The Minimum Requirement for the Sonia Congress to become acceptable to the voters is:

Replace Manmohan Singh with a Clean Leader, capable of providing Honest Governance.

Drop Every Scandalous Minister.

Drop all the Rajya Sabha MPs from the Cabinet.

Induct as the new Ministers, ONLY Lok Sabha MPs, representing the Demographic Profile of Each State, to mobilise voters.

Ensure that the Truth happens in the Investigation of Each and Every Scam.

Ensure that Every Scamster is Arrested and Prosecuted.

Legislate the Law to: Declare India Money, undeclared in Foreign Countries-banks as National Wealth. Those possessing it as Criminals. Confiscate all their wealth in India . Give them Life Improsonment.

In Every State, install a Clean, Credible, Competent and Articulate Congress Person as the Chief Minister Candidate to generate Electoral viability for the Congress Party.

FINISHLINE

A Cabinet Reshuffle which does not incorporate the above characteristics, will bomb the Congress Party in to Non Existence, in the next Lok Sabha.
