Jayaprakash, of the Indian National Congress Party, will be trailing behind Ajay Chautala, by about ONE Lakh Votes and will be trailing behind the winning Kuldeep Bishnoi by about THREE Lakh Votes.

ANNA HAZARE

The Anti-Corruption Movement Campaign by Anna Hazare Activists in Hisar, has NOT swung too many Votes away from the Congress Party.

The Media Hype about the Anna Hazare damage to the Congress Party, is Not reflected in the Hisar Voters Attitude.

The Anna Hazare Anti-Corruption Campaign against the Congress Party, has ONLY reinforced the belief, of those NOT voting for the Congress Party, that the Congress Party and its Central and State Governments are rottenly Corrupt.

If Anna Hazare had not appealed to the Hisar Voters, then the Victory Margin of Kuldeep Bishnoi would have been lesser by about 20,000 Votes.

The Reason for the Anna Hazare Effect not having any major Impact is, that all the Three Parties in the Election are rottenly Corrupt. So there is Nothing much to choose between the Three Corrupt Systems.

Hooda, his wife, his brother, his son, his nephew and their Corrupt System are being abused by the Hisar and Haryana Voters.

Hooda is perceived to be Always in Delhi, doing Land Deals with the Property Mafia and visiting Haryana to ONLY sell Lands.

If Hooda continues as the Chief Minister, then the Congress Party will Lose all the 10 Lok Sabha Seats from Haryana.

95% of those Polled, wanted the Congress Party to replace the failed Bhupinder Singh Hooda with aClean-Competent Person, who will not be just a Corrupt Property Dealer but an effective New Chief Minister.

The Figure of 1.76 Crores Loot in the 2G Spectrum Scam, has got fixed in the Brain of Every Voter, even in the remote Villages of Hisar.

Father Bhajan Lal was always Anti-Jat. The Non-Jats have therefore polarised almost 100% for Bhajan Lal's Son Kuldeep.

The Jats have swung almost 90% towards the Jat Leader Om Prakash Chautala’s son Ajay Chautala.

Om Prakash Chautala has always been Anti-No Jats and passionately Pro-Jats.

The Jats of Hisar have realised, that the Congress Party led by Manmohan Singh and Hooda Governments, has become completely unpopular even with the Traditional Congress Voters.

The Jats feel that the Non-Jat Bhajan Lal’s son Kuldeep is winning.

The Jats Hated Bhajan Lal. The Jats Hate Kuldeep.

The Jats outside the Rohtak Area are angry with Bhupinder Singh Hooda, because he behaves as if he is Chief MMinister of just One District Rohtak and is completely negligent towards the rest of Haryana.

The Non-Rohtak Jats of Hisar and Haryana hate Hooda.

The Jats therefore have completely polarised with Chautala in the Hisar Election.

The Polarisation has thus reduced the Congress Party to just 15% of the Votes, with Habitual Voters giving the Congress Party just a Few Votes.

The Congress Party needs a Prime Minister and a Chief Minister who can deliver Competent, Honest Governance to all the Voters, to defeat the Polarisation.

Bhajan lal’s Properties of thousands of Acres of Land in Haryana and numerous Properties in Delhi , have all been acquired by looting the Haryana Treasury.

The Conservative Estimate of Bhajan Lal’s Worth would be about 20 Lakh Crores.

Bhajan Lal's son Kuldip Bishnoi is contesting the By-Election caused by the death of Bhajan Lal.  

Kuldip is a Non Jat and is trying to polarise the Voters along Non-Jats verses Jats.  

Kuldip is also trying to utilise the Huge Number of Individuals, across the Constituency, who had become rich because of the patronage .

Hooda has proved to be the Second Most Corrupt Chief Minister of Haryana after Bhajan Lal.  

Hooda Spends all his Evenings at a Five Star Hotel at Janakpuri jointly owned by him and another racketeer Vinod Sharma, the father of the Chap who killed the Bar Girl.  

Hooda gambles all night in Card Games, playing with Businessmen seeking Haryana Governmental Patronage. Every Night they lose crores to Hooda, to swallow Government Lands, the next Day.  

Hooda spends all his Working Time in Land Deals.  

Hooda has in 7 years, given away so much Government land to Property Dealers, that all the other Chief Ministers put together have not disbursed 10% of Hooda’s Give-Away.  

Hooda gives Land to Businessmen and Speculators at Throw-Away Prices and collects 50% of the Profit, in to his Private Coffers.

Hooda has acquired a lot of Land for his Family. Hooda is ably assisted by his most corrupt wife, corrupt son, corrupt brother and corrupt nephew!

The entire Hooda Land and Wealth in Haryana, Chandigarh , Delhi and Elsewhere would be more than 2 Lakh Crores.

CONGRESS JAT

The Congress Party Candidate is a Jat.

Jayaprakash became an MP when the legendary Jat Leader Devi Lal picked him as an youngster at the height of the Anti-Indira Movement to become an MP in 1977. He was also made a Union Minister.

Jayaprakash, thereafter betrayed Devilal and joined the Regional Party of Bansi Lal.

Jayaprakash betrayed Bansi Lal to join the Sonia Congress and became an MP in 2004. Jayaprakash lost in 2009.

Jayaprakash is Now the Hooda Congress Jat Candidate against the Anti-Jat Bhajan Lal Son.

The Battle between the Corrupt Jat System led by Bhupinder Singh Hooda and the Corrupt Non-Jat System led by the BJP and Kuldip is complicated by the Third Candidate, a Jat.

CORRUPT THREE: CHAUTALA

Indian National Lok Dal is the Party headed by Former Chief Minister and current Leader of the Opposition in the Haryana Assembly the “Icon of Jats” Om Prakash Chautala.

Chautala during his six years as Chief Minister gave the Best Infrastructure and Development Regime, ever in Haryana.

Chautala created the Software Capital of North India called as Gurgaon near the Delhi Airport .

Gurgaon competes with the Hi-Tech Wonders of Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai, all because of the State-of-the-art Infrastructure laid out by the Chautala Government.  

75% of Haryana’s Income comes from Gurgaon.

Chautala created Rural Infrastructure of Water, sanitation, Roads, Hospitals, Schools, Colleges, Universities, Employment, Agriculture and Welfare unmatched by anyone in India except YSR.

Chautala however unlike the Legendary Farmers’ Leader Devilal, failed to inspire the voters because he was obsessed in promoting his Two Sons in Politics, by crushing all the other promising young Jat Leaders.

Chautala because of Nepotism and High-Handedness against Jats, thus lost Haryana to the main rival, the Sonia Congress.

Chautala too amassed a lot of Wealth and Property, though in comparison to Bhajn Lal and Hooda, Chautala is a Babe in the Woods!

The Chautala Family Wealth acquired from Six Years of Haryana Governance, would be about 20,000 Crores.

Chautala’s elder son Ajay Chautala is the INLD Candidate in Hisar.  

Ajay has a decent Image and is liked by all the Jats. Ajay is perceived as the nicest of all the Jat Leaders.  

The Non-Jats will not vote for Chautala.
 

VILLAIN & MOLL HARM CHAUTALA

Traditionally the BJP and Chautala were Allies during the Vajpayee Days.

Advani Hates Chautala because of Moll Sushma Swaraj’s opposition to Chautala. Sushma is a Punjabi from Haryana.

Sushma has a Big base but has No Base in Haryana.

Sushma has done a lucrative Deal with the Bhajan Lal Son to strike an Alliance .

Chautala is thus battling the Main Enemy, the Congress Party, the Hostile Advani-Sushma led BJP and the More Corrupt Bhajan Lal family.
