Gadkari also said that he would hand over the Mantle of BJP President, to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi.

Gadkari could have waited until his Tenure Expired in December 2012, to announce his Retirement.

Gadkari could have waited until the 6 March Results, of the Five States Elections.

Gadkari Chose a Highly Inconvenient Time, for the BJP, but probably Convenient for Gadkari.

The “Gadkari Insider” in the Maharashtra Police Criminal Investigation Department, might have informed Gadkari, that Pressure from Congress Party Bosses in New Delhi makes it Impossible to STOP the Investigation.
