CBI TELLS PM

The Central Bureau of Investigation, India's premier Investigation Agency against Physical and Fiscal Crimes, has last night sought the Prime Minister's "Go Ahead" to arrest the Textiles Minister Dayanidhi Maran in order to interrogate him under Police Custody, to facilitate the filing of the Chargesheet against him in the AIRCEL Scam.

The CBI made the request to the Prime Minister's Office, along with the details of the Prima Facia Evidence against the DMK Minister Dayanidhi Maran.

AIRCEL PROMOTER SCREWS MARAN

The Whole Day of Yesterday the CBI, at its New Delhi Office, interrogated the original Owner of the Telecom Company AIRCEL, Sivasankaran.

Sivasankaran has given a Signed Statement to the CBI, completely incriminating Dayanidhi Maran in the AIRCEL Scam.

Sivasankaran has explained in painful detail, the coercive tactics including the threat of death, forcing him to sell his stake in AIRCEL, to the Malaysian favoured by Dayanidhi Maran.

Sivasankaran has given the details of the 800 Crores Bribe to Kalanidhi Maran, Dayanidhi Maran and the SUN TV Companies owned by them, by the Malaysian Anandarajan who had bought AIRCEL from Sivasankaran.

Sivasankaran has also given to the CBI the corruption of Dayanidhi Maran in five other Telecom Scams, which have not been exposed in the Media, so far.

WITNESS AGAINST MARAN

The CBI has recorded on Camera the entire Interrogation of Sivasankaran.

The CBI has NOW made Sivasankaran, the Star Witness, against Dayanidhi Maran.

ARREST MARAN NOW

The CBI is convinced that it will succeed in prosecuting Dayanidhi Maran, on the basis of the Sivasankaran Allegations and Investigation.

The CBI wants to arrest Dayanidhi Maran immediately.

CANT DELAY ARREST

The Prime Minister cannot refuse to stall the CBI for too long.

This is because the CBI has to arrest all the culprits in the Telecom Scams and file the Chargesheets, before submitting the Status Report on the Investigation, to the Supreme Court on 6 July 2011 .

SUPREME CENSURE

The Supreme Court will be told by the CBI, on 6 July 2011 , that the Delay in Investigating Dayanaidhi Maran, is because of the Prime Minister not giving the Permission to arrest him.

The Supreme Court will then definitely pass strictures against the Prime Minister, for delaying the Investigation in to the Telecom Scam.

COUNTDOWN

Dayanidhi Maran can continue as the Minister, until the Prime Minister does NOT give the "Go Ahead" to the CBI to arrest Dayanidhi Maran.

The Prime Minister can give the Go Ahead, Only after forcing Dayanidhi Maran to Resign and the President of India accepts the Resignation.

MANMOHAN TALKS TO BOSS

Nothing happens in the Central Government without the clearance by Sonia.

The Prime Minister has sought the instructions of the Congress President Sonia, on the action to be taken on the CBI request to arrest Dayanidhi Maran.

SUPREME PRESSURE

If Sonia delays the arrest of Dayanidhi Maran, then the Congress Party which has No Credibility, as of Now, will find it impossible to handle the Supreme Court Pressure.

Sonia will also be accused of profiting from the dayanidhi Maran Scam Loot.

The DMK President Karunanidhi will NOT agree to the sacking of Dyanidhi Maran. Karunanidhi will refuse to agree, if the Congress Party seeks his permission.

If Sonia does NOT consult Karunanidhi and allows Dayanidhi Maran to be sacked from the Cabinet, then Karunanidhi will hit the ceiling.

Karunanidhi will also write to the President of India a Letter, informing the withdrawal of the support to the Manmohan Government, of 18 DMK MPs and 2 MPs of his Allies.

The 20 MPs will meet the President of India to personally inform her about their withdrawing support to the Manmohan Government.

LOSE MAJORITY TO FALL

The Loss of the 20 MPs will make the Manmohan Government to fall well below the 272 MPs figure, thus converting it in to a Minority Government.

The Opposition will ask the President to direct Manmohan to take a Confidence Vote, after the DMK withdraws support to the Central Government.

The Manmohan Government will fail to win the Confidence Vote in the Lok Sabha.
