The Law must have a List of Dis-Qualifications that prevent any person from being appointed as the Lok Ayukta.  

In the List of Dis-Qualifications, there must be ONE, that Disqualifies the Governor appointed Lok Ayukta.

The BJP drafted a Bad Bill and enacted a Bad Lok Ayukta Law in Gujarat .  

The BJP Law for appointing the Gujarat Lok Ayukta, has NOT made it Compulsory for the Governor, to implement the Chief Minister led Cabinet's Advice.
 

CONGRESS GOVERNOR

The BJP stupidly enacted the Lok Ayukta Law, permitting the Congress Party appointed Governor, to appoint a "Hostile To the BJP" Lok Ayukta.  

The Governor has appointed the Lok Ayukta, within the Authority conferred on her by the Lok Ayukta Law of Gujarat .

NO STAY

The High Court has not stayed the Governor's Action, because the Governor has not violated the Constitution.

The Courts will uphold the Governor's Right to appoint the Lok Ayukta.

CONGRESS PATI

The President of India will not reverse any decision by any Governor, got done by the Congress Party. Even if any decision merits the Reversal.

COMPLAINT PROCESS

A Complaint will be filed against the Irregularity committed by Chief Minister Narendra Modia, a Minister and Officials.

The Complaint will state that, Several Hundred Crores of Revenue Loss Occurred to Gujarat , because of the Irregularity by the Chief Minister.

The Complaint will seek the Prosecution of the Chief Minister, Minister and Officials.

ACCEPT COMPLAINT

The Gujarat Lok Ayukta will Accept the Complaint, setting aside the Demerits in the Complaint.

The Gujarat Lok Ayukta will study the Complaint.

The Gujarat "Congress" Lok Ayukta will definitely not reject the Complaint, because the Complaint is wrong.

LOK AYUKTA REPORT

The Gujarat Lok Ayukta will prepare the Report on the Complaint.

The Report will State that there is Prima Fascia Merit in the Complaint.

The Gujarat "Congress" Lok Ayukta will recommend Prosecution of the Chief Minister Narendra Modi.
 

SANCTIONS PROSECUTION

The Lok Ayukta will submit the Report to the Appointing Authority, namely the Governor of Gujarat .

The Gujarat Governor will within 24 hours of getting the Report, direct the Lok Ayukta to proceed with the Prosecution of the Chief Minister.

SACK NARENDRA MODI

The Gujarat Lok Ayukta will immediately begin the Process of Filing the Case, Registering the FIR, framing the ChargeSheet, Arrest and Prosecuting Chief Minister Narendra Modi.

The Prosecuting Process requires the Resignation of Narendra Modi. A New Chief Minister must be Installed.

SACK NARENDRA MODI

Narendra Modi will have to Resign immediately, to facilitate the Lok Ayukta Prosecution.

The Governor will dismiss the Chief Minister if Narendra Modi does NOT Resign.

KNOCK OUT NARENDRA

Narendra Modi will be arrested, will not be given Bail and the Prosecution will go on for years.

The Present Assembly cannot Negate the Appointment of the Lok Ayukta.

NEW PROVISIONS

The New Lok Ayukta Law must have provisions, which make the Governor Appointed "Present" Lok Ayukta ineligible, to continue as the Lok Ayukta.

The Provisions could by age, gender, marriage, profession, income or whatever.

The New Law must not be supervised by incompetent Lawyers like Arun Jaitley, who allowed the earlier "Suicide for BJP" Law to be enacted.
 

STUPID BJP LAWYERS

Narendra Modi has No Option, other than the Strategy suggested above.

If Narendra Modi listens to the Stupid Lawyer-Politicians in the BJP to waste Time in Public Protests against the Governor, then the Lok Ayukta will get him sacked.
