The Purpose of the Shuffle is to Erase "the Corrupt, Anti-Poor and Failed Governance" shattered Image of the Congress Party and the Central Government.

From 2004 to 2011, the Central Government, State Governments, CWC, AICC, PCCs and all Political Positions have been filled by the Worst Ever Trash in the History of the Indian National Congress.

The whole lot, of Position Holders in the Congress Party Governments and Party Organisations are perceived across India , as the Gang of Dacoits.

WEED OUT

Any shuffle that does Not completely Root Out the Weeds that have become the main Crop in the Congress Field, will leave No Ground to Breed New-Fresh Faces who will deliver Clean-Competent Governance, to impact the Psyche of the masses to mobilise the Votes for the Congress Party.

There will just not be the possibility of harvesting votes, unless and until, the Weeds are Plucked out of the entire Congress System, in the Central-State Governments and the Party.

Keep the Apex (Manmohan continues as the Prime Minister, Sonia Continues as the President) and just Reshuffle the AICC Office Bearers and Central Ministers.

MICRO SHUFFLE:

Install the New Clean-Credible-Competent Prime Minister to generate a Radical, New, Positive, Clean, Competent Image.

NEW PRIME MINISTER

The Change of the Head of the Government is a Must, if the Congress Party is not to be vaporized by the voters, in the next Lok Sabha Elections.

The Congress Party will be doomed, if it does NOT replace the Prime Minister and throw out all the Corrupt Ministers.

STUPID SHUFFLE

It is Now clear to the Sonia System that:

Any shuffle of the Central Government, without the Change of the Prime Minister, Finance Minister, Home Minister, Foreign Minister and Other Key Ministers, who have generated the Hugely Wrong Image, nationwide, there will just not be any impact on the psyche of the voters.

Shuffle for the sake of shuffle is Electorally Meaningless and Politically Stupid.

PRE-MONSOON

The Delay in resolving the Dilemma in arriving at the Strategic Decision of installing the New Prime Minister, might postpone the Cabinet Reshuffle.

The Shuffle will literally be impossible before July End, a week before the 1 August 2011 , Monsoon Session of Parliament.

COME SEPTEMBER

There is also a thought of doing the Entire Exercise of refurbishing the Congress Party and the Central Government Image, in September 2011, after the Monsoon Session of Parliament ends.

There will thus be adequate Time to do the Perfect Reshuffle.

The September Reshuffle would enable the Comprehensive Leadership Changes and Surgery of all the Political Positions, in the Government and the Congress Party, involving all the levels of the Central Government, State Governments, AICC and the PCCs.

There are Not too many choices, in picking the New Prime Minister.

This is because of the Qualities of the Person, that are required for being appointed as the Prime Minister, will Not be met by most chaps in the Congress Party System.

Must be One who is a 100% Sonia Devotee.

TWO:

Must be One, whom Sonia Trusts 100%.

All Devotees are not trusted. A Thakur will start his own Dynasty.

Must be One, whose Financial Integrity is 100%. Must be Clean. Family must be Clean. Close associates must be Clean.

Otherwise the Media, the Opposition and the Society gas bags will rip apart the Credibility of the New Prime Minister in less than a Week.

Otherwise there will be the Repeat of the Manmohan Mis-Governance.

Must be One, who is genuinely Secular and will Not anger Hindus, by indulging in excessive appeasement.

Otherwise there will be a Hindu Vote Wave against the Congress Party, across Nort, Central and West India .

SIX:

Must be One, who is Not perceived to be a Pocket Politician of the Ambani Crony-Capitalism, Big-Business Perversion, Multi-National Greed and the Captive of American-China Business Lobby.

Otherwise there will be instant Cynicism against the New Prime Minister, as there is against Manmohan, for being Loyal to Every Foreign Country and always betraying India ’s Economic-Strategic Interests.

SEVEN:

Must be One, whose Credibility will inspire Voters to assume, that the Congress Government will Not Facilitate Scams, if the Voters Vote for the Congress Party.

Otherwise there will be the Vote-wave against the Congress Party reducing it to the Single Digit Figure in the 543 MPs Lok Sabha, in the Next Elections.

FINISHLINE

The Congressperson who passes the Seven Checks mentioned above, will definitely ensure the Clearing of the “Cloud of Scams and Corruption” stinking the Congress Party and the Central Government.

If the Congress Party does Not install the New Prime Minister, NOW, then for Decades, it will never have the Opportunity , to install the Prime Minister, because the India Voters will just wipe it out from Existence in the Lok Sabha, in the next Elections.
