COMBINED OPPOSITION

The Combined Opposition is insisting on the Constitution of the Joint Parliamentary Committee to Enquire in to the 1.76 Lakh Crores Spectrum Scam.

The JPC Probe will expose the connivance of the Prime Minister Manmohan, the Prime Minister's Office, the Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee, the Home Minister P.Chidambaram and the Law Minister Veerappa Moily with the Ex-Telecom Minister DMK Raja in facilitating the Scam.

All the Above will have to Resign in Shame.

The Manmnohan Government is refusing to announce the JPC Probe.

MANMOHAN COLLAPSES

The Combined Opposition will Not allow the Budget Session of Parliament to function.

If the Government loses in the voting on the Finance Bill then the Prime Minister has to Resign immediately.

MANMOHAN BEGS MAYAWATI

Manmohan is trying to woo the Regional Bosses by offering Each relief from the Central Bureau of Investigation Prosecution, by getting all the Cases closed.

Manmohan has done the Deal with Mayawati, to close the disproportionate assets Case against her.

In a shameless decision, Manmohan has directed that the Government of India , will Not Appeal against the Decision of the Income Tax Appellate Authority in the Court.

The Case in the Court, is by the Central Bureau of Investigation, against the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati.

The Case is about Disproportionate Assets accumulated by Mayawati.

Mayawati pleaded with the Income Tax Appellate Authority giving a straight forward answer explaining, all the crores of unaccounted for, money with her.

MAYA PLEA TO TAX AUTHORITY

Mayawati Pleaded:

"All the Money that I have has been given to me by my followers at various Public Meetings.

It is impossible for me to List the names and Addresses of all those who Gifted Money to me at the crowded Public Meetings.

I request that the Money given to me at all these Public Meetings be designated as legitimate Income.

I am prepared to Pay the 34% Tax on the Total Money with me, so that 66% of the Money collected at Public Meetings will become My White Money."

If Mayawati's Request to the Income Tax Appellate Authority is Accepted then:

If Mayawati has got donations at Public Meetings of 1000 Crores, then after paying 34% Income Tax, Mayawati can keep the Remaining 666 Crores as legitimate White Money and invest it in Property.

Mayawati's Black Money would thus become White Money.

YOUR BLACK IS YOUR WHITE

The Income Tax Appellate Authority has accepted Mayawati's Request.

The Income Tax Appellate Authority has told the Court dealing with the Disproportionate Assets Case by the CBI against Mayawati, that Mayawati's Plea has been accepted and that the Black Money of Mayawati, after paying 34% Tax has become White.

There is No Case against Mayawati.

If the Government of India Appeals in the Court, against the Income Tax Appellate Authority's Decision, then the CBI can continue to prosecute Mayawati and send her to Jail.

MANMOHAN WHITEWASH

The Manmohan Government has decided to NOT to Appeal against the Income Tax Appellate Authority’s Decision on Mayawati’s Money.

The CBI thus has No Case against Mayawati.

The Judge will Dismiss the Case.

Manmohan has done this Huge favour to Mayawati.

Manmohan is Campaigning to persuade Mayawati to Vote for the Government, during the Voting on the Finance Bill and the Combined Opposition sponsored No Confidence Motion, during the Budget Session of Parliament.

Mayawati will get the Disproportionate Assets Case against her Dismissed in the Court, because the Manmohan Government is Not appealing against the Decision of the Income Tax Appellate Authority.

If Mayawati issues a Statement supporting the Finance Bill and Opposing the No Confidence Motion, then the Manmohan Government will not Fall in the 2011 Budget Session of Parliament, in February.

MAYAWATI TOPPLED VAJPAYEE

Mayawati had defeated the Vajpayee Government in 1999 after doing a Deal with Vajpayee to Save the BJP Government. The Vajpayee Government fell.

The Mid-Term Elections to the Lok Sabha were held in 1999 October.
